Frustration I often ask you about emotions and what's going through your mind particularly after this evening a a very bitter pill to swallow what's what's happening Craig inside yeah I think it's just disappointment it's frustration it's you know it's all you know the negative it it was it was a good opportunity um obviously we didn't take it um no one's individual's fault no one collectively I thought the one thing I was actually pleas the about was that we turned up and played tonight you know we we you know we didn't create as much as what we' like but we dominated the game from box to box um Petra cob defended their box really well we were wasteful making strange decisions but but you know overall it would have disappointed me and I think it probably happened against Swift this time last year that I don't think we turned up against him at home I think with froze a little bit I think it was a bit too much for because we thought right it's a great opportunity this tonight was a great opportunity as well but we played well we played well we dominated possession but we just you know understand you know you've got to score goals you've got to score goals to you know we had to score goals tonight it was just um looking back and I think the stats were had nine shots and one on target which was just a little bit disappointed I think we had seven or eight Corners nine with free kicks involved with from set players where we didn't really ask awful lot of questions and that's just a little bit the little tinge of disappointment and you know obviously the the big F picture is that we wanted to go through of course but but I think that's the that's the biggest disappointment and obviously a Red Card big talking point will be the red card for Jordan Williams have you had chance to see yeah I have yeah and I think it's a red card I don't think the referee's got any other option you know and you know you in trouble when they go to V you know it's it's either I think that it's you know the referee get on with or the the whoever's in V say no to not you know to get the referee to come and have a look on Pitch side it's I think straight soon as done that I knew it's a reced cord I knew he was going to make the decision of a red cord and I've looked back and it probably is a red cord I don't think there's awful lot of malice in it I think it's just misjudgment you know so so we can't complain about that there's only other two I can complain about it I think the elbow on Jack Bam's a straight red you know without a shadow of Doubt um in in in the second half um I'm not too sure what number it was for them but he's made a a rash Challenge on Jordan Marshall we've got a free kick for and he'd already been booked and he didn't get on off so there may be disappointing you know whether whether you know whether that's me holding on to it but you know I thought overall the referee and the officials done really well and apart from I I just think you can't lead with elbow you know with modern day football it's a straight red cards at Missed Opportunity anybody and if the red card was a step back for the new Saints obviously the same happened to Petra Cub do you feel that was perhaps an opportunity we should have capitalized on yeah I I think the game opened up more I thought we we were better with 10 men obviously with with with two teams with 10 men because there was more space for you know the there was more space for us to play and move the ball and pass the ball and you know from from that opportunity I thought we um we we we dominated the the ball and you know so I don't think it changed the Dynamics of the game whatsoever obviously there was a five six minute period where it was 10 versus 11 was it that long or was it a little bit longer I don't know but it wasn't awful lot of time but I I did I did feel a little bit disappointed because I always thought they had a red card in them you know so if we hadn't have got one I thought at some point they might have you know especially the quick surface tonight and the misjudgment of of the how quick the ball moves and and our Lads know on the surface I thought it was a real opportunity but yeah it's like I said you know I thought up until we got until the the final third um from all areas of the pitch Wade area Central areas we um we we weren't at our best as A cruel way to exit far as the tie is concerned do you feel it was a cruel way to exit the competition just that one goal last week a deflected goal off the woodwork yeah when you look back and you and you look at it and you think that's the difference you know and but but that's football at a at the highest level isn't it you know you'd like to think somewhere along the linee maybe a little bit of lady look will be on our side in the next round you know you I'm a big believer you do the right things you work hard you prepare right and you get what you deserve in the end over a period of time obviously I don't think we got what we deserved over the two ties because I thought we the we were the ultimately the better team over the two ties but they scored more goals than us whether that be deflected 30 yard or not in and that's the facts of it so but you know we make sure we um stay honest um we don't we don't Suk we don't feel sorry for ourselves we don't you know we don't go and cow in the corner and we get on with it we we we do we are disappointed of course we are you know and um it's a it's a really bad threat of mine a lot of stuff I I take a long time to get over things in general but I've got a lead by example tonight and go no we'll get on with it because it's not often in football you get a second B the Cherry the the final whistle is gone from that competition and in another competition so we've got a great opportunity to um to make sure we take all the negatives and learnning curves from that and we take it into the into the next into the Europa conference and finally Craig perhaps overshadowed by the the European stage especially tonight's game we are in action on Friday begin the defense of the JD Cy Premier title at flintown United really important really important you know obviously European football is really important but you know as you know me the game's finished now you know we we'll be moving on to to H prepareing to whoever we play in the next round of the conference but but as important and more important we've got another game and you know three days time Flint Town away and then that won't be overlooked because we need to for momentum for you you know Pride for for continuity of keep winning football games we need to we need to take the that with the utmost respect and respect flint and and then put our strongest team out to win the game on Friday
