hello everyone and welcome back to my channel I have my peny order and this is from the win from Dion loves makeup I'll leave her Channel link up here and so you can go check out her Channel but she had an amazing giveaway and in that giveaway was a couple of gift cards to this company which sells spices now I am all in the spices because on Whole 30 you know you need a lot of flavor in your food so you want to know what I selected from peny then please keep on watching okay so the very first item in the box I'm going to go over I believe that she showed this on her Channel this is a cup and this was free they throw some free items in here so I'm going to get this out so I can share this with you all and then this is their cup and I believe it had a year on it 2024 is on the bottom says choose love super cute blue with swirls of color so I have that and it came packaged very well even though they're spices um the oh we did get like stickers as well that says you know you vote those were free as well in the box so the one thing I was after was this Vietnamese cinnamon and when she was doing a live and doing her unboxing of her penzy stuff um she said that this is sweeter than the normal cinnamon that's over here so I thought I'd give this a try cuz I do sprinkle my coffee while on Whole 30 with cinnamon so cuz you can't have dairy so you can't have all those fancy creamers but you can have nut pods it's not a lot of flavor in those but when I sprinkled on top some cinnamon so we're going to try that out today then I got a lot of samples because I didn't know if I would like them or not so this is a great way to try it see if you do like it and some of them may be duplicates um cuz I think they were having a sale on these I think I don't know on the website so I have the very first thing I have is Arizona dreaming and this is saltree and oh it tells you here so seasoning you would add this to rice and beans you can put it on scrambled eggs roasted sweet potatoes ooh and then you can also sprinkle on grilled vegetables Burger salmon uh Chicken bell peppers for fajitas so yes so let me see if I got I think I only got one of these so maybe that one was not on sale but this one must have been on sale cuz I got a lot of it so this is outrage and I got five of them so this is outrage out and outrage is you can use it for this is good on avocados and I do eat avocados just fresh um eggs fish vegetables salads chicken hummus and sandwiches so we have that one so I got that must have been um on sale so I got five of those and I think Dion said that one of these little packets will fit into a small like if they sell the small spices at the store those little bitty containers these will fit in there perfectly so there's a lot in here so they the packages may look small but they do have a lot in here so next we have um this is called Ford it says flavor your world and then this is good for hi this one doesn't say but if I find something on the website I'll put it up on the screen and then we have trying to make sure I don't have duplicates here okay so we have some fajita seasoning so if you're making fajitas you chop up your meat your vegetables um peppers and onions and we now have a fajita flavoring and I can use all of these as long as there's no sugar added this doesn't look to have any sugar nutmeg thyme Rosemary um oreganol curan basil so yeah okay the next item we have is barbecue or BBQ 3000 and some of these I got because she sent those cards and on those cards it showed you what you could use them for as well um so this you would rub this on any type of your barbecue type meat ribs that kind of stuff yes okay chicken you can use it for chicken or fish um as long as you put like a little olive oil on there as well well first so that this can hold to it so we have that Cajun seasoning jerk chicken and fish seasoning we have a chicken and pork rub from 33rd and Galina super cute packaging and then we have um I think this was kind of recommended as well sandwich sprinkle which I can't have right now I'm almost done with Whole 30 but so I don't buy bread that often but this is a nice sandwich sprinkle when I do buy bread um I like to make like grilled cheeses with meat in them um stuff like that so and then we have Pen's minced garlic and then I got some regular size bottles of items and they do send you a nice packing list I have lamb seasoning so I think she said these packs will almost fill up one of these is what she was saying so this is for lamb seasoning this is for lamb some lamb seasoning and I don't buy lamb that often but now I have some seasoning to go with it Italian herb mix and this is the last set of items here probably four of them in here no two oh this I think was on sale as well maybe oh three things in here okay so I think this was on sale this is the piny hot chocolate mix got that for the great nieces when they come over over and you put some marshmallows on top they're going to love it um so we have also from piny this is a salt-free mural of flavors and I think this might have been on one of the cards that she sent as well looks like this is good on chicken and then I am making some chili today Whole 30 chili but look at there chili powder yes so I am probably going to use this today I have regular chili powder um but it's like a generic brand so I want to smell this and just I'll make sure there's no y'all the aroma smells so good yes I'll be using this today as long as there's no sugar in here and there is not so yes I'll be using this today thank you
