we filed a lawsuit a $30 million wrongful death lawsuit against the United States government on behalf of Ashley babbit's family her estate uh specifically and her widower Aaron babbit and that lawsuit was filed earlier this year and uh the first reaction practically speaking of the Department of Justice which has to defend this lawsuit uh was to move it out of the court in which we filed it in San Diego where Ashley and her husband lived and they wanted to move it to Washington DC it's because they think they have more friendly judges here who are anti-trump and biased against Ashley and anyone else involved in January 6
