Intro hi everyone hope everyone is staying safe and well in these are tough times at the moment for I would just share some of my strength and conditioning exercises that I've been doing at home that you guys can do easily in your living room or in other areas of the house which I will show in a minute so basically the free exercises are stair step up single leg reach and plank drag the things you'll need for them is a bag a backpack or weighted vest even and I fill mine up with water bottles and some weights basically to get it to a weight where I uncomfortable and a single dumbbell or again something that you can just drag them on the floor with your hands that's a good way the weights I've used in the video or obviously weight so I've got comfortable and built up over time so I only recommend you guys if you want to give them a go it's maybe to start off with out anyway and then gradually build them up hope you guys enjoy this is the earth stair step up Step Up and like I said before this is one of the exercise from like and SSE program as designed by our SS Ito steamed pupa basically wonderful here it's about back and oh wait then just fine 20 kgs just which yeah drive nice and you drop down right side I studied out now three sets of ten reps Single Leg Squat [Music] single leg squat to reach okay again just need lose that this time only one three sets of ten reps [Music] thank you have a slight bend in it hold it wait and Michael show make sure it's nice and upright and then I just need to reach out again it okay okay thirty doing ten of that three times haeseong's Jake [Music] okay this is a good one for you please see your single leg strength will proceed for jumping around on the court which is perfect and also helps your balance so you might last exercise from High Plank the plank - nice high plank position like this making sure the dumbbell and drag across then down on the right reach through drag across okay so the key to this is making sure my body sure my always staying straight my flat I start walking about I'm obviously joking too far too many so what you want to do is I do three sets of ten reps on each side wait feel free to have a go share the videos of to see [Music]
