yeah obviously it was something that had been discussed a little bit um maybe more so I thought in a joking manner um then kind of uh yesterday after training kind of around the facility they said it was real possibility um just kind of given the circumstances of what happened um but yeah they told me it was a possibility and just to be ready um so yeah when it happened I was just trying to do whatever I could whenever kind of came near me whether whatever it was yeah from your perspective what happened in that Collision cuz you were a part of that cision as well and from my perspective it was a ball of at top um running behind with Jordan Morris and I cleared it um then I collided with with Abraham um so I'm confused I maybe have to watch it back or something but for me personally it was I collided with Abraham so it's that's kind of all I remember from situation um and I can't really comment on much more than that and how fast did it go from that Collision to the red car to you having those conversations with your coaches yeah obviously once it happened um the ref they were looking at it um and didn't think it was a possibility for it to be a red honestly just kind of from my exper my perspective in in the challenge itself I didn't think it was going to be a red um and then kind of they continue to talk about it and then when they said it was um it was like a holy crap like this is happening now um so it kind of run over to the bench and just try and do whatever I can to prepare myself for for the situation and how are you feeling on that first obviously how many seconds in you get a threee kick against you how just how are you feeling in go I mean it's it's a completely uncomfortable situation for me um and don't really know what to do in the situation obviously um so it's maybe I think new coming into the game just trust the wall and protect that side where he goes um I think is the best thing I could have done maybe um but kind of all I can say on it CU I no experience with it at all what was what was your goal in goal what was kind of just just to do what I could for the guys I know they continuously fight they continuously fought all game for 45 plus minutes down a man and continue to got an effort um and and so for me just to try and give them some hope um that you know if if there is a shot I can hope hopefully save one um you know cuz they work tirelessly and and it goes to show how much um these guys will do for the team for the city you know just to continue to fight for not only for ourselves but for the fans um you know they come out every Saturday to support us and to see that you know what happened tonight you know they have they have a team to be proud of that they know that's going to fight every kind every time no matter the circumstances of the game just wanted to ask you apart from everything uh I know it was a tough game tough loss and everything but there always some positive things to take especially I believe in the first uh half I think before the red C the team was playing well especially with the rotation yeah I mean I thought we started the game really well we had some some good chances we moved the ball felt confident in the way we were playing um and you know would have liked to hopefully sneak one before before everything happened but H sometimes just the way the game goes you know felt like we dominated had the ball moved the ball side side played the way we wanted to play um and I think kind of everything was flowing that way and for that to happen um which just kind of thrs low wrench now how do you switch your mind from it for zero into knowing that you're going to play against your rival um of course it's going to be another rough game for you how do you think the team is going to change their mind you know we we already switched forward to that game you know it's it's a huge game for us and we're going to go in go in this week and work you know we know what happened last time we played them um so we have that in our mind but we're we're going continue to work continue to fight for for ourselves and for the city and continue to put out a performance that that everyone can be proud of
