I really liked how guys came came out obviously there's a bunch of reps um you know guys start to understand football shape is a little bit different than summer uh but I thought they pushed through well uh I thought they did a good job staying off the ground uh doing the things necessary from a fundamental and technique standpoint uh to give give themselves a chance to be successful and then just the excitement of the first day how was the energy and the that level well obviously the energy is a little different right when you got half the team out there um but it picked up when some of the other guys came out for the second second half of practice uh guys are really worried about you know getting in for the next rep and and taking the appropriate reps um so the energy are continued to increase um but I'm pleased with where they're at they've had a good summer a lot of retention from a football standpoint and I think those guys were able to go out there and start executing against obviously the opposite side of the ball
