this is a wild story Westerville police say 19-year-old seok toi's false robbery report led to Serious Panic a local grocery store cleared out and placed on lockdown officers rushed in with guns in hand looking to protect the public quite frankly it was a tin situation all of it because of a story that was made up that information according to officers investigating this case atten to all Sunday afternoon Westerville officers rushing into this Kroger on West shrock Road body cam video clearly showing their serious response going aisle to aisle guns at the ready get to your car go to your car outside warning customers to stay away all of it after getting reports of a robbery at the store officers say 18-year-old seawalk tour made that 911 text not only that investigators say he told a manager at the store there were people outside with guns when police located toari and spoke with him outside the store they say it didn't take long to find out it was all made up telling them a story that went in circles this guy's a whole liar this guy is lying about his sister was never here his sister's been home the entire day get this police say he wasn't alone when all of this was going on he was with his infant child police had to get his girlfriend to come get the baby she didn't understand any of it either how did this I don't I'm so confused so we that's why we're trying to get everything straight after everything was sorted out toari put in cuffs you're being placed under arrest right now okay Not only was toari charged with swatting but get this shoplifting as well officers say he walked out of the store with diapers he never paid for police were also able to connect his cell phone with other false police calls prior to this incident he did not have a record with the law that has certainly changed Rodney dunan reporting [Music]
