as there Callum very well done Callum in terms of that match how pleasing was it to get the win today yeah really pleasing always a tough Vue to come and obviously you bring in the weather conditions as well but the way we start the game obviously get another early goal which which helped settles us but I thought for the first 15 20 minutes we were outstanding Tempo they really struggled to live withs at that point um and then the later the game went you know there was a few bits for us to tidy up but um I think all in all another positive performance another clean sheet um and then we move on to next week you've been doing it all season setting the tone early how key is has that been to to build something in a match yeah absolutely it's vital especially the way that we want to play you know get get the ball moving and POS our intensity counter press all these types of things so if we score early then teams maybe need to think about doing something different that gives us more more space to play as well so um yeah like I said pleas afternoon some bits to work on for sure and we'll just keep getting better and you know keep working hard another 25 yard or a tap in by your standards again is it just something you take it in the moment you saw that chance opening up yeah what just um obviously probably confidence been high from a couple of weeks ago and it falls in the same sort of position opens up and just have a pop and uh when you looks in then it's in you like playing here another goal for you here is that something I'm getting forward again for for you making sure that's both both sides of their your game you're doing today yeah I think that again you know what we bring with our system and the fullback especially with our running um can create such a you know just a difficult thing to defend when you have the double run happening every time and again you know it might only happen once a game when we do it 10 times but that one time you're going to get it you're going to create a pretty big goal scoring opportunity so I'm just happy that you know it managed to get in the back of the net hit the target got a little lucky and uh yeah we'll take it another clean sheet as well you're not giving away many chances either is that from from your point of view is it just that consistency that keeps going you're really building momentum there no I definitely again I think we take a lot of pride in that as an entire team and I think that any team that I've been on that's kept clean sheets like this it's something that's instilled from the front of the front the attackers all the way to the back it's not just the Defenders that love it you can see it I mean again the work rate from our front line you know it takes the quality out of the passing and again the reactions whenever we lose the ball just makes our life so easy at the back and again I think Casper's been pretty happy back there only a couple shots again um so again it's it's doing all the little things right again as Cal said there's things that we can clean up um to take ourselves to the next level and we're going to keep looking at that but no it's been a really good start to the year so far Cal the manager was seen to us before the game that mat Oates it's all but done in terms of him leaving the club from your point of view as a captain how key is it to keep the continuity so you keep moving on and one player that might leave but you know you don't kind of look at that as a negative you have to keep going looking forward yeah well that's it the the guys that are left here now they got to step up and and that's that's what we're about it's a a squad game you know Matty comes in develops himself moves on to a bigger level and that's brilliant it's it's it's another sort of backhanded compliment for the lads as well when they bring them into this environment we get them working we make them better players and and then it's just the next cycle happens again we get the next one in we do the same but like Al said it's it's about mentality and working hard and when you've got that then players come come and go but the structure has to stay the same
