the offseason we we came together and like did a lot of outside workouts and strength and conditioning to be able to get out here put pads on and contribute it to the field you know if I was a cartoon character my head would explode that's how excited I am everybody's on the same page you can tell sometimes they look at each other and it's just like okay I think I know we going to run and he'll say but yeah I I wanted you to run that like we've had talent but when Talent comes together and actually protect each other and we're brothers and you come out here and it's iron sharp is iron nothing's better than this just having our players uh have a better understanding of who we are as a program where we're headed what we're here to do go go go go go go good DP uh they have so much of a better uh idea of the expectations that we have set for them uh each one individually and as a unit and as a team so as probably the what gives me the most confidence our guys just have a better understanding of of what it's going to take
