a fire burning in Sierra county has forced people out of their homes this morning the be fire has burned nearly 1,400 acres in the Taho National Forest since it started yesterday afternoon that's what we're looking at here latest reports show zero containment on this fire the areas marked in red on this map you're about to see those are mandatory evacuation orders the Tahoe National Forest says nearly 300 structures near the plumis county line are affected by those orders Cal Fire says they expect to get more today fighting another fire burning in but County the Centerville fire as it's known has burned nearly 60 Acres west of paradise that one's now 40% contained calire says they had firefighters on the ground overnight but they're expecting more today to strengthen the lines and also mop up the areas that have already burned now this is very near the town of paradise this is on the south side of paradise where this is burning on the North side that's the park fire the massive fire we had earlier this Summer that one is now 98% contained nearly 6 weeks after it started near Chico the coffee pot fire meanwhile burning in terer county that one has grown to more than 11,000 acres in the seoa National Forest the fire was started by lightning back in early August it is now just 177% contained
