hi my name is Chris Jones I live in rotten New York and my wife and I just had a heat pump installed 6 months ago and we like it it's been a very good system for us um Halco installed it and they were very responsive they anytime we had a problem or a question they were here that day to solve the problem um the system appears to be working well uh it's there's a learning curve which is hard for elderly people uh to learn how to operate the system because just the way it determines what the temperatures are because it uses ceiling temperature and you're not used to that um other than that uh we like the system it's been good in the summertime had the air conditioning running for a couple of months and um we aren't spending a lot of time here in the winter but so far it's kept the house warm uh we got the whole program through sustainable Tomkins County and they were wonderful and ultimately it didn't cost us anything which was just wonderful
