OU running back Marcus Major: 'Taking it day by day'

20 last week I mean getting back in the lineup after that longer period of time is that just persistence paying off oh yeah man there a lot of you know just focusing you know take it it day by day and you know just just know that you know I'm on my fifth year you know they expect you know bigger things for me you know you know just being a leader things like that so um just thinking day by day Marcus you talk about being a threat not only running the football but catching the football the play you made at the end of the game Saturday uh yeah um always had catching in me you know but I always try to work on that every day you know see trying to get on the JS so um I mean I'm just happy not to being used both ways you I'm running in has it kind of become a thing in the running back room to be the first person out there when another running back scores I know T I think was like the first person out there he's out there before the play oh yeah no it was it was all good you know to we you know he earned those bre know that he got you know he made everything from his opportunity that he has but you know it was good thing seeing him do what he do you know was all good but even like when you scored I think he was the first person out there to celebrate with you is that become like a thing in the running back room my the running back score we just always show each other love you know and it's it's all love in that room you know we all competitors you know we met each other better every day you know we do fall Camp so you know just supporting each other you know when we on the field you know having each other back coach lby talks about winning one on ones he wants the running backs to do that how do you how do you improve upon that as a running back um this is really you you play it here there in practice you know so you get it in real game aspects you know say when we going against Scouts you know everything should be full speed you know so so everything you doing out here should be easy when you go out there but winning winning one-on one you know for us you know it's real important you know so make a good play you probably
