[Music] Netflix will release a documentary series about Vince McMahon's life and career on September 25th the streaming service announced the series on Thursday alongside the official poster writing that the series is chronicling the rise and fall of the WWE's controversial founder Mr MC Mahone was produced by Tiger King producer Chris Smith and Bill Simmons the show includes interviews with MC Mahone before his resignation his family and some of the most iconic names in wrestling history as well as the journalists who uncovered MC mahon's allegations the red and black poster features a portrait drawing of MC Mahone pulling the strings of another image of him flexing his biceps in the ring the words Mastermind and madman are also written on both sides of the full body figure MC Mahone bought the WWF in 1982 from his father after serving as a ringside announcer with him in charge McMahon took the promotion to new heights part of expansion included acquiring Rivals ECW and WCW in the early 2000s MC Mahon would go on to play his important role behind the scenes while regularly appearing in front of the camera before stepping down as the CEO in 2022 [Music]
