happen to be the one who was designated to call Mr and Mrs Presley to find out who this uh who this this guy named Elvis was where where was he so Mrs Presley uh answered the phone and she had been listening that night because she knew that Dewey was going to play uh that's all right Mama and they were excited about it and of course they got more excited because the switchboard lit up and I said Mrs Presley where is uh where's Elvis we'd like to get him to come down to the station and she said well he was so nervous about his record being played he went to see a double feature Western he's at the suzor theater I think it was on decar Street anyway they uh got in their truck they went down to the theater and walked up and down the dark aisles and there was this guy named Elvis Presley sitting there by himself watching this movie this western movie and they whispered to him about the commotion being caused uh by the playing of his record
