the stupidest rule in sports and in the NFL is 100% the overtime rules that the NFL has still yet to change and maybe I just didn't catch it but I did not know that the overtime rules where both teams get the ball only happens in the playoffs for some reason I had the Lions minus 5 and a half so I probably shouldn't be complaining but the fact that this was a classic of an opening Sunday Night Football game and Matthew Stafford doesn't get to touch the ball is ridiculous like the fact that you have a Ru just for the playoffs because you know that the rule is unfair in the regular season and then you don't add it to the regular season just baffles me every single year
