But it's pared down to comply with the Supreme Court's Juba ruling that presidents have broad immunity for official acts. Some of the evidence like some of the communications between the president and the Department of Justice, um, that would have been marshaled in support or was marshaled in support in the initial indictment is no longer on the tape. A source close to the legal team for the former president tells CBS news that quote, this was not a surprise and it doesn't change their position that they believe the case is flawed.
