great great word and but but the reason we come here is for you to get in touch with the Lord and so anytime that you have a need anytime that you you know you come with a burden or something that's that's what we're here for when you're when you're having a hard time isn't the time to run away from church it's the time to come to church and so these altars are always open doesn't matter if we're singing preaching whatever they're open and so if you got a burd need somebody to pray with you or something that's what they're for okay so what we want is for all of us to get closer to God today okay and uh sometimes the enemy does does things to try to Al halter that or stop that or alter that and but we don't let him we just keep on going so anyway glad you're here today if you're online we're glad you're here and uh we just want you to know we care about you okay and you're important to us and uh and if you're that one we're looking for you this month to get you to round up how many want to trust yourself Todd got it wrong this time but now now you know what Todd's going to do when he go sits down he's going to check the calendar hey it's good to be here with y'all this morning it truly is I count as a blessing and honor uh to serve uh in this capacity that God has granted me and the privilege uh to speak to to teach to talk about who he is and what he has has for us uh one of the things uh I want to share real quickly uh there's times where things are not on my mind until I get here there's times where God says some things I think one important thing I think for for for me and I believe God s for us is is understanding that we know that Christ is coming soon we know that he's coming soon but the the it's it's not about us just knowing one of the things we got to be careful of very careful of is distraction why do I say that because even though I know his return is imminent I could be distracted from Devotion to him and one could say well I'm not distracted I'm in church okay that's good that you say that Jesus was in Mary and Martha's House physical presence one was given devotion one was distracted by serving think about that Jesus was in the house physically and both of them knew it but one was distracted and one was giv heartfelt Devotion to the point that Jesus rebuked the one that was distracted when they complained cuz when you're distracted other things seem to be more important to than devotional things so she was distracted and she thought and complain distraction will always have you complaining devotion will have your heart open and listening distraction will have you complain if you find yourself complaining about the state of things all the time you're distracted because devotion will have you sit him at his feet and she didn't care that everything else was going on and Jesus rebuked the one that was distracted and he committed the one that was devoted and he says this thing will not be taken away from you so it's not enough for me to know that he's in the house if I'm distracted by what I think he wants or distracted by what I think I need to be doing another part 10 virgins knew that he was coming back five were wise because they were not distracted they had devotion that's why they had oil five were foolish they all knew he was coming and the five that was not distracted and had devotion they were ready for when he came and even though the other five knew that he was come they missed out because it's not enough to know who he is if you don't give Devotion to him like we can know that he's coming and we can know that his heart is good but if I'm distracted I could miss it that he's after devoted Hearts he's not after the cliches that I use to talk about who he is if my heart is not at the posture of devotion d distraction has to do with me giving all my efforts and all my energy and it builds frustration because I'm thinking I have to be the one devotion is sitting at the feet of Jesus and entering to his rest where everything that pertains to me I trust that he takes care of the as the age as we go to The Nearness of Christ there's going to be a conflict over those who will be distracted they know he's coming but they're distracted and those who will be devoted and the ones that are distracted will be frustrated with the ones that are devoted it's interesting that if you're a devoted person and devoted doesn't mean you're perfect devoted just means I need him that I will s matter of fact devotion will tell you how imperfect you are that's why you're devoted just to sit there cuz you know all you're serving all your doing all this other thing just ain't working anymore the only thing I need is to sit at your feet and devotion lets me know that I need you I'm connected to the vine and I can't live without you and those who are devoted you'll find out that people who are distracted they're in the same family they go to the same church but they're mad at you I'm telling you right now this was not I I have not even studied this all week long this is not I just felt this while I was up there and God said I want you to share this says okay I'll share this and get back to what I wanted to preach and teach but I'll share this first but right now I'm seeing so it's it's very important that we understand devotion is what moves the heart of God and devotion is what you were created for you will have time of I will have time of great ministry but if my great ministry is coming in my own efforts and not out of great devotion all I have is frustration and upsetness and I'm mad at everyone and then I'm going to tell the Lord what he should do to the ones who are not doing what I'm doing yeah that's what she did Martha says Lord do you not care isn't that interesting that she is wanting to criticize you to the Lord like she prayed for God to rebuke devotion and she didn't even know it cuz she says Lord don't you care that I'm doing all this stuff he was like really you're distracted by so many things don't you realize that I'm here and you're so trying to you trying to work up you trying to pray and worship and all that he's like I'm here why don't you just sit at my feet why don't you shut your mouth a little bit and just let me speak ouch that's is outch to me too and so again we have to realize that even though we know that he's coming that we have to realize Lord help me not be so distracted and help me to learn the heart of devotion because it's in the hard devotion that he's after I don't want to know that there's a marriage coming and I'm so distracted as if because I got the invitation I'm going many are invited but few are chosen why because some people just thought if I have the invitation I get in no your Devotion to him you're surrendering your heart to him that's what he was speaking of and so we're going to look at some things that cause grips our heart for devotion and so I'm going to take you to Revelations chapter 1 verse 9 I mean verse 12-4 uh the late aw toer Theologian preacher teacher he made this statement what comes into our minds listen to this what comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us what comes in my mind when I think about God is the most important thing about me you can say another way the most important thought that you will think will be what you think about God cuz whatever I think about him that's how I would align my heart in prayer in Ministry in relationships in perceiving the world whatever I think about him high or low is going to dictate and influence how I live and how I see things that's why in the heart of the believer we should ever be renewed renewed with our thoughts about him what I think about him now should be different than when I thought about him way back in 1995 it does not mean what I thought about him in 1995 when he delivered me and set me free was not real was not true it's true but my thoughts have changed since then because the more I walk with them the more I see him and if I have little thoughts about God we all start there we all start with little thoughts about God even though we think when we got saved that we had the greatest thought that is the greatest thought but that's still that's like ground one because the holy spirit says when we look at him that we've been renewed day by day that means my thoughts should grow in my insight and understanding about him one of the problems I have is my thoughts will never ever grow about God if I don't think about God so if I don't think about him and look into the scriptures how can I grow how can my thoughts grow I work in the area of mental health sometimes there could be a traumatic experience that happens in the person's life where they may be 45 but their emotional capacity is still that of 10 or 12 because what happened to them at 10 or 12 they never pushed through they never got healed from so now they're 45 and they're throwing Tantrums like 10 and 12 year olds so I've been Sav 30 years but I'm still wrestling with stuff from 30 years ago in my attitude in my thinking I have not allowed the Holy Spirit to bring me to higher thoughts about God Paul wrote it like this in Corinthians chapter 13 he says says when I was a child I thought like a child I spoke like a child and I understood like a child but Steve he says this but when I became a man when I matured God didn't do it other people didn't do it when I matured I put away childish things God said I'm give you the power and that's in the whole chapter love that you as you mature we have to put away childish things so I have to come to the realization but sometimes I think childish and I got to go before him and say help me to put away show me how to put away this childish things arguing over Doctrine arguing over who's right and wrong arguing over can I have this or that arguing and upset and worked up that is childish things that's what I did when I was a kid mine mine mine mine mine and if I'm in my 40s and 50s and I'm still arguing over some things I'm still childish and I can pray all I want to you can pray all you want to and I'm not telling you not to pray but until you decide to put some Childish things away they will persist but there's times where I have to put childish s away childish thinking childish way of Behaving and responsibility he says Chris you have to put that away you can go to the altar 30 times and thank God for altars we can go to but he says until you put it away you're still going to be childish you'll be safe but childish you'll be Sav but never drive the car you'll be saved but never experience the fullness that I have for you let's go to Revelations CH 1 verse 9 and 12 we're going to look at John I'm just going to talk to you and and make certain statements and my whole hope is that we begin to see God in a different way than we've seen him before the same God that saved you but yet there's different there's different dimensions to him I think sometimes we're starved because we know more about church and less about him and we need to know him Paul said we should to grow in the knowledge of God and John is on the island of patmas removed away from everything that he ever known all his friends his close comrades that walk with Jesus are gone they're dead they've tried to kill him they boiled in o boiled him in oil and it didn't kill him wood he and so now they throw him on the aisl of patness because of his testimony of Jesus and is continually speaking the word of God this man was hard to kill and yet and still everything that used to be familiar to him is gone and yet he's there on a prison Island and one day on that prison Island because even though all the things around him begin to change and people died and all the apostles his friends his close comrades are all gone most of them martyred if not all of them martyred and he's seen death he's seen them being hunted down over and over again he's seen all this and yet and still his devotion does not wne he still says I'm the one that he loves and then on that aisle of patus mov from everything familiar he says I was in the spirit on the Lord's day and he had an encounter with God that has so revolutionized Mankind and a part of his encounter we're going to read so it says in Revelations 1:12 John writes then I turned to see the voice that spoke with me and having turned I saw seven golden lampstands and in the midst of the seven lampstands one like the son of man clothed with a garment down to the feet and G about the chest with a golden band his head and hair was white like wool as white as snow and his eyes like flame of fire he hears previously before this he hears a voice behind him in this vision and the voice says I am the first I am the last I am the Alpha and the Omega so John turns to see who's speaking to him the voice sounds familiar but he hasn't heard it this way before and he turns to look at The Man From Galilee as what he saw but he sees him in a different way than he's ever saw him before you have to understand John saw him as the man healing raising people from the dead but he also was the only disciple that saw him blooded and beaten and battered on the cross because after all the other disciples left John went back to the cross and he looked at his savior he looked at the one who gave him hope he looked at the one who gave him identity and he sees him dying he hears him crying out and he sees that what he thought he would never see and he says oh my goodness I've never seen this before and he hears the last words of Jesus before he dies woman Behold thy son son Behold thy mother he sees all this and he's there after the resurrection and he sees him in his resurrected form but he's never seen him like this he says I looked and his hair was white like wool which takes them back to the visions of Daniel and Ezekiel when they saw the Ancient of Days who has hair white as will who speaks of his wisdom he is wisdom I thought he was a man but now I found out he's not just a man he's God manif ested In the Flesh and then he looks at him and he looks at his eyes and when he says oh I seen his eyes they were like flames of fire I'm trying to grab a hold of what I saw so John in in in butic uh beautiful poetic allegory he's trying to give description he's trying to describe something that he saw in his own language because it's hard to understand what he saw so he writes they were like flames of fire it wasn't fire but it looked like fire I don't know what it was but his eyes caught my attention he is so focused on him that he sees the burning in his eyes he sees Jesus full of his glory and Beauty he begins to describe Jesus who and what he saw in Poetic imagery as I said John sees the very eyes of Jesus and he sees them as flames of fire now it's very important because we understand this the eyes often are described as the gateways of the Soul or the heart so when John sees them and he writes his eyes were like flames of fire he was speaking of something about Jesus about God because Jesus is God and in this instance God's Burning Heart and desire now you have to understand this I won't get in all the details of the Book of Revelations because in this setting I'm not here to talk about all the different themes and stuff in the Book of Revelations but Jesus reveals this to John on the front end of what we will start to see later on if you read the book of Revelations of the tribulation and all that and and in my mind he is saying this to John John I must show you who I really am because then I'm going to show you what I'm about to do and if I don't really show you who I am you're going to be confused about what's going to go down in this Vision about the end times and how I'm going to remove evil from the planet and I'm going to set up my throne in authority and power from Jerusalem and Rule and Reign not just the Millennium but I'm going to rule and Reign so much that the father is going to come down to the Earth and Heaven and and Earth will be one that is actually what's going to happen you think Heaven is your home the environment of Heaven is is your home but the Earth is where God created you to be and if you really read the scriptures and you really read Revelation you will see that heaven and Earth are going to merge together in one dimension where the glory and the Majesty of the father will also be tabernacled with human beings and we will rain and His glory will shine no moon no sun needed the glory and the Majesty of this God will illuminate the universe and we're so starred for this reality I get it when we all get to heaven I don't deny that song that's a good song What a Day rejoicing that will be but oh when he sets foot on this Earth and Heaven and Earth become one and then the prayer that he taught us to pray thy kingdom come thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven be here God wants heaven to come to Earth and Jesus is the agent the human man clothed in glory that's going to cause it to happen he do you not understand that Jesus is going to join both reals together as well one this is not a fantasy this is a reality this is where it's going David couldn't do it he tried with the Tabernacle Moses tried but he couldn't do it cuz it has to be a man but oh Jesus says here I am I'll come through the volume of the book that is written of me to do thy will oh Lord and he's going to bring bring Heaven and Earth to one but I need to think about him and and know about him so when we see eyes of flames of fire we see that he has a Burning Heart of holy desire that will not stop the eyes are often described as gateways and so Jesus eyes of fire reveal his ability to see all things and reveal the very passion in his heart his heart burns with holy passion and desire earlier when that young lady went on stage some of us probably got a little nervous and was like what's going on but the God on the throne is burning with desire for her because that's how he burns and if we understand understand this we would understand why we want to go find the ones because his heart will not stop burning with desire and love for his creation we don't get it we don't understand it it's God burning on the throne for you and I and it has nothing to do with your good works and has nothing to do with your righteousness cuz your righteousness and my righteousness is a filthy RS has something to do with God on the throne that will burn and when John sees the eyes of Jesus he begins to say oh those eyes that burn away everything that hinder love and it burns with passion and desire for me when you understand how much he burns for you you can understand why the disciples and the apostles and the early church says we are willing to die for him because we know how he burns we're willing to lay it all down for him because we've never seen someone burn with love for me as he burns with love for me he burns with love for me beyond all my failures and my mess ups and the things I've gotten wrong and how many times I spilled red Kool-Aid on the white carpet he burns with love for me and he continues to burn and that burning touches the heart of the believer who's willing to open their heart and their lies because he's wanting our hearts to burn like his heart but your heart can never burn like his heart if you don't know his heart is burning for you and so the enemy's whole agenda is to keep you from seeing how the God on the throne burns from you he tried to show it in the wilderness of Israel when they came out of Egypt you remember God said you thought I just want to set you free from your slavery I really set you free to come up come up to the mountain I want to show you something come up to the mountain Moses bring them up up to the mountain I want to show them who's in love with them I want to show them who they're going to make a covenant with and they were scared cuz the mountain burned with fire but Moses says I'll go this ex murderer this man who could not speak eloquently his speech he stuttered this man who was adopted by the Egyptians because his mother understood he couldn't die with all the other ones and this man who who was so uh in between two worlds because he understood that he was Jewish but he also understood he had the citizenship to be Egyptian so he leaves all that behind in his confusion in his his not understand he goes to the back side of a mountain for 40 years and God still calls him and he saids you thought I just called them you to bring them out I called you to bring them up come up come up Moses I'll show you something and from Adam since the fall of Adam all the way to Moses you don't see in scripture No one who asked Moses what ask God what Moses asked God you seen men ask for blessing and healing and deliverance and all those are good because our father wants to do that but this old aged man says it's not enough that I've seen all the 10 plagues that none of us have ever seen before happen in the earth it's not enough that I saw the Red Sea split for hours and hours because millions of Jewish people had to walk through the Red Sea so it was not like the Ten Commandments that we saw by Charleston hon that thing was split open for a long time and they walked not one feeble amongst them it's not enough that he saw all that he says I know I've seen the Miracles and the healings and deliverance but Lord Show Me Your Glory and I could see the father said oh I got one I got one who is not distracted by all the ministry uh things that I do amongst men he's not distracted by all the blessings he's not distracted by all the manifestations of the spirit he really wants to see me Show Me Your Glory and then there's this next leader that comes amongst all the other leaders of Israel Kings after Kings after Kings but God he measured them by Jesus but humanly he measured the Kings by one man all the kings were measured by one man all the kings of Israel you know who they were measured by they were measured by this boy this boy who would would be king because when he became king he says I'm going to do something that it's not recommended that I Do by the law but I'm going to house the glory and the manifestation of God's spirit in the earth give me the Tabernacle put musicians and singers around about at 24/7 and I will be a man after God's Own Heart because one thing have I desired of the Lord and that one thing will I seek after not kingdoms not not not prominence not platforms and we keep seeking platforms after platforms after platforms and we're seeking platforms that we can't even stand on and all across this country if you have not noticed why we are trying to be play church and do church and all that church how many men are starting to fall off of platforms after platforms after platforms and it's not that God is not going to restore them it's not that God is not going to heal them because God will because he's faithful but I wonder if God wants to get us uh get our attention and say stop going after platforms and start going after my presence because where my presence is there's fullness of joy and David longed to say take away everything from me when David sinned he repented but you ought to read what David said in his repentance he says I don't care about the kingdom I don't care about the money I don't care about all that take not your Holy Spirit from me don't leave me I can be in the wilderness and if I have you with me I've experienced that I was writing songs to you while I was out there looking over the Sheep I don't have to have the falling of the people what I really want is you and God says ooh I like that oo I like that so much when I come down in the earth I'm going to attach my name to his name and I will be called the son of David do you understand understand God took the title of a man in his weakness and yet his Devotion to God was so powerful that Jesus was called son of David the Messiah is known as a son of David when it describes his rulership that will happen in the future from Israel from the Throne of Jerusalem it says and he will sit on the throne of his father David how can he be his father and still be God I know it's a mystery I am the root and The Offspring of David why because when you dare to have great Devotion to God God dares to put your name in honor all over the universe and it's written down in the books of Heaven forever and in Revelations chapter 4 John sees more of the vision of heaven and he says that I looked and I came up and behold a throne and after these things I looked and behold a door standing open in the heaven and the first voice that I heard in the beginning speaking with me come up here and I will show you things with much take place after this immediately I was in the spirit and behold a throne set in heaven and one sat on the throne and he who sat there was like a Jasper and a sardia stone in appearance and there was a rainbow around the throne in appearance like an emerald again he's trying to describe something he sees in the heavenlies with Earthly terms and he says when I saw the one on the throne we don't get it he sees God on the throne like he has seen this this is not a fairy tale ladies and gentlemen he sees God on the throne just like Ezekiel sees the son of man on the throne and he starts to describe what he sees and he starts with the jasper stone which speaks what God looks like the Jasper Stone radiates light like a diamond glorious light God shines brilliantly the jasper stone anyone understand the color prism the light prism through light you see all different colors so John is seeing this God on the throne illuminated with brightness and glory and all different colors Illuminating from him Psalm says this is interesting I see I said we got to start getting thoughts about God the psalm writes this it says he wraps himself with light as with a garment some of you like oh okay Chris no here here let me help you out with this how does the one who is light wrap himself with light light wrapping himself with light so he is light but he wraps himself layer and layers and layers of beauty and Majesty with no Shadows no Darkness this is God and then we're in vessels of clay so when they supposed to encounter me they're supposed to encounter him and this is troubling for me because I know often people just encounter me before they encounter him and if sorus is the Deep Red gem this speaks of God's burning fiery desire he burns with desire for us he doesn't just love us come on beloved he doesn't just love you and I he burns with an allc consuming desire for you you can't even compare to anything even you who have grandbabies and you love them so much and you burn you don't burn like he burns for us it's unmatched in the human heart it has to be imparted in the human heart it does not come to us naturally this one who burns on the throne is burning for you and I constantly and he will not stop Don't Let the Fire go off on the altar he's always burning he's burning so much that when you get close to him the ones closest to his throne is called the seraphim they're Angelic beings they have six wings and the seraphim are the burning ones cuz they're so close to the throne they say they guard the throne they just burn endlessly as they say holy holy holy you know do do you know what holy holy holy actually means they're screaming it you know what it means they see him and what they they're saying is transcended beauty transcended beauty transcended beauty and since they were created they see him over and over again and every time they see him they see something they've never seen before and it caed them to say holy holy holy they are venting what they see it's a response to the Majesty on the throne I'm convinced in my mind I'm not writing a Doctrine about it I'm convinced Lucifer had the opportunity tell people worship His those beings underneath him but he was not the leader of worship in heaven you're outside of your mind God is the leader of worship cuz when you see him that is the right response there is no Lucifer in heaven right now guess what it's God and still sounds and Lightnings and thunderings because he is the one who leads the worship of Heaven to the point Jesus God manifested In the Flesh says this in Hebrews chapter 2 it says oh I will get in the midst of them and I will sing praises back to you from the midst of the church when worship really begins to happen when we break through that Veil it's no longer you singing It's your voice it's your instruments but it's the spirit of Christ that has gotten down on the inside of you and he sings back to his father because only Jesus knows what his father really loves and there are songs that he gives to us to sing back to him because he knows him and these are the things that our heart is starving for everything around us is such a passing pleasure you think about it you can't hold on I don't care how much money you get you can't hold on to it enough everything is passing and we long for something that doesn't pass we were created to engage with the one who doesn't ever pass and it does not take great theology or knowing the scriptures to know this one cuz most of if not all of them who wrote the scriptures they had encounters with him before they wrote the Scriptures it was out of the encounter and their Devotion to them that they wrote what they wrote we now have the very scriptures they wrote the scripture you know what scripture should lead us into and and I've used it this way and it's been wrong I've used scripture to lead me into winning debates that's wrong that's fleshly I'll be the first am minute I've done on Facebook I done the debates no scripture should lead me into encounters with him and then when I have encounters with him it's hard for me to hate you yeah I got mardell's hand raised yeah it's hard see if you have a problem with hating people then you need to spend some more time with the Lord cuz even the people that hurt you when you spend enough time with the Lord even though it might be difficult to forgive them the Forgiveness of the Lord gets on you then you just release forgiveness and you you releasing it far greater than what your mind can conceive and you'll find yourself not only just forgiving people asking God now they might not ever be in relationship with you like Lord just bless them over there bless them over there touch them over there you might not ever be in uh close relationship with him but it's impos it's impossible for me to be with him and to hate you and so if I'm hating you I'm not in constant fellowship with him I'm choosing to step out of Fellowship so that I can just give you a piece of my mind but when I'm walking in his Pres presence with the heart of burning with the father of Burning Love I burn with love towards people and in my mind I don't like it at first because I want to stay mad at them but then all of a sudden he breaks into my heart and it's like oh I'm just going to forgive him why would you do that cuz the heart of Burning Love Has touched my heart forgive as you've been forgiven cuz I've been with him and I've seen how much he's forgiven me and he's like and he's rubbing off on me he's transforming me we're going to talk about the fruits of the spirit on Sunday nights fruits come from relationship not from great discipline you can have great discipline and not have kindness I got somebody else saying yes that's good yeah you can have great discipline and be hateful as you want to you can show up to church Sunday after Sunday every offering even giveing a offering and go home and be hateful I know that's the truth cuz I done met some of them I was some of them I've seen it I've seen it I've seen it and and and your kids have seen it and different kids kid and some of you seen it cuz you was the kids that were beneficiary of that person that had it all together on Sunday and even on Wednesday and they went to every pray prayer service and they went to every church service and they studied and I'm not saying you shouldn't do that and went home and was just as hateful as anybody else because fruit love joy peace kindness is is is brought forth from connected love Hosea and zapor is the fruit of me and Wendy's relationship and connected love so the B product of your relationship with him is he's bringing fruit through you and not just for you but for the world all around you so you can't produce fruit without relationship Jesus says that if you abide in the vine and I abide in you then you will produce fruit and when you're lacking fruit because you're connected to me I will cause you to produce more fruit cuz you ain't going to stay in relationship with me and not be fruitful if you've been saved for 30 years and you're just as unkind as you was when you first got saved I'm going to ask you are you connected to him because being connected to him has softened my heart over and over and caused kindness in the midst of him confronting my my my my my attitudes and things that I I I don't even look at people the way I used to look at them even about 10 years ago and I think back and I'm like oh God but I thank you for your forgiveness cuz I can't believe believe how I used to be but thank you for your grace and saving Mercy I got a couple more scriptures I'm going to share with you because I'm not going to get through all my notes but that's fine I want to take you to Ezekiel chapter 1 verse 26- 28 and then we're going to go the Song of Solomon because Chris why do I need to know God burns with desire for me why do I need to know this one on the throne that's all consuming and he's filled with burning passions we're going to look at this we're going to look at song of PSAL and we're going to tell you why we're going to try to explain why now this why will grow because I'm in limited in the information that I know about him and I I have no problem saying that probably 10 years from now if I watch this video I'm like wow hm that was good but he's shown you so much more but that's okay cuz we will never know him but he calls us to know him Ezekiel I just and I just want to read this for one I just want to read this because I want us to see what's what's in the scriptures about him seriously to think about him I'm like this likeness of a throne is like him and John John seeing the throne room Ezekiel sees the throne room they both get I wonder how their Fellowship was once John and Ezekiel got to Heaven together if they kind of exchanged their notes about him John be like man I read what you wrote but oh my goodness when I got to experience it it was otherworldly and in appearance like a sapphire stone on the likeness of the throne was a likeness Within the appearance of a man high above it so he sees his throne in heaven it's the Throne of God and then he sees the likeness of a man above it now understand the reason why he says the likeness of a man because he's trying to put in his language to to give an understanding of what he saw he says it was a man but it wasn't a man but it was a man but it wasn't a man so in scripture when it says the likeness of a man like if you understood there was no Dove that descended on Jesus at the Jordan River it says the Holy Spirit fell like o fell like a dove so it's the like ass so he's like I'm trying to give you some insight in the in our language to give you some insight of the Heavenly thing that I'm seeing uh as also from the appearance of his wayist okay this likeness of a man that he sees upon the throne from the appearance of his waist and upward I saw as it were the color of amber with the appearance of fire all around within it and from the appearance of his waist and downward I saw as it were the appearance of fire with brightness all around it he says this one who appears like a man this is Messiah on the throne by the way because if you read the whole thing it's speaking of Christ in his glory before he even came to the Earth cuz this is in the Old Testament Ezekiel sees and he says oh from his waist upward he was fire burning and from his waist downward what is this that I'm seeing I'm just writing down trying to describe what I saw so he sees the son of man on the throne burning with fire and Shining with brilliant light similar to what John writes and he's encountering this one and so as we encounter the burning God on the throne there is a desire in the heart of the father for us as we allow ourselves to welcome into our lives and our hearts the burning God on the throne but I already asked Jesus in my heart yes you did but there's a progression in our relationship Lord now I'm knowing you as the burning one can you come and encounter my heart with the Burning Flames of Love and this is the reason why let's go to Song of Solomon real quick 86 and 7 and then I'm going be done the shulamite to her beloved so the Song of Solomon is a song of love it speaks of the married love the blessing of married love Solomon is pursuing this shulamite woman Solomon spiritually is a picture of Christ and this woman is a picture of his bride and this is the end of the song when all else has been conveyed by both of them in Devotion to him is solidified cuz she says yes I want to be the one that you spend the rest of your life with I I your desire is towards me and my desire is towards you and this is in the midst of this song of Solon it's absolutely wonderful song of Solon I know some of you don't want to read don't want other people to read it because you start to see the human side of it and it it is awesome if you husbands could read this to your wife but you might have to tweak it a little bit cuz she might not want you to say that she looks like a gazelle just saying with hair like goat and stuff you might not get too far with that husband so don't try that but if you can get into what it speaks of it might benefit you I do like one part of the song Song of Solomon more than others at the beginning she's speaking of her wrestle with her sinful uh nature or her her her uh uh her Frailty and and she says this yeah I'm going to do it and it's fun and she says I'm dark but lovely I like that one I like that one she saysi dark but lovely that's mine that's mine right there I like that one he says I'm dark but lovely yeah that's what I say Wendy I'm dark but lovely I am but anyway I know you can laugh it's okay some of you miss it I know y'all wondering you see what he's doing yeah you fine but anyway it says this at the end she is being called to do something and ask Solomon for something so it's us going to that place of full Devotion to him and calling and asking for something and it says this set me he is actually saying this set me as a seal upon your heart as a seal upon your arms for love is as strong as death jealousy as cruel as the grave its Flames are flames of fire a most behem flame many Waters cannot quench love nor can the floods drowned if a man would give for love all the wealth of his house it would be utterly despised now I'm going to read it one more time real quick I'm read as a passion translation because I like this translation because you really get what's going on here verse six fasten me upon your heart as a seal of fire forever more this living consuming flame will seal you as my prisoner of love my passion is stronger than the chains of death and the grave all consuming as the very flashes of fire from The Burning Heart Of God place this Fierce unrel fire over your entire being rivers of pain and persecution will never extinguish this flame Endless Love will be unable to quench this Raging Fire that burns within you everything will be consumed it will stop at nothing as you yield everything to this Furious fire until it won't even seem to you like a sacrifice anymore that is God's desire to the church set me as a seal upon your heart ask for the very burning of my heart to consume your heart so you and I can be as one and within this reality I believe Paul writes because this Burning Love cannot be consumed it cannot be overcome and he writes what can separate me from The Burning Love of God that's in Christ Jesus can life or death can powers or principalities when you put all these things together you realize why Paul said what he said he says oh there's a burning love in the heart of the father and that very burning he wants in the heart of every believer but we have to ask him for it but when I ask him for it I need to understand this it says it's all consuming it's going to consume everything in me that hinders love he says it will not stop I will consume everything every idea every thought that keeps you from loving me I will devour with my holy flame you will be preserved you will come out as fine gold but everything that ever has gotten our way I will devour because he is a bridegroom God who says I am jealous for your love and he's asking will you be jealous for my love upon your heart me and you upon your arms now will you take the burning love I have for you and reveal it to all those around you and go find the ones that I'm burning for persecution that's coming the shaking that's coming Only The Burning Love for God will cause us to Prevail even Jesus said so can you musicians go ahead and come even Jesus says this in Matthew 24 he says this and we need to understand this as iniquity abounds he's speaking of the end times that we claim we're in and I believe we are moving towards as iniquity abounds the love of many will wax cold what that means is as evil reveals itself in the Earth the love of many will be consumed by that evil and stop loving did you hear what I said so when you find yourself stop loving and and and and spewing and all that and you think he's okay with it that means the enemy's agenda to stifle Your Love Not only for God but for people is working Jesus said it and I read that several years ago I was like oh so what causes us to stop loving that the enemy uses iniquity people doing crazy stuff people doing stuff that hurt you so Lord teach me how to stand against unrighteousness but keep loving teach me how to stand in The Burning Love of God to say no that is not going to be a part of my life but I'm going to have such an attitude and a sweetness about me and a kindness that I still will see many come unto the Lord Lord bur you said I could burn with love for you will you help me Holy Spirit Will you impart stand to your feet will you impart this will you impart this for you who don't even know the love of God the love of God towards you I want you to know that God burns with love and desire for you regardless of what you've heard before regardless of the situation you're in you have a father that burns with love for you and it's in Christ Jesus and he has made a way for you to come and engage and experience this love through the death burial and resurrection of his son and as you trust in him as you open up your heart and say Lord forgive me of my sins come and live on the inside of me Empower me with the burnings of your love and your spirit to overcome he will he will just say save me Heal Me forgive me deliver me I am yours simple crying out simple praying for us as Believers where we think about him it's the most important thing to say about us he's inviting us this was not a rebuke that I say today this was the invitation to know his love and to release it in the Earth to the people all around us I'm going pray a prayer just to ask him to do what he wants to do but as I pray I want you to pray if if you're saying Lord I I want to First experience the burning love you have for me because I've been so overwhelmed by stuff and Circumstance I don't even know if you love me even more sometimes I don't feel like you love me or think that you love me but I believe today through the hearing of the word I trust I have hope I have hope that you do so I come and I'm going to ask the prayer I'm going ask the question ask you to touch me with your love if that's you if that's you I want you to come up here if that you saying hey I'm under I don't know I've I've I've been wavering to see if he loves me or not and Lord I just want I just want you to touch me with your love I want to know that you love me I mean serious come let someone pray with you God is going to do something in your heart don't be ashamed he's wanting to reveal his love in a deeper way come come I would never saw I would never said that if I didn't believe that he was saying that come all right as I pray I just believe all over this room if that's you he says I want to encounter the god of Burning Love over and over again I want his seal upon my heart I want it upon my arms if that's you as I pray I just thank you I just just want you to raise your hand and receive because he is going to seal us with Divine love the holy flame of love John saw it Ezekiel Saw It Moses saw it in Exodus 24 it's for us father right now I thank you that you always hear us I thank you for your son's death burial and Resurrection I thank you Jesus that you are God with a burning heart and you Reveal Your Heart of Love to us right now and I asked Holy Spirit Will you seal our hearts with the Burning Love of God that you would set the Seal of Love Upon Our Hearts and Upon Our arms that we would burn with love for him and love for ourselves and love for other people that cannot be quenched that cannot be overwhelmed by persecution and lies and deception a love that will continue to burn throughout all eternity we're asking you for that right now we're not asking you to start a fire in us we're asking you to release the burning love in our hearts Holy Spirit and we thank you we thank you for this this Burning Love That overtakes emotional trauma that overtakes the lies of the enemy this Burning Love that causes us to release forgiveness and causes us to Hope and to experience Joy again we're asking for that will cause us to love our wives like Christ loves the church would cause wives to do the very thing your word declares submit unto their husbands as unto the Lord not as to a tyrant as unto the Lord that would cause love to permeate within the family Empower our hearts to love you more we ask you for that right now in Jesus name he is longing for our devotion no one moves his heart like you move his heart he loves you with burning love you need to believe that you need to know that and beloved release his love to people all around find the ones that he loves beckon the ones that he loves he will not stop 30 years from now he will still be burning he will not stop be blessed I speak blessings upon this house in the name of the Lord blessings of Joy blessings of Peace blessings of laughter and hope of healing for anyone who who's dealing with any physical ailment
