Zach Wilson put together a dominant performance today in the Broncos preseason finale which serves as the perfect endcap to his strong off season sure it's week three of preseason but Zach was incredible today I have never seen him look so comfortable and in command of the offense I think the only games that I can really compare it to are the Chiefs game and the Texans game from last season and all obviously he's not playing against the same level of competition but you just haven't seen that level of confidence and big plays one after another like you saw today he had two shaky plays at the start but after that he was just straight cooking the Cardinals and all his throws were on time and on target his pocket presence was great he finished 16 of 25 for 273 total yards with three total touchdowns and no turnovers and to anyone who says oh it's just preseason or hey well he looked good in preseason last year too he never looked like this he only showed flashes last year in preseason he had that deep throw on the Hall of Fame game and that big run in the Buccaneers game there's also the Aaron roders play fake touchdown in the Panthers game but he never had a game like today where it felt like every time he dropped back to pass he was going to have a 20 plus yard completion and who cares if it's just preseason people have been saying that he would be out of the league by this time and so if he had looked bad in preseason they would be right but he didn't Zach is going to be on this roster as qb3 unless someone trades for him which the way he's played it would not surprise me if they did personally though I hope he stays in Denver even though he doesn't get to play this year I think a year with Shawn Payton is going to be really good for him
