better and then was a finish that's been hit with such power and Pace the keeper has no time to react it's a brilliant strike so Chelsea get the game restarted how will they respond to that goal the referee knew that was Foul Play but Advantage it is Moes kaedo they're using the space really well you've got to say teammates in the middle and Under Pressure that was a fine claim and a good challenge to bring that attack to an end really good ball there oh yes as pure a header as you're likely to see and he ought to be very proud of that [Applause] one well here it is again just look at the quality of the Cross it's inch perfect and then what a great finish as well good connection with the ball leaving the keeper with little chance it's a great [Applause] goal so a level contest 1-1 [Applause] Mendy but he could run onto it [Applause] here well a foul but the Advantage with Real [Applause] Madrid federo valde now good run and good ball control but they dealt with the threat posed and the Counterattack is on options [Applause] available oh good looking run and it's opening up no real threat from the shot Sav by Kur [Applause] oh big chance and the goke keeper and the penalty is given the referee right on the spot and now a chance for them to take the lead here and into the book he goes to well once he gave the penalty he was always going to give him a yellow card well I think it's fair to say he doesn't agree with that decision this to put them in front and a goal he was composure personified and he's done his job from the [Applause] spot well here it is again and it can be a risky penalty but he hits it straight down the middle the goalkeeper goes one way the ball goes through the middle excellent Finish Well 21 it is here valde now with Fernandez Real Madrid couldn't maintain possession well there's a really stylish piece of running and he's in and a goal another one two in quick succession no wonder they're celebrating well he wasn't going to waste this Advantage count I think it's fair to say Stuart your thoughts well they're dominating this first half their approach play they CL around the box and the finishing have been excellent they just need to this game has been very limited what have you made of his performance Stuart well he has to find space in more dangerous areas he's such a good player around the box but today he struggled to get on the ball and that's one of the reasons they're losing here now the ball is rolling again and no getting away from it delightful stuff served up by Chelsea in the first half will we see a similar pattern in the second 45 well it could be on for him here well we' like to call things as we see them Stuart and I must say he's got that one horribly wrong well it's a poor decision in the end it's still plenty to do from here he hits it so well though lots of pace lots of power and the keeper just can't react in time it's a great strike mad so the current score line 42 Miko mudri well we have 20 minutes left in this game modri oh he's through here and really going for power but the opportunity's been squandered but I'm not sure going for power was the right option I think that should have been placed into the corner well if angelotti didn't know it already it looks like being one of those days for his team given away by [Applause] Chelsea and nicely over the top flirting with more than a bit of danger following that challenge he's already been [Applause] booked has eyes for goal well the shot seemed like a good option but goalkeeper ball [Applause] for using the space really well but now can they push on can he put it away on a powerful effort but not threatening the goalkeeper and he'll be [Applause] [Music] [Applause] disappointed Carvajal being hounded Real Madrid have been awarded the free kick [Applause] nacho Fernandez on the ball rudiger good tackle nice looking pass [Applause] venicius Jr and valver josu Rodrigo now with valde every goalkeeper would expect to catch that one but in the closing phase and Stuart Chelsea have been tremendous today yeah clearly the better side obviously been fantastic up front but it's their work ethic for me they're just not happy unless they have the ball and they're fighting to win it back whenever they do lose it it's been a really great performance all around and defensive play to be [Applause] applauded Mandy could P one back here oh a challenge that simply had to be [Applause] won Riga so three minutes of stoppage time it'll be federo valde onto Fernandez promising pass and the danger is [Applause] averted [Applause] quick start in these group stages they'll be happy with the three points but now they have to back it up in the next game six points and you're halfway there but it just seems in this game he's been a step ahead of his opponents in every way Stuart well what more could you ask for his buildup play was clever his movement was Dynamic and he scored a couple of goals what a player he is
