Oklahoma State RB Ollie Gordon on workload this season: 'I'm here for the team. If my number gets

how does it feel to be you know a little over a week away from the first game uh you know it feels good just all the um hard work we put in for the past couple weeks you know all the offseasons the three different seasons we've been through it's been great actually you know actually be a week away from the game you're obviously you want to get first game healthy too so what's this Camp been like for you because when we talked on media day we were talking about how you got to work 10 times harder that I mean it's like a typical team you know a couple team got a couple brues and all that but everybody's good you know um nothing serious everybody's practicing full speed and that's really what we need coach said today when we were asked about when he was asked about how many carries is ideal for you he's kind of settled on 20 but he said if we need him to carry a 30 for us to win we we'll do that I mean do you have any feeling about how many carries you want or you feel like you need I mean hey I'm here for the team if my number keeps getting called I'm down for it I'm not saying I don't like it but hey I'm here for it what about more use of view in the past game I know how good you are on the jugs and you look pretty comfortable catching passes uh you know like I said whatever Co downfield is right whatever working for us that day you know you know we're very vers versatile team we can run it we can throw it so it'll be a bunch of stuff we put in there what makes you better later in game I just feel um you know having coach Gundy and um coach glass you know they just push us towards the end of things and we get towards the end of practice they push us even harder work us even harder so I feel like normally teams don't do that normally they lit up at the end of practice but us we push harder so and plus I know people not going to keep running with us we all know that so how much did your life changed this time last year this season last year uh last year around this time you know I was just a little sophomore nobody knew about now I'm Junior everybody knows about so has it changed any the kind of things you've done the off seon uh I feel like it made me I had to work harder for my team not just myself and my team and yeah show them that I care about training is different train the same way yes sir train the same way a little bit harder you know
