here's Matthew shetti Matthew the members of Canada's Men's National Team that you spoke to kept referring to a third-party report commissioned by Canada Soccer uh do you believe that report will reveal their performance that Copa America might have been tainted well there certainly is a confidence from the players I've spoken to on background and members of the coaching staff I've spoken to on background that when that third party report comes out and we keep hearing it'll come out soon we don't know when though that there will be no connection between Jesse Marsh's time as head coach to the Canadian Men's National Team their accomplishment of finishing fourth at this Summer's Copa America and the culture of using drones and Drone footage that Rick West had reported on that became the basis of that third party report and which obviously affected the Women's National Team at the Paris Olympics but that doesn't necessarily mean there won't be questions when that report finally comes out specifically about John Herman's time as the men's and women's head coach uh the preparation that he used ahead of major tournaments and qualification for the 2022 World Cup and how that culture if it did happen how that went into beev pran's time as the Women's National Team head coach so as we stand right now though I'm back with the team as I was during Copa America coincidentally back in Kansas City as they were for their second group game against Peru and there is just this general feeling of being unbothered by any kind of speculation any questions about drones or drone usage because again there's a confidence that when that report comes out there will be no connection between Jesse Marsh and his time as the head coach of the Men's National Team and any issues with drone usage at Canada Soccer
