ACC Network visits Parnell Park ahead of College Football Classic

since we're here for college football we figured we're in Ireland we need to learn about the sports that are here so one of the national sports is hurling so we enlisted two of the best in the country here Emma and Connor Dublin kogi it's called on the women's side and Dublin hling and we are going to learn a thing or two about this sport because let's be honest you don't know a tonyj I don't know anything yeah exactly is much bigger we got like upright we will call them football but you guys call it post gold post you also have what looks like a soccer gold to me all right so Emma this isn't just called a ball what is this called how do you say it it's called a slitter slitter can you spell that for us s l i o t a r got it okay a slitter so it's like a leather kind of ball it's almost like it's similar baseball yeah so if you hit it over the post you get one point if you hit it in the in the soccer net you got three points can we get a demo from the two of you in yeah teach us something like let us let you know we're going to be bad but you know I'm I like the think I'm a pretty good athlete so I think I can catch on pretty [Music] quick this is fun Conor Emma you guys have been such gracious host thank you for dealing with our lack of skill here and having patience with us but you taught us some defense taught us some offense I will not bad uh but I think at this point we should try to see who can hit the ball through the up post or the goal post the longest yeah give it a try get there go let's go Taylor all right there we go [Music]
