but I want to talk about you have a 26 member recruiting class but the crazy thing is and I look 14 of these guys are from North Carolina how are you keeping that thing homegrown because that North Carolina has so much talent how are you keeping these guys and saying hey either through the portal or recruiting saying nccu is the best place out of all those schools in North Carolina well and I say the other half of them probably came from South Carolina Lo that's my secret right there South Carina is absolutely loaded we got to Player of the Year from South Carolina running back Zion dobs wow um I I think you know when you recruited it's about relationships and we were able to get a lot of great High School talent because everybody you know all the other coaches are in the portal um so we you know we go to high schools and continue to grind and they look at the success we've had they look at our brand um they look at our schedule who we're playing uh the teams that we're beating you know it's not just we're successful within our conference we've been successful out of conference CAA whether it be Elon um Campbell uh entt is not the conference anymore uh New Hampshire Tennessee Tech we're beating pwi we're beating schools out of the conference so um everybody wants to be a part of the winning yeah know hey coach and as you talk about that coach you have had some success against pwi and some notable pwi to say that not just one or two right
