Today he tweeted about a mom who was delivering her baby at home with a midwife when they called 9-1-1 emergency happen and they had to wait nearly 20 minutes for help. And he says that this is a situation that is a resolution soon. Tonight we see this problem to the eyes of a family of 4 here in Kansas City with one on the way that had to wait nearly 15 minutes as they watched their home go up in flames. >> The moments neighbors scrambled to oils to make sure they have all made out.
