all right we got Olu fashion new tackle for the New York Jets played left tackle against the commanders week one of the preseason this week he slotted in at right tackle number 74 against the Carolina good little pass off there on the stunt like what I'm seeing this one you can see the defender gets his hands high I don't know if that's hands to the face he might have his hand just a touch lower on the shoulder pad but either way definitely pushes Olu around a little bit but ultimately Olu does kind of hold his own at least long enough for Peasley to get off the throw so while not the best still achieves the main goal looked like he was going to get beat around the edge a little bit on that last one but the ball comes out quick not really the uh the worst case scenario here lots of space between him and the edge rusher there good set good set man look at the way he just anchors his legs kicks back kicks back anchor anchor not going anywhere U I love it all right again man he's just like a that that tall lean frame I really really like what we're seeing out of Olu right now nice little kick anchor anchor push your guy down never a shot to get to the quarterback just pushes him right behind him gets out of a stance quick God the anchor I'm sure he's not going against starters and whatnot on this defensive line for the Panthers but still just in the preseason you're looking at just checking boxes and Olu has checked boxes so far probably got a little lucky there with the maneuver from Peasley running through uh inside between the tackle and guard it's all right guy didn't get the sack got beat a little bit there ball comes out fast nonissue play action P's got to make that throw got to put it at least in uh in Allen's hands there that was that was super frustrating to watch wound up being closer to Allen's hands than I I thought but still too low for for a wide open pass yeah man just just a good anchor ball comes out fast this is what I want to see let's go back to that last play look how fast that ball comes out this is what I want from Aaron Rogers and the rest of this offense snap immediate throw balls out do that constantly all right let's go back and see what happened here Peasley gets taken down whole offensive lines washing down now you look at everyone running to the left I guess I would have liked to have seen somebody on that edge I don't know if that's Olu supposed to chip him or if it's just supposed to be hey hopefully this guy's following the play action either way this play was dead Dead on Arrival never a shot I guess that was the final play for for Olu so really look overall not bad kids rock solid I very much enjoyed watching the little bit that we've gotten to see out of uh Mr Olu fashu we'll keep an eye on this throughout the course of the regular season any snaps that he winds up getting in for we'll especially look at it next week against the Giants guys let me know your thoughts how do you think Olu
