I'm only the host good to see you pleasure great to have you in so what about the traffic and burs great huh yeah you got to look it you got to love thank you guys for waiting sorry about that you know how flights go so um yeah happy to be here um a little sleep deprived but seeing you guys definitely is bright my mood so you arrived from uh London from London lond London and not Berlin what is the feeling of Berlin and looking forward to these stuff yeah I'm definitely looking forward to it um the last time I was here in 2022 um I ran quick time um just kind of just want to just run faster than that obviously um the 2012 season with Aries Meritt was um a Stell season um I think he ran 1297 or 1298 here so the track is definitely quick um but um coming off the Olympic Games and coming off a high my main goal is is to come out here and be better than I was a couple weeks ago when I was in Poland so expecting to run a quick time um but also just come out here really just to have fun this is one of my favorite meets so just want to come out here have fun brought the family and um explore explore Germany when it's all done great great to have you here um as you said you had a great season I think the the main highlight was the the win of the gold medal in Paris and and I an interview with you and you said the pressure now is away so you worked I think many years for this goal right yeah absolutely you know um I knew that I had the capabilities of being a Olympic gold medalist you know I proved that outdoor season three times in a row but it's just one of the things now where I just have to show up on that day and be the best guy in the track and now that that is done you know shoulders were up here and now they're you know more relaxed what's next that's usually what happens um so just walking through his streets yeah exactly just what I do now yeah I'm really happy honestly that it's done but kind of just going forward is just like you said you can show up the track meets and not feel like you're like you're missing that one thing that you know you deserve you can go certain places and you know they can call you that Olympic champion for the next four years and you know I'm looking forward to everything that that that has to come with it you know the goods the bads the highs and the lows and you know I used to pray for you know being the Olympic champion and now that I have it I'm going to work twice as hard to make sure I can keep that title going into 2028 now this race in Berlin is the last one of the Season no I'm going to have a couple more so um after this I'll go to Zurich and from Zurich I'll go to Bellona all right okay but what's your
