we've talked about those in the previous motions that basically uh some 70% of everybody in Le County believes that Brian cerg is in fact guilty and there's only 40,000 people in that City but if you go to Boise there's 400,000 people it's a greater pool in which to choose from if the prosecution doesn't come up with a better argument other than let's wait and see during voar I think the judge judge judge that's his name judge judge uh will have to Grant the motion for a change of venue it will be inconvenient it will be expensive but it will get done it makes no sense to take the wait and see position in my humble opinion and then only to find out that you cannot seat a jury
