[Music] the final grand slam of the tennis season the US Open is on the way and we should be talking about the amazing outfits that now mosaka war or perhaps why Stefanos CPAs cannot perform at the US Open unfortunately we are all hung up on y Yanik Cena yes the number one men's ranked tennis player in the world was cleared of all doping charges on the 10th of August and everybody was like huh doping charges from where and so let me roll it back on the 10th of March in 2024 yanika submitted a urine sample and it was found to contained a bned substance colable it's an anabolic steroid he also submitted another sample on March 18th and it was also found to contain the same substance now he continued playing as far as we know until August of 10th of August when he was cleared of all charges here is where the problem was nobody knew about it and this is what is causing the Uproar because according to the international tennis Federation once a banned substance is found in your system your team is notified and you are provisionally suspended until you're cleared number two they passed a law that was to take effect from the 1st of September 2016 that as soon as you're provisionally suspended it was going to be made public whether it was a voluntary suspension or a mandatory suspension but for Yanik sin's case nobody heard about it once the substance was found nobody heard about a provisional suspension nobody heard about the doping Scandal until he was cleared on the 10th of August and so the question on everybody's s now it's not that Yanik whether Yanik s is guilty or not the question is why was the process changed for Yanik CA now according to the tennis Federation they've come out to say that as soon as they found the substance Yanik CA was provisionally suspended and then he contested it immediately but the fact Still Remains the minute you provisionally suspended him according to you it should have been made public according to your rules and so I guess I'm going to have to ask the tennis Federation now what else are they possibly hiding and number two is this the new procedure for all athletes that will be found with B substance in their system or is this just The Preserve of yanic CA those are my questions what are your thoughts
