Heritage Bay Website Chelsea Tee Time Request

hello everyone this is Justin mcer the director of golf operations here at Heritage Bay and today I'm going to show you how to submit a request for a tea time utilizing the Heritage Bay website so once you log into the website you are going to hover over the word golf select tea times it's going to redirect you to Chelsea which is a system we use to submit a tea time request this can be done 4 to 10 days in advance it's going to bring you to this homepage here it's going to give you current course conditions and it's also going to tell you if there is an overflow list for that particular day now this time of year during the summer months we don't have an overflow list but during our peak season often times we will and this home screen will show that message here so if we're going to request the tea time we are going to go to the request Tab and select add a request so I'm just going to select Tuesday the 18th now we have the first parameter here which is the requested te time or as I like to say the desired te time I'm just going to leave it to the default of 9:00 then you have two parameters below it now these parameters are important you want to leave these parameters as well wi as possible to increase your chances of getting a tea time if I am requesting 9:00 but change the earliest to 8 and say the latest to 10 I'm not going to be able to get a 756 or a 10:04 tea time because those do not fall within the parameters I set for so I strongly advise you not change those parameters unless you absolutely cannot play outside that window below that you're going to see number holes you can select you can select nine or nine holes walking directly below that you're going to see number of T times it's going to default to one but if you have a group of people or linked te times you can change this up to four we can request up to 16 players or four T times once you have all that set you're going to select Player information from there you can either utilize the buddy list which is basically the members that you have saved in there or you can utilize this magnifying glass here select player one use the magnifying glass again select your player now here is where you can add guest or companion guest keep in mind Shaner members do not have access to companion passes but if you were to change that we can you know put in a guest here or companion as you can see it's going to fill in a c guest keep in mind each member only has three companion passes per year once you have all the players filled in that you wish to request a tea time for you're just going to select the submit button and then you're going to receive an email confirmation with your requested tea time and that tea time if you shall receive one will be published 3 days in advance thanks so much for listening and I hope this helps you navigate the herriage bay website and request te times in Chelsea
