Yes, the sun continues to shine, at least in large parts of Bavaria today, but also in the east. And in the east, the heat still remains. And we are not alone in this in Europe. The map of Europe, the first map, also shows that there are already very large temperature differences, typical for the beginning of September. Berlin today 32 degrees, so we are connected to the great heat, which also extends here over Poland and down to Greece. Athens today again up to 31 degrees, but in the west it is already much cooler, 20 degrees in London today, Paris is also pleasant at 24 degrees. On the northern map you can also see these big differences between 22 degrees today on the North Sea and up to 33 or 34 degrees in the east. The sun will shine frequently today. At the moment some rain is moving outside, but then there are a few short showers from the Danish border to the middle, and they also extend down there, from the middle down to Lake Constance and to the Black Forest. Thuringia and Bavaria were really pretty nice today, temperatures up to 28 degrees in Munich. And then in the Erzgebirge, individual rain showers and thunderstorms will move a little further north. And Wednesday will bring a significant change in the weather in the west, because then the showers will become heavier. This is the precipitation forecast for Wednesday. You can see these red and purple dots here, especially in the west, these are sometimes heavy showers, locally with storms, up to rainfall amounts of 25 liters per square meter within a very short period of time. The east will then have the heat again, as the view map shows, because we will then see the sun symbol in the east again, up to 35 degrees here in the east tomorrow. Further west it will be very unstable with strong thunderstorms and showers. On Thursday it was still relatively nice again from the east. Friday also has many friendly moments, but the weekend is slightly unsettled. On Saturday, the temperatures will drop again. Tomorrow will be the hottest day of the week, at least in the East.
