Fostering Team Trust: The Power of Attentive Listening.

I do feel like my attentiveness improving has made a difference like more of my staff is open to coming to me and just talking directly about their needs and as an entire staff we're getting closer we're creating a bigger Bond and more of a real team environment ultimately all I want is for them to feel like they can come to me if they need something the company's not holding up it's end of the bargain I want them to be able to come and push us give us that friendly reminder that we need to hold up on end of the bargain and vice versa and tell them you're not holding up your end of the bargain what can I do to support you what's happening in life so that we can get that fixed and get you back on track I think attentive listening is a really important part of that if they don't trust that you're going to listen to what they say they're not even bother and you're going to wonder why you have a constant revolving door of employees that are leaving because of whatever lame excuse that isn't even the truth [Music]
