John gy 3 and Floyd Mayweather did their rematch from June 2023 when their first exhibition match in Florida was stopped in the sixth round following a massive brawl in the ring this time the match was more civil and takes place in the High Altitude capital city of Mexico in suad day Mexico where 22,000 in attendance witnessed the fight wi all eight rounds with neither fighter in much danger of being knocked down for John guy 3 he was given a tremendous opportunity to fight one of the best fighters ever on two occasions and he held his own through 14 2minute rounds between the two fights just in that regard it was a success in my opinion plus he's several million dollars richer than he was just 14 months ago the change of referee was bizarre as Mayweather fired him in the second round and was replaced by another ref this was a success for both boxers and it'll be interesting to see what's next for both Mayweather and GTI 3
