so CrossFit has an athlete committee now where they have different representatives for the different categories from different continents and I think the first step would be to get to those people and have those so bring your concerns to those people and have them bring so I used to be on a call Crossfit every month where we could bring concerns to them and talk about these things we want to see change that are not good enough and and and and and and they were taking it like it was high high high people in CrossFit listening to these things and and trying to make adaptations and the same with pffa with with Bren fikowski and and Pat wner leads and this another type of organization you can bring something to and they will they have direct contact and communication with crossin and are getting things changed
