Well, if you have anything planned for this week, it's gonna be a lot better. Alicia, not as hot as previous weeks where it was 100 and 5106. Now, we're actually trending a lot closer to normal and even closer to eighties. And I think tomorrow will be right around 90 but Tuesday forecasting a high around 88 to 89 outside right now though, it is a mostly clear night for the first day of September and today's progress, it didn't feel like September a little warmer than normal. The morning low started off in the middle seventies where we typically dropped about 73 high temperature. 96 today average where we should be stopping is 94. So we soared above average. Uh Now we're, since we're in a new month, we're starting up our new rainfall count for the month of September. Historically, it is, it is a pretty wet month and tomorrow for Labor Day and Tuesday and later this week, we have several days of rain, but here's a snapshot on what you can expect for tomorrow 92 as we're forecasting. However, if rain starts a little earlier in the afternoon, we may be limited to the upper eighties. Tomorrow. Sun down. Tomorrow night, 754 days are getting shorter and again, scattered showers with, with a few thunderstorms expected tomorrow, not widespread, but it will be there just like how it was today. Notice this uh 6 to 10 hour loop across our region. We saw a couple of showers clipping uh Northwest Bert County, most of it was west, not so much in the city between Del Rio, Honda, Uvalde where you can see some of these 24 hour rain estimates depicting in some localized areas. 2 to 3 uh between Uvalde Eagle Pass, parts of Lasalle County and near Frio County 3/10 to maybe a half an inch of rain south of highway 90 it was very scattered across the hill country earlier today, San Antonio mostly escaped rain free. There were a couple of showers over our station and near 4, 10 and I 10. But most of the heavier rain was on the northwest side of town where some picked up 1 to 2 inches of heavy rainfall radar right now. A little active out west. Uh some widely scattered showers producing a little bit of heavy rain near Lari highway 57. Uh same thing between I 35 and 281 couple of showers trying to ride the upper level winds farther south. Today's highs though not too bad. 96 the high here in San Antonio 94 at Austin. Only the eighties in Del Rio where you saw the cloud cover was more abundant right now. Seventies in the hill country. 82 here in San Antonio. Ok, hour by hour. Tomorrow morning, there will be a couple of showers around planned for. That's not going to be everywhere but towards the afternoon and evening, 234 PM. That's when the radar will get a little bit more active and some of these heavy downpours will be present. Some of them dropping between 1/10 to a quarter and in some localized areas from 1 to 2 inches. So some of these downpours could get heavy and strong at times tomorrow and Tuesday as well. Ok. For Labor Day, he near 92 a little cooler on Tuesday, this additional clock cover will help temperatures stay below average upper eighties, lower nineties and then 91 to about 94 Thursday and Friday. That's when we trim down on the rain chances and we start to bring back the heat. But even that middle nineties, mostly sunny by the weekend and September starting off on a good note with more clouds, cooler air and several days of rain which we desperately need here in San Antonio.
