A LOT OF METROS PICKING UP GOOD RAIN TODAY, HIGH TOTALS, HIALEAH [ SPEAKING IN A GLOBAL LANGUAGE ] 2.7, MELROSE PARK, .75 INCHES OF RAINFALL. THINGS HAVE WOUND DOWN, THINGS ARE DONE , WE NEED MORE HEAT AND WILL NOT GET THAT UNTIL TOMORROW TO CRACK OUT MORE STORMS. WE WILL DO THAT JUST FINE. LIGHT SHOWERS LEFT OVER, A COUPLE SHARES COMING DOWN TOWARD THE KEYS, MARATHON ABOUT A GET A QUICK IMPULSE SHOWER, THAT IS IT. LOOK AT THE TEMPERATURES, THEY HAVE CALM DOWN OVERALL THE COUNTIES EXCEPT MONROE THROUGH THE FLORIDA KEYS WITH TEMPERATURES IN MARATHON IN KEY WEST 90, 92 RESPECTIVELY, THE TRIPLE DIGIT HEAT CONTINUES, WHAT A DIFFERENCE, 20 DEGREE TEMPERATURE, YOU WALK OUTSIDE FORT LAUDERDALE FROM WHAT IT FEELS LIKE IN THE FLORIDA KEYS RIGHT NOW. MOISTURE TRACKER CONTINUES WITH THE BOUNDARY TO THE NORTH, OUT THE MOISTURE POOLED IN, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WITH INCREASED ATMOSPHERIC SETUP, CITIZENS CAN PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN. I THINK WHAT SAVES THIS WEEKEND, BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY , FROM BEING COMPLETE WASH OUT, WE HAVE AN EAST WIND, A LOT OF THE STORMS EVEN THOUGH RAIN PACKED, THEY WILL BE PUSHING TOWARD THE WEST. NOT TALKING ABOUT A DRY WEEKEND THAT I THINK RAIN CHANCE IS 60%, YOU'LL SEE THAT ON THE NEXT WEATHER RAIN TRACK ARE. QUIET TONIGHT AND SET UP TOMORROW, MORNING SHOWERS FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE, I DON'T THINK THAT MATERIALIZES TO BE A BIG DEAL, THE MORNING BREAK AND BACK TO AFTERNOON SHOWERS AND STORMS. THAT WIND IS STILL COMING OUT OF THE EAST, THE STORM IS GETTING PUSHED MORE TOWARD THE WEST, BACKTRACKED TO THE COAST FOR THE AFTERNOON FROM THE BLOW UP HAPPENS ACROSS THE INTERIOR WHICH WILL LIKELY BE THE CASE THROUGH SATURDAY. SATURDAY MORNING, A FEW OFFSHORE SHOWERS, BY NOON, SHOWERS AND STORMS CONTINUE DEVELOPING AND PUSHING TOWARD THE WEST. THIS PARTICULAR RUN ON THE DRYER SIDE, MORE COVERAGE THAN WHAT IS DEPICTED. WE ARE GOING TO SEE PREVAILING WIND THAT WILL PUSH THE STORMS TO THE WEST. WE ARE IN BETTER SHAPE COMPARED TO WHERE WE COULD BE, SOUTHWEST WIND AND EVERYTHING COMES OUR DIRECTION. HERE IS THE CASE IN POINT, TOTAL THROUGH SUNDAY, UPWARDS OF END OF RAINFALL AND ANY UNDERSTAND LIKE TODAY AT MELROSE PARK AND DROP ONE, TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL. IN GENERAL, THIS IS THE TREND, THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL ON THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE SOUTHERN PENINSULA.
