Vegas I believe tonight we'll find out if they're still in Vegas uh I want to hear their whole story let's let's bring them up and we also have attorney Beno watching he's going to pop up in a few minutes too but let's bring up the main guest from their YouTube channel that you can watch and people have been watching people have been requesting these guests on our show for a while so here we are we're delivering is gonzo and Brian welcome to the show guys 702 in the house what's up is that the area code 702 702 baby yeah we I 7 617 8 in Massachusetts basically and 40113 I guess yeah thank you for having us on the show brother I appreciate it thank you so much thank you thank you thank you we are honored and humbled sir and yes of course we are still in Vegas you are in Vegas oh absolutely I can't imagine the stuff that you guys saw so tell us about your your law enforcement career quickly and how you started this show well for me I was 20 years on the department um I'm from Idaho originally um I decided to try to work for the best department nation and it was Vegas for us for me anyway so I did 20 years on graveyard and all Patrol and then uh Brian and I were partners for probably I think maybe 10 years of that 20 so we we run deep together we uh we know each other quite well and we've done some crazy calls for sure and we'll let him talk to you if he wants to share some of those craziness but uh that's my story real quick you got some crazy calls Bri oh gosh we got a million stories nobody has more stories than a cop okay but no I uh for me I've been out here for for with Metro for 22 years I'm from Philly West Philly Overbrook what's up Overbrook um came out here again I heard Metro was the best I didn't want to be a Philly cop I didn't want to I didn't want to raise a family in Philly so I came out to Vegas uh they hired me in 99 and I was a street cop for like 21 years I did a couple different things little undercover work which I didn't really care for I taught at the Academy for um one Academy I didn't really care for that and it was you know I'm a road dog I like being out on the street like Gonzo we like being in the mix we like going through the doors we like showing up at people's houses and and helping them in their Darkest Hour um to me making a difference in someone's life every day uh that's that was what being a cop was about it's like doing it's doing God's work it's being in the right place at the right time to really help somebody wow that's the way I viewed police work and that's the way Gonzo viewed police work yeah yeah I for a lot of police I think it might not be like that is that fair to say that other guys want to move up instead of you're you're gonna have a good mix of of people that shouldn't have the badge and they do I mean do people squeak through sure just like in any any profession in the world people squeak through that really shouldn't be there um as far as other people they just want to move up correct the problem is is the standards that Police Hold now these days it's different from when Brian and I went through I mean we had integrity and the standard for policing right now is kind of dropped a little bit yeah it takes one incident to knock the public interest of the police down for years you know and we're experiencing that now yeah it's not when like when let's I'll give you an example when I tested back in 98 right for Metro there was about 4,000 people that put in they took 66 of us yep so out of the 4,000 right they they tell you you're the cream of the crop yep right so nowadays you know be lucky if we get 50 people putting in 100 really it's that different that much of a difference of 4,000 of 50 well you get cops I mean we just had a Dallas Texas cop he was sitting in his car just what three four nights ago and guys a guy walked up and just shot him right in the head and killed it's too dangerous it's very be being a police officer has always been dangerous but right now it's very dangerous you just you don't know who to trust depending on also what state and what city you work in you know I felt I always felt safe here in Vegas as a cop even even when when the riots and stuff were going on none of that stuff happened here we don't Vegas is very different we don't let things get out of control like that we're not going to let people burn down casinos that's never going to happen never right Vegas is different always different it is there's so many ways um let's I mean in terms of you know having said that I gota imagine that you guys don't love to do the coverage that you have on Michael Proctor and some of these other cops but you do it anyways like have you have you gotten any pushback for do from any law enforcement for for your coverage well honestly let me say this we have bad cops that get caught here in Vegas by doing stupid stuff and I don't have any sympathy for them you know that's a choice that they made that they choice to betray the badge whatever falls on their head will fall on their head and I don't hold I don't hold him any any regards whatsoever I it took me a lot to get my badge and I respect that badge and when I see a cop do that I I it doesn't bother me one bit to talk about him [Music] I agree I I don't think I've had most of the comments now in real life have we gotten any push back none none at all and in the comments section of course you get the couple people that don't like the police and and that's acceptable that's fine this is America you you have the right to say that yeah um but as far as like real push back no no but listen though listen though Mike we are thousands of miles away from where Karen Reed and and cater is going down so the element might be different there than it is here yeah if the cop over there does something like this he might get some push back yeah no I could see that absolutely but I mean you know we're across the country so yeah you have less of a personal you might not know somebody involved like other or you know friends of friends type deal yeah not that I would I would love to introduce myself to some of those officers so would I too but that's tell me about that yeah I want to hear about you're actually coverage CU I I know you broken down like Michael Proctor what do you think about what do you got to say about Michael Proctor what it's a [ __ ] show all together yeah the fact that he was the the lead investigator and he never even went to the scene is just right right off the bat is appalling you're the lead guy the lead cop you're going to be doing everything in front for this case for the whole world to see and you didn't even go to the scene of a dead officer like to me that blows my mind and then his boss didn't go to the scene and it seems that he didn't even interview anybody and but he pretty much within four four hours he had it pinned on Karen that that she was the suspect yeah Brian Albert Brian Albert didn't even go out of the house that's his front yard yeah and that I mean there's so many things in this case that I mean that's why one of the reasons we started covering it you know my wife came to me and she said hey over dinner one night she's like hey I want I'm watching this case and these are what the cops did and I said man they're dirty and she goes just from that you got that I said absolutely and then the next night she told me more of the case and then next thing you know I'm like we got to do this case and my wife's like you should do this case and I'm like you know what we're going to do this case so we all got together and we we knocked out uh our first one which was trer Proctor because we it we had to how could we not you know it's it's disgusting the fact that he's saying everything that he he said of the you know the text messages I mean a blind person can see that they're pinning it on Karen I mean it's just how could we not do this case if we if we see corruption and we do nothing we're we're just as bad as everybody else let me say this too the text message that he was exchanging with his buddies about a dead cop that would we would never do that because that would that would be a somber situation for us you know that was just didn't fit right with me didn't sit right with me but uh let me before we go any deeper Mike let me ask you this can we swear on your channel I I never know how to answer this because of YouTube right it's like I don't know what the line is I depend what swear is me ask ask you need to watch Gonzo don't don't worry about me my mouth is sealed I'm good sir I will not curse I let one slip every once in a while myself so I mean you know well yeah they did used to call me the fman back in the day yeah a lot of that stuff with Proctor just didn't sit right with me as a cop ex cop right because when we would go to a scene it didn't have to be a an officer down just anybody that was you know on the front yard our investigation is on point when it comes to making sure we know where the body is the measurements have an ID come out or CSI come out and photograph everything in the world before that body is moved there'd be a thousand pictures and I'm not kidding there'd be a thousand pictures taken if it's a a normal person like a normal citizen dying there's going to be pictures taken but if it's a cop there's going to be a thousand pictures taken because you got remember once once you move that body you you only collect what you have right you can't you know so you got to take pictures of every angle you got to get everything you got very much pay attention to detail and I mean every little detail and they did none of that one more thing and if that body is being transported by AMR there's going to be a CSI person at the hospital taking pictures of his clothed his injuries at the moment that he arrives there yeah marking every injury where he had the injuries the CSI will do a lot like almost like a medical examiner would here in Vegas yeah do you think do you think massach like uh there's obviously the corruption Ango but do you think there's also a level of uh dysfunction and incompetence within the Mass state police that doesn't exist in other places well I I think I always go back to this Mike is because I think it's just a small agency everybody knows everybody oh John uh Tommy screwed up I don't worry about it we'll fix it later there's no accountability you know you mess up you suff the consequences instead of just you having it brushed down under the carpet but I I think that that and there lies the issue is that it's a small Department everybody knows everybody and there's just that tight-knit unit that is fabricating this type of environment yeah yeah I would never want to dis the whole Massachusetts Department the Troopers or all the the the Departments you know the different counties and stuff but it's I think it could be like Gonzo said just these group of guys because there I mean I I don't know but I would find it impossible that they don't have policies and procedures on how to pick up and properly store blood I yeah you know so Solo cups is not in one you you know what I mean there's no policy where you put it in Solo cups so I don't want to diss on the whole department but I think it's more or less this group of guys this uh today it was just announced that the Massachusetts governor there's a temporary what they call the colonel he's the head of the mass State Police and he's being replaced with somebody out of state which usually never happens in the state usually it's someone from within so they they actually taken a a former New J you know retired New Jersey State Police head and he's going to now run the Massachusetts State Police uh do you think that's a good move and if you know are there other things that the governor should be doing to kind of Reform or fix whatever the issues is with the mass State Police the public trust is gone right so you have to sweep things out and how however High you have to go have to make that that sacrifice so you can get that public trust back because that's that's who votes for people is your public and if you're not doing anything you're not gonna be in the job next year so they have to do something I think it's a wise move now did you go voluntarily or did was he volunt was he was he volun told to do it uh I think he's just being passed over basically the the guy okay it's basically like the temporary that so he wasn't even permanent but you know when you're temporary a lot of times they're just you know deciding whether they keep you fulltime permanently and he got passed over so sometimes it's sometimes sometimes it's good sometimes it could be bad you know I've seen it with uh Henderson where they replaced their Chief with somebody out of state and the person came in and after two years they caused a lot of havoc and they end up being dirty yeah they they had to kick her out so um you know it could be bad could be good it depends on how deep the corruption goes now are you talking as a group of 10 guys or are we talking 200 like how deep is it rooted because if you even if you have a new Chief or whatever you want to call them the colonel if you have a new Colonel the colonel is not going to know most of the time the colonel has no idea what the foot soldiers are doing right they're so removed they have no idea so you could have a new colel and yeah your now your department looks nice and shiny but you didn't fix anything you didn't do anything that's what I'm put perfume on a pig right that's all you did so now the corruption stays and this guy's like what are you talking about there's no corruption meanwhile there's 100 cops underneath of them that are doing dirty because he he's hanging out with the the the the command staff and a lot of times the Command Staff is very far removed and they don't know what's going on in their own Department and an outsider might not know what the hell's going on no he needs to he needs to come in and be with the cops he needs to go onto their squads he needs to ride with them at night he needs to be with them that's the only way you're going to stop it if you don't see it how you going to know I think there's an issue too with the that there's a group of former law enforcement I try to get them on I don't know why they don't get back but they've been in the Boston Herald a few times and the had guys a former Mass state police and one of his biggest criticisms of the system here in Massachusetts is that the Das have the special Mass state police officers assigned to them and the da becomes kind of the boss even though the Colonel's the boss so there's kind of like not enough accountability so do you see that in Las Vegas do they have like uh state officers assigned to district attorneys or is it because I understand it's different other states do you know how that works in Las Vegas Brian that that I don't know about to District Attorneys I mean I know sometimes they'll have a protection detail but it's not unusual for for us to have like a DEA agent or an ATF agent um or an FBI agent have um an office in one of our buildings right because we we when I when I did some stuff with gangs way back in the day gangs would we would get together every Wednesday for a briefing and in briefing would be an ATF agent uh a FBI agent uh DEA they everybody would be there so that that is relatively normal excellent I want to bring up uh attorney March bero who's in the green room right now I think he's got uh he's gonna have some comments I know he he always loves it when we have law enforcement on here and we haven't had him on for a while so people have been clamoring for tney bero so let's bring him up there he is how are you you doing Mark I'm okay Mark how you guys Mark Mark Mark real cops yeah we got real cops again good have you been listening what what do you think about you do you have any questions for these guys first of all uh I mean I've been listening and my first thoughts are I agree I mean I think they're saying the same thing that a lot of a lot of the rest of us have been saying but they're coming from a different training and experience of actual law en forcan who uh I guess it's human nature when you guys evaluate this you say what would I do if I were the cops being called arriving and it validates what a lot of people uh think cops are supposed to do which is investigate be skeptical and follow the evidence whatever it is and do what's supposed to be done which did not occur in either of the two cases of the moment coming out of Canton anyway and it's the same cast of characters it's troubling it's always refreshing to hear experienced law enforcement call it what it is terrible police work in these cases just inform the public how it's supposed to be so none of it's shocking but it's just you don't usually hear this so it's refreshing well it's good it's good to have a perspective on from our side going to the public just for the simple fact that we've we've walked the walk we talk the talk and and we know how I mean we've been to a lot of homicides we've been to a lot of vehicular deaths and there's a lot of evidence when it comes to pedestrian hitting a vehicle or vehicle hitting pedestrian it just looks different with this case with Karen Reed when we were looking at it we're like that doesn't that doesn't look right that doesn't flow right and especially how Brian was saying how they collected evidence is a travesty on how they do that they didn't even know where the body was it was just an estimate of where it was so even that itself is a mistake all of it and I'm sure you know I don't know if you guys have had a lot of police officer deaths uh you know out there but if when you have seen it you know what happens I mean the cops they respond and they respond in force and you know even though this I mean you had a dead police officer on the lawn of another dead police officer you'd think that it would take a little more than a few inches of snow to keep the Cavalry from investigating but not you would think right crime I mean this crime scene was toast within a couple of hours so just botch from you know beyond belief uh if you saw the the what little they did I mean the photographs that were taken of these pictures of essentially literally snow with no with no perspective no background no nothing yep you had you know the state police never had any interest in going in the house house just seeing if everyone's okay they tried to tow the car before they even knew what was going on they didn't take any pictures I mean you could go on and on and on it's just within the first couple hours and days they they just botch this and the only question that most sensible people have is was it on purpose or not seems to be the only real controversial question to those who are evaluating the evidence fairly well let's let's just let's just say let's just say for for Giggles that she uh she did hit him okay the investigation is still shitty yeah well everything about is still shitty yeah what you heard testimony in the case I mean I don't know I wouldn't call it credible necessarily because you had different Witnesses saying different things but there's this kind of hybrid claim that she acknowledged hitting him on the scene again they're they're all different and this one didn't hear it this one this but even if you just accept the general concept that uh she said words to the effect of I hit him um and and he their dead now someone you would think a police officer might ask ma'am what do you mean uh did you hit him with the glass did you I'm not even saying a car accident would be the first logical thing but you'd think there'd be more of a conversation that the cops might pull her aside take her pedigree information and actually even I mean I know what they would do in New York they would take her to a room right take her to a confession detain maybe is a strong word they take her to the side they keep a police officer with her they do what they do and the way they would certainly do it in New York uh they they would call the District Attorney's office and say we we got a situation here and you know on what they call homicide call uh in New York and at least investigate whether or what are we doing with her are we taking her pedigree and letting her go uh is there more to do you know she's not in custody so they can ask her more questions they can do any number of things they could knock on the door of the house I mean guy lying in the middle of a lawn with uh one shoe and no jacket in 18 degree weather knowing he came from a bar knowing he was hanging out with these people I don't know it seems to me that somebody might say knock on the door and see is everyone else okay was he in there do you know anything did you see anything did you hear anything but you know in in it's the three monkeys you know if they hear no evil see no evil no evil what's for dinner I mean that's the way they do it it's sad and I mean a volder display of police work it's horrible Y and that that that's what Le is what leads me to believe they did this on purpose they they knew everything that they were doing that because there's no way that many cops could be that stupid you know what I mean no you can't I'm sorry you can't be that dumb I'm sorry you can't yeah no you can't and you know one it's even some of the other little things I mean this guy Proctor called for a toe before he ever saw the car which okay uh never mind the the Fourth Amendment issues when he gets down there and warrants and all that but just if you assume he's acting in good faith at that point which I don't but if you do um okay he believes that this is probably a car accident and he believes that the car uh might have some evidentiary value and he goes down there and you know there's some degree of evidence from him and other cops that you know her tail light is 90% missing or whatever the number is how in the hell does this guy not take a photograph literally the moment he arrives and preserve a timestamp with the metadata of what the car look like that time and if he had done that you know one of two things would have happened number one there's no case and they can't perpetrate the lie because the tail light looks like the dayon police officer testified credibly I I would suggest he had no skin in the game uh or two he doesn't want to take a picture because it's not going to support what they're going to do and I mean you guys must have been throwing up when you heard the testimony about how we just kept driving by a little bit each day and more tail light pieces in two weeks of and I never understood if you again accept any of that nonsense what I think real cops like you guys would have done the first day you went out there if you found a piece of tail light you might have said keep digging we're missing a lot Mark we would have been in that yard for 10 hours if we had to 15 hours if we had to know no there's no way that you're coming back driving past two weeks later and you see a little spot of glass they found one piece of glass they left that night and I I think the test was that the uh the search team said we'll come back and the state police said till it melts wait till it melts that's kind of a bigger deal I think if there is a retrial I don't think there there will be but that that's troubling I mean the the head guy on the scene say don't worry about it we we have our piece of tail light they treated this case they treated this case like it was J Keef was a normal civilian is how they treated it right if this would have been here with Vegas cop like Brian said we would not have left that crime scene until we got everything gathered and everybody and everybody would be coming out the the from the very top down to to the CSI they would be coming to that crime scene to find out what they had it's insane and you know unfortunately in New York we have these scenes more more than most places where cops on you know in the line of duty either get killed or shot or stabbed or injured and anytime you see a news story about it what do you see you see an army outside the scene uh when you see an ambulance go to the hospital you see 10,000 cops there at the hospital uh for those that are fortunate to come out alive there's an army waiting for them when they come out of the hospital it never ends I mean hell even even Brian Albert and Brian Higgins the day before were in New York City to go to a police funeral right and they had time for that they had time to travel Drive yeah drive four hours each way properly so to do that but you know couldn't find the time to come out of your freaking front door when you know there's all these ambulances noises people out there that that they couldn't make time for and it it it's just incredible he couldn't he couldn't come out of the front door cuz then the cops would the doors open now right if the cops see something what if the cops saw like a super bloody scene right now they do a premise freeze you don't need a warrant for that he sees it premise freeze everybody that out of the house now they can go in right now they can freeze it and wait for the warrant Brian couldn't risk any of that he didn't want to risk anything so that's why he stuck with I stayed in my house I never saw anything never heard nothing because this way he can just deny deny deny and they can't put anything on him I think had he come out that morning I think that would have I think that would have been a mistake and I think that's exactly why he stayed in the house great point I mean certainly doesn't make any sense I mean he he had to have heard something and oh he heard it all he heard all he was probably watching especially if he had that dog in the house yes Chloe would have been barking no that he heard it he knew what was going on he just he chose he he thought smart right I can't open the door I don't want to let them in yet we don't know what happened inside that house right they got to clean up do whatever they need to do don't want to risk the cops coming in yet even for an interview yet you know what I'm saying he's got to make sure everything's taken care of inside the house first got sanitize everything yes and that I think that's why he didn't want to risk them going hey what's that I got I got a question I got a question let me ask this question where is all the body camera footage they don't wear them they only have cameras on their Cruisers and and Canon at least the Canton Police I don't know about the mass State Police Mass state police I think do have body cameras but uh I don't know about investigators but yeah the K police they're trying to get funding for it and but I don't think the police chief really wants it she was asking for a new kitchen that was her big ass have the funding for that but they want 100,000 but complained about the the cost for the body cameras I I just gonna say they can't afford body cameras which of course are you know shed light on the truth that nothing works better than audio video showing what it is yes they can't afford that but they have the resour sources to uh prosecute lose and potentially appeal a bunch of people standing outside a pizza shop you know across the street that that they'll spend money on I mean that's it's funny they brought that they with when they went after the protesters across for the pizza shop they didn't have the body cameras so they brought this this uh computer that was like facial recognition and they was so weird like it's like what are you doing this is so funny with what goes on and they just did it for them they never done it for anyone else Hey sir stare at the screen for me for a second yeah that's what they were doing and that's how they got some of these people CU they didn't even know who they were they're trying to figure out who they were it's like people like for like 10 people there looking in your screen yeah a fluent subb in Suburban Boston and they don't have in 2024 and they can't afford body warn camera I mean honestly that that's just embarrassing yeah the only content we got from them was the uh Cruiser cameras that's what we saw they I want to ask you guys about the report because this is Brian and Gonzo I I used to be like a a print journalist for the alternative weekly in town for like maybe 10 years I write for them weekly one of the big things we focus on is spelling the names correctly no matter who was in there you know erors you'd go I thank God for my editors we'd always go over all that [ __ ] I would go over it a million times before I even sent it to my editor but then they would go over it and just a number of misspellings in Proctor's report I want wonder you guys must have written reports how many times do you think you misspelled the name in a report of a witness or somebody that you saw is that something that you focus heavily on getting the names right well for me English was not my first language seor right so I really had to focus on my my penmanship and my spelling and if it took me a little bit longer to write a report which my fto would you know get on my butt because of that but I wanted to make sure it was correct because he told me you're not the only ones that's going to see this report it could be your supervisor your Lieutenant your captain a judge so that kind of scared me into make sure that my report was on point so report writing is very important and names are very important because that shows that you care when you misspell words you don't care your quality of work is crappy they screwed up the address yeah I mean that's even worse everybody knew that was Brian Albert's house and it didn't the first report say 32 and that's not a spelling error that's you know what and you know cops make spelling errors lawyers make spelling errors reports by Nature are never perfect you try to be perfect but you write down the wrong address of of a well-known family in a house where a Boston police officer's dead on the lawn of another Boston police officer in a small town and you can't get the address right that stinks to high heaven yeah could we all know the address yeah we don't know the address we I don't even I'm in Vegas and I know the address so I I agree with Gonzo yeah we never um I don't think I ever misspelled anybody's name wrong if I if I didn't know the spelling of the name I would stop my report go to my notes boom boom and pull it out and make sure I spelled it correctly because like he said everyone's going to see it including maybe a jury you never know who's going to see that so whatever you put down there better be good and it better be accurate and we have we have a saying in met if it's not on the report it didn't happen so we made sure that everything was on the report yep so what do you think that means when he misspelled so many names and and had address you know all that information wrong in there my thought is on that is it that might be a a tactical move a strategic move you know he he misspells a lot all the time so then he can just say I messed up or he's just an idiot could go either way I tell you one thing that wasn't messed up I'll tell you one thing that wasn't messed up was all those text messages he was writing out they they have any cleric layers on that was got those right yeah could also be if they're running name checks but you know that nothing comes up with with typos and spelling errors and it's a delay tactic to keep people from responding if and again I'm speculating I don't know what happened but if there's a messy scene in the house or some cleanup that has to be done anything and everything to possibly delay the Cavalry from showing up you know I mean could that have something to do with all these errors maybe it could be like I said strategic the well like these guy okay so these guys have been cops for a long time okay they're not stupid no right they mess up bad but they're not stupid I think their egos you know ego they didn't keep it in check their ego got basically way way too big um but they're not they're not stupid I mean they made it that far so they had to have some kind of brain right so I think to me it leads more towards the Strategic part of it where they're they're planning It's just sometimes when you're when you're flying off the by the seat of your pants sometimes those those little things that you do don't work yeah to remember you have to remember too Jen mccab was the one that called 911 and she never mentioned that it was a police off offic that was down nope she never even said his last name it's funny though she said John is 46 years old but she never said his last yeah how did she know that was so weird how she do with L was birth like you know how old exactly how old he was she also never exhibited any real emotion at the time know different people react differently I get up but a trial when it was all shock and horror and that was my friend very different than thinking in the moment and and and very calculated you know in the critical time period when the [ __ ] was hitting the fan hey let let me say this when we I just we there's a a section in that video of hers when she's listening to the recording that went to voicemail you can see her face change and just in horror because she's reliving of what what happened yeah she it's you can see it break it down where she's realizing what she's imagining on her face yeah she's she's cold she is a cold lady we have Jen Jen mccabes cross-examination coming up we're dropping it probably next week sometime we have Dr Wolf coming up Brian Albert coming up and we call out and and stop slow-mo all that stuff on certain parts um I call them tells when they when they show something either guilt remorse or whatever but there yeah there's a bunch Jen mccave is filled with them and you can see it when we slow-mo and when she looks at the judge and the judge is like instead of saying object the judge goes I'll allow that and she's like oh she's broken she's like oh you can see it in her face she's she's instantly broken down like oh come on really I was hoping for us a thing you know you're talking about something really interesting and the defense was criticized by a lot of you know loons and someone who reports to be a lawyer a long time ago about choosing a tiny courtroom that's about the size of a closet rather than the real courtroom so every juror could actually see the witness's demeanor and this is exactly why you know even as I said at the time even though you kind of hold your nose you don't want to be in this closet it's a terrible environment but it's so critical for them to see the body language and see the reactions because the body doesn't lie as much as the mouth can correct your words doesn't matter I I watch your body and your face when you're talking to me whatever you're saying is I'm gonna take it for what it's worth but your body's telling me more than your mouth is hey hey Mark I got a question for Mark so J uh the uh the judge was well known with both parties especially with the uh with the Alberts and maves right how how could she Pride over that that case you know I there was a recent video that was put up about the alleged conflicts of interest with her I wasn't all that familiar with it until I watched it and it was interesting because I know that there was uh someone related to Jennifer mccab who was texting someone else all kinds of threats and that's where the Auntie Bev name came from and like the cottage at the cape and there was some Indica of knowledge that this was the case and there were these venmo payments and you know it's interesting and the defense made the right argument which was it doesn't matter if it's true or not there's an appearance here it just it leads to the possibility and when the judge came out and basically said I'm not doing that she was saying there is no actual conflict I don't know these people none of this is true and she completely ignored the real standard in the situation like this was it doesn't have to be true but there is an appearance of this right and and she just let it go and you know I she probably the smart move would have been to just step aside she didn't do it obviously I mean she kind of took the case in the first instance was my understanding you know kind of assigned it to herself of course she did which was her right I guess judge but that's not a great look either um a lot of the rulings obviously went against the defense there was some degree of I don't want to say hostility but I'm also a lawyer but you know there's clearly some disconnect or dislike with with Karen Reed's attorneys and frankly Karen Reed herself you know there was a really regrettable statement at the end of the trial about you know what do you think is so funny or Worth to that effect admittedly that was outside the presence of the jury but I mean it made the front page of the Boston Herald the next day which jurors you know they're not supposed to look but you know they see that kind of thing so um I mean everything about this case was was not a good look for the rest of the country to see and I think that the the argument the defense made about the apparent bias has been proven in hindsight to be correct because so many people and I'm not necessarily one of these people but so many people are working on the Assumption oh the judge was corrupt she was unfair she had a bias and that's exactly the point the defense was making a year earlier which was if there's an apparent bias and you start making rulings and things people are going to assume this and that's not the proper administration of justice it doesn't give the public confidence in what's going on and sure enough if you took a poll today oh yeah people think she's she's part of MC Albert by far that's right and I I actually don't I just think she made some bad ruling I don't think she's corrupt but a lot of no I I I still agree with you Mark I even though I've kind of Tor I'm leaning more towards that she isn't onor but I I still yeah I think I'm bad look there's no way around it it doesn't look good I just think she's better her job and wants to be on TV yeah exactly I want to ask you guys uh about s birchmore have you covered that as well we have we did um we did our first live was actually about Sandra birchmore wow and what do you what what are your thoughts on all of it and what's going on we we are gonna do another video on it most likely um it's a sad sad State of Affairs man yeah you got predators that are taking advantage of this young lady and ends up instead of being a standup man man he's a coward and doesn't take responsibility for his action and he ends up killing this this young lady um could have could it had it been prevented we don't know right I mean courage right now is something that a lot of officers don't have because they're maybe afraid of repercussions but she was well known with that whole department because she was an Explorer everybody knew her Y and I'm sure somebody within that department among his friends especially his brother and his supervisor who are taking advantage of her as well somebody knew that was something was happening they could have stopped it long ago before it didn't got this to that point yeah I concur yeah it's to me what bothers me is that nobody nobody bothered to ask Mr Farwell like hey what's going on between you and uh Sandra you know because a 15-year old girl has no business being around a 27y old man period ever the nothing good is going to come from that especially when they're in a leadership or a role model position it's it's just to me that's that's unacceptable have you guys oh I'm sorry go ahead go ahead finish your no I just wish somebody would have would have had the courage if they knew about it to step up and say you know what are you doing man this is completely unacceptable you know I have kids I have four kids I have three daughters you know I have a 15-year-old daughter do you think I would let my 15-year-old daughter go hang out with five or six 27 to 30y Old cops no wouldn't happen in a million years they have nothing in common there and even if she was an Explorer okay you can guide them a little bit but after that it's done there's no texting there's no nothing right you have to stay professional so that you know ours don't our explorers here don't start till 16 right so um to me I I wish somebody would have would have stepped in and and called him out on it a long time ago I think there's I think there's more victims absolutely yeah yeah I mean uh I my life on it my life he's got a couple other girls we've had a number of people on that like especially mizy who's all about this and she definitely yeah there are definitely more victims again again the investigation was crappy when when I would go to a suicide and it didn't look like an apparent suicide like you know gunshot wound to the head right if it was all these suspicious I'm calling uh homicide or I'm calling uh violent crimes I'm calling those people to come and say hey look this is what I got you need to check it out right I I would do inner sweep first make sure there's no you know suicide notes or anything like that or any pills or anything that would lead me to believe that this was a suicide one person enters nobody else comes in that's it that's how we maintain our our our evidence yeah you want to have seen Integrity you know what I mean you you can't contaminate it with other people but in Vegas every suicide is treated like a homicide until proven otherwise well most places that I don't think it's a Vegas thing I think it's Aon right but Vegas we take it pretty serious they can't for some reason they don't we take it more serious so you know it's crazy but they know at some point that if nothing else that this guy fathered a child with her uh they know that her apartment has all the indic of a normal reasonably happy young woman the laundry the baby gifts all that they know that Farwell is married I mean hell they know his child was born hours I mean this is just gross and makes you want to take a shower but he went to go hold his baby after allegedly murdering her and then if that's not bad enough the indignity of making her family and friends think that she was so miserable that she killed herself I mean it's like framing her for her own murder essentially um so you know all this you know that Farwell at least has some degree of a motive to say I'm married I've got a kid I can't have this young girl you know driving me crazy even if they're agnostic about suicide or homicide Matthew Farwell is a real serious interview and so naturally what the vaunted state police people do is say let's go hang out in the parking lot and you know I guess I'll bring my notebook and paper uh we're obviously not GNA video this and I'm gonna interview my guy Matt okay that's offensive he's not Matt he's it's this you go back to what you're saying about how you do an official report and you read this like self-serving I mean it felt like the national anthem was going to play in the background about how wonderful Matt was and you know there's that self- serving language that there's no evidence of uh anything happening to her other you know and nothing that Matt did and oh by the way there's all this evidence that you know she had sexual relations with all these other people and you add on all of that you add on you know 32,000 and some odd missed Communications by the same guy who missed the Jennifer mccab stuff yeah the miss the infotainment system uh in her vehicle which in theory could have been entirely exculpatory to Karen Reed and you sit here what he clearly I mean the the argument would be there's another reason perhaps but you say what what is wrong with these people why are they doing this and then if you really want to trigger some other people you say how are they hell are you going to use these Witnesses in this agency again and a possible retrial in in you know the Karen Reed case and yes who are they going to use they going to bring up the same people to say the same thing I mean they I mean they've got four three or four state troopers already under investigation and the one who's not under investigation is the one who biffed on all the cell phone data which was apparently you know also helpful to showing that John o'keef could not have gone in the house because his Apple phone showed you know he went over some minor Hills which made him appear to take steps which is nonsense I think that anyone that has an Apple phone or watch all they got to do is find one weak apple and he's going to spill the beans and the Hammer's going to drop on a lot of people that probably don't think that is gonna that they might be clean but when some you think it's happened do you think that's already happened like that we don't know maybe some someone I could I would speculate that uh There's Something Brewing in the kitchen I really do believe that you know so but I I think I think uh farewell should his name be farewell because he's going away for a long time he had plenty of motive to do it he even he even went over there and Recon the apartment twice to set it up y they they knew that he left her apartment right when her you know shortly before her cell phone went dark and this was such powerful evidence in the Karen Reed case that they used to show that John O'Keefe was dead and didn't move but when it came to this yeah gone we can't find it let's what about those uh expert Witnesses like uh Trooper Paul and guino what do you what do the cops think about this the the the state police witnesses that are supposed to be experts that's the best you got that's the best you got man do you have better in Nevada like much better experts in that they have better at Walmart my my kids could have done better than that yeah yeah was the most embarrassing socalled expert I I you you guys don't have to answer I can answer for you in my 26 years and your combined 60 whatever I I'm confident that the three of us no one has ever seen an expert so-called expert witness worse than that display yeah speaking I mean if they're gonna have trouble bringing back some of these experts and all the state police that we talked about what what do you think the odds are or do you think let's just do yes or no do you think that they will retrial retry Karen Reed you think that's actually going to happen I don't think so I don't think so either because remember listen the FBI had wire Taps going on so there might they already might have information that is gonna say you know what this this case is BS but here's your real killers right here yeah bero No I I mean I told you right after the verdict or whatever the hell were called the equid in fact but not in law at the moment um no I don't think there's going to be a retrial but not because the da doesn't want to I just think it's going to the choice is going to be slowly taken away from them it won't be feasible I mean it's now early September so you're two months after the trial ended Proctor is toast uh Buchan is under IAB investigation those are the two guys who you know found the tail light pieces that revealed themselves uh they didn't even call Burker the first time who found the other piece uh Tully is apparently under investigation and don't forget his testimony about the two or three pieces you know it magically went from two to three and his report was wrong uh you have the inverted tailight uh inverted excuse me inverted video nonsense which is going to be played more guino has made a disaster of himself based on the Sandra birchmore situation uh the feds are probably gonna more and more is going to happen the public knows that she was acquitted on two of three counts and you're giving lawyers of the skill level of Allen Jackson that David yannetti several months to kind of take a deep breath get a good rest re-calibrate refocus and you know change a little of this change a little of that Tinker here Tinker there and at some point what is Da gonna do they're gonna impanel another jury on a murder case when somebody's going to stand up during voer and say wait a minute I thought she got acquitted of that what are we doing here yeah can't can she get a fair trial Honestly though um you know what's fascinating I I don't know but this sounds crazy I don't know if the da can get a fair trial and I I say that like half in J you know yeah the the defense I don't think wants to relocate even though it's annoying to have to go for them to go to Denim you know for travel and whatever um if anybody would want a relocation here would be the da which of course politically you can't do that you can't leave your home jurisdiction because you know I'm bringing cases in my own jurisdiction and I can't get a fair trial from my own people so I I don't think the defense would have any interest at all in in relocating because everybody in this area of Massachusetts knows that all the jurors have said we acquitted her on two of three counts they all know about Proctor they all know about this other stuff and in the last week they all know that the same cast of characters arguably covered up the murder of an innocent child and then if that's not bad enough you know framed her for her own suicide and took no effort to do anything to investigate and the da was in charge of that too so how how big is this web how big is this web gonna get that yeah I mean that one of the things that I think that the speaking of that web I think that the defense may actually want to move it for a different reason not because of the jury pool I know it would have to be really about the jury pool but like think about uh Trooper Fanning there's been allegations that Trooper Fanning was heavily involved in the security of the jurors and now he's the lead investigator of the sander birchmore and specifically what people are alleging is that jurors that was sympathetic obviously sympathetic to Karen Reed were tossed off that jury due in part to Trooper Fanning his involvement and what he knew and what he said we don't know that for a fact but it just has the appearance of being that way at least in the public and some some places so I just wonder if that would be the defense's biggest concern about norfor county is like that home court running the court they run that court it's the same group of police officers the state police they're the security for the jury they're the ones driving the buses for the jury I mean it just seems like there's an issue there well that's a problem if it's true clearly I I don't know if it is I don't know enough about what Fanning did into with the jury but if that's true then the defense has to stand up and say you can't have that obviously you can't have this incestuous unit of the Massachusetts State Police uh that is in literally encamped in the DA's office they're literally buddies they go to lunch every day they literally donate money to marsi as do the prosecutors I mean they're one big group right they're one big fraternity you can't have them Prosecuting the case and being you know the hen you know the fox that's guarding you know the chicken Coupe and in the Jury Room that that's completely inappropriate if it's true let me ask you this why why is the family of Jon O'Keefe doing a wrongful death suit on Karen she didn't do it spite well I mean they think she did it obviously or they just want to believe it um I I don't think the lawsuit nearly helps them in the way that they think it does I mean sure it's annoying if you're Karen Reed you're getting sued legal feeds but I mean she's got so much more to worry about on her plate uh about like I don't know going to prison for the rest of her life that you know a lawsuit for uh you know a few dollars which you know she's bleeding anyway with you know the criminal case and the reality is the lawsuit is just if it doesn't get stayed she's not going to testify anytime soon she'll take the fifth her lawyers will not let her testify um but they'll get Discovery from from the lawsuit and if the bars fight and I don't know if they would or they wouldn't but if the Bars Fight their interests are aligned I mean they're going to argue we did not over serve her she was not visibly intoxicated uh we had no reason to believe that we were serving her and then you're going to add another wrinkle to this which is do the bars try to drag in the people who are on the plaintiff's Theory right anyone and everyone who allowed Kon Reed to get you know shitfaced and kill their loved one is responsible well guess what Brian Albert Jennifer mccab Brian Higgins Chris Albert and the rest of them at the bar right so are the you know did the bars drag those people in and say Let's Dance all of us on in do they inad them into the lawsuit I don't know but I this isn't going to play out I think the way that that the plaintiffs do and if you look at the complaint it it does feel like it was drafted before the trial because it doesn't really have an accurate recitation of the evidence I mean visibly intoxicated in the bar that's directly contrary to every single witness who testified yeah case literally yeah it didn't flow to me it didn't flow right well it was a horrible time to drop a lawsuit for wrongful death when she just got acquitted yeah why would you do that why would do that you know worst a week later they're like oh look at this we're going to sue you for wrongful death did you hear she just got acquitted right you know he may have had um look they may have had statute of limitations issues I'm not a Massachusetts civil lawyer so I wouldn't know I mean like in New York you could stay the litigation if it if there's a criminal case pending and it would go to the outcome but you know other things being equal if you're a plaintiff's lawyer the last thing you want to do uh is find file a suit now because you know if she were to get convicted the civil lawsuit could be filed by a third grader I mean it's it's over like you know if she's proven guilty Beyond a reasonable doubt you're not gonna have any trouble proving most of the allegations at a lower standard in civil court but um it's just adding to the mess and and the circus like atmosphere and I don't I don't think it's gonna it's not going to do much other than potentially help her in her criminal case as crazy as that sounds yeah so I want to uh everyone who's watching on YouTube to know that we got uh the guys from Las Vegas Cops TV it's LV Cops TV we got it linked at the top of the chat please follow them check out their YouTube uh to get people to check it out tell us more about the content on there what what are some of the especially the Karen Reed stuff because that's like the big stuff what are some of the other videos about and and some of the things that you've gotten into over on your channel over there good well we started with basically reviewing police shootings from all over the basically all over the world you know I I wanted to to not so much analyze cops but we wanted to show when cops do good stuff we wanted to show when cops do bad stuff um and since we have the expertise I mean I was a street cop for 22 years Gonzo for 20 years so we have the knowledge and the right to judge these guys and say hey look they did good or they did bad and then at the end we give them Donuts we that's how we rank them we give them up to 12 donuts is a perfect job and obviously zero Donuts well you you messed up um and that we did that for probably six months or so and then we also got into question and answers we had people email us their questions and then we would answer it live on video some people wanted to go over what different aspects of police work some people wanted to know what it was like going through the academy what some people want to know what it's like being a cop uh do we really stop red cars more than any other color you know weird things um and then we also have our personal videos on there too you're oober oh that's right yeah I forgot about that we have uh I was one of the guys who went through the door on October 1st the Route 91 shooting here so uh I tell that story of what what gono tells the story what he did that night and then I say what I did that night so I was in in the room with the guy and then also I was out on the field with all the victims yeah it's a crazy it's a crazy story was a long night one of the probably one of the worst nights of my life uh police only because when you're looking at all those dead bodies it's it's just horrible so that was awful so you went into the room where that guy was barricaded wow yeah and then 10 months later uh we get an active shooter call at Ross Dress for Less the security guard goes crazy start shooting everybody while I show up and uh him and I have a gunfight out front that you can watch you can see my body cam footage of me and this guy having a gunfight out front of the Ross dress for list wow um so we did some personal stuff um and then we kind of Switched gears to we we saw this Bad Lieutenant and this bad sergeant from Cook County in Chicago or in Illinois and they were so bad and Gonzo and I watched it and we were part of it we were like this is ridiculous like these people are are just it's stupid we got to do a video on this let people know that there's cops like this out there and that was our biggest video it blew up it was first one over a th000 views relatively quickly it blew up over a th000 views that's all we got yeah yeah for us that's always a start though once you get a thousand you're on to something it's true well I was happy when we got a hundred we got over 100 I was like nice but then that was the first one that got over a thousand and then so then my wife over dinner one night she's like hey have you um I'm watching this Karen Reed case she's like let me tell you something about these cops do you think this is dirty or not so she tells me and I'm like they're dirty I said everything you just told me right now I can tell you right now they're dirty I heard five minutes of it I was like they're dirty something's not right and so she goes in the next night she goes well there's more listen to this what do you think and I said it's even fraking worse they're even more dirty and she goes what's your biggest video I said the court one with the Bad Lieutenant and the uh bad Sergeant it was a deposition you need to do this case and I said you know what we do need to do this case and we put out Trooper Proctor first kind of on purpose because his is such a shock at all you're like how can this stuff come out of this dude's mouth so we started with that one and then we did um Trooper Paul we on Deck right now is Trooper we did two with TR Trooper Higgin or I'm sorry Higgins uh part two's coming out we have Dr Wolf we did it's coming out we're doing a cross-examination of je McCabe and Brian Albert this uh tomorrow and those will be out next week sometime um so we're hitting everybody what do you think like let's get into that because uh Higgins you've already done so that's on a giveaway what what did you think about Higgins testimony gono what did you think first let me tell you that's it's no game Higgins man he tried he's he he was acting like he was game I love that yeah that's why I felt like I can't listen to that [ __ ] because it makes me feel like I'm in middle school like I'm like this is what I felt like when girls didn't like you know that's exactly what we said on camera this is like high school stuff ridiculous the fact that he used his buddy to help him pick which which text to get out was very suspicious to me and the fact that he destroyed his phone is very suspicious to me who does that who would destroy their phone knowing that they're going to get the information listen he's the ATF officer he knows what can be pulled off of the phone if it's still in your hand so he had a lot of information in that phone that he did not want to share with anybody and then when he was when he was in the bar and Jen came up to his right and talking to Brian Albert and it completely ghosted him I think that little a fire near his ass like he was like pissed he got mad it cracks me up when these guys are like oh you know I don't know what it does I I don't know what happens to my phone I didn't know that really you really expect you're an ATF agent 25 years and you really think we're expected to believe that you don't know what happens with a phone I mean come on man yeah I've bought I've gotten I've changed my iPhone like six five six times ask me how many times I've taken aart taken out sim card throwing in two different trash cans on Military Base zero yeah zero okay so it's just funny that these guys you know they're lying you're a grown ass man and you don't know what happens to a phone come on you know exactly what happens to that phone you know exactly what you're doing it's all strategic I think the best thing to come out of that is when they said oh I butt dial somebody you cannot butt dial anybody that many times the best thing about those guys you know never mind you know the grab ass in the bar even like an occasional butt dial but I mean if you juxtapose like Higgins next to Albert their testimony I mean you have this comical it's not the right word but that's what it feels like scene where one guy says well I leave my phone my locked iPhone in bed and in and in the act of you know being intimate with my wife at 2:30 in the morning after this guy by the way let's be honest was drinking for about 15 straight hours and was so there there other components to all that nevertheless in the ACT married like yeah I like Jerry Jerry yeah turned on people don't have sex turned on my phone but died Higgins and then on the other end of the conversation Higgins is like I don't know I didn't get it but then Higgins apparently butt dialed him back and it connects for 20 something seconds 22 seconds 22 it's like you know you know you heard of like the Magic Bullet and Kennedy and all that it's like magic butt dials I mean they and and this is about three minutes before Jennifer mccab did or did not say how long to die in the cold all this is just did you see our video because in our Higgins video we actually give Allan Jackson his 22 seconds oh yeah the one the judge wouldn't let him yeah that was no we give him 22 seconds and Gonzo and I talk like we're on the phone and we show everybody how much can be said in 22 seconds I saw that was good I to watch that but did watch that one that was that was good and you guys had a nice conversation 22 seconds you you Shar a lot of info yeah he said you can't say anything with substance yeah really okay you can say a lot oh well my first initial one had a lot of substance yes Mike yeah before the and then we did the 22 seconds but I just wanted to prove right off the bat in four seconds you can you can tell an entire story tell tell for Mark tell for Mark he didn't hear it I just said that he said you can't say anything with substance in 22 seconds so I said really I said hold on a second honey yeah I'm at the hospital with our daughter she didn't survive surgery like that was three four seconds and that had a lot of substance so and then Gonzo and I did the 22 seconds with the back and forth of how we would plan it or set it up if we were doing that in our opinion we're not legal experts we're not lawyers you could go on and on and then there there's Higgins you know strangely at the Canton Police Department because he's got to move the cars after getting wasted all day that was his Alibi that was his Alibi yeah C that was his Alibi that he said that I'm telling you he went back to that uh police department to move those cars that was his Alibi he he that's why he didn't move him the first time anybody would have a brain would say I'm not going to go back and move cars after drinking in a in a a blizzard I'll move them now so I don't even have to come back here why would you want to go back to work you were just been been driving all day you went to a cop's funeral so you're probably emotionally drained now and then you're drinking more then you eat now you're at work and then you leave to go to another place and then you're going to go back there at 2:00 in the morning or 12: 1: in the morning it just doesn't make sense that was he had he got seeing on camera he was seeing on camera and now he's like I'm good I'm good some have speculated that he went back there to monitor what you know whether he heard what's going on the police yeah it's a double whammy he gets his Alibi and now he's sitting right there going I'm hearing everything what do we got what do we got and then then he's making calls you know people are calling him what do they got what do they know what do they know what do you know and then they're getting their story straight that's why Jen mccab says we're not going to text anymore we're GNA only call because we want to keep it I want to keep it in my tight Circle remember when she said that Circle the circle the circle and and Jackson goes you just want to keep it in your Circle you don't want anybody else to know and she was like remember the guy never came in the house the guy yeah the guy so you know they they I'm not saying they planned this um I've said it before I think I said it in in one of our videos I think Gonzo actually said it earlier it would have been easier for them to just say hey man we got into a fight and I hit him twice and I killed him why cover it just you know hey we got we got into a fight it happens you know that would have been actually better than this whole scheme you know so we don't know if they planned it or if they were actually if this was just preparation kind of meets opportunity and now they're like wow and I got to piece it together quick and you got to remember they're cops so that you really have to try to think ahead but it only takes one person to mess up you know that that what you have cooking right somebody puts in the wrong ingredient and I think that kind of is what happened yeah media social media was that ingredient and they weren't expecting that oh my gosh and now the FBI is involved they're like oh man what are we gonna do dude stick to the strip stick to the script stick to the script we can't lie now we can't we can't say anything else but the script I don't know what they did or didn't do in the house but their conduct after is just we I mean with the dels I mean even little things like Jennifer McCade telling what's her name Julian and I need your cell phone I need your text messages I mean what possible reason could there even be for that and these you know tell him the guy never went in the house yeah it's just you know they're searching the Asian Guys lawn they're digging here I this is just weird well and Brian Albert remember he he might be used to beating people right he's the Punisher he beats people he so might not have been a problem for him right taking a life but you got to remember everybody else that's not used to it right it hit them and it hit could have hit each of them differently and now they're trying to live with that you know what I mean and some of it comes across a little bit when they're on their stand let's not forget let's not forget that they were trying to pin this on snowplow Bryan right yeah and that guy was a [ __ ] phenomenal guy on the stand told the truth the truth great he was great so easy when you just tell the exactly exactly what what do you think about Brian Albert because I know that's one of your next videos and you don't have to give it all away because we want people to watch your video it's going to be awesome when you put it out but what do you think about him He's a Bully man he is a straight up bully that that that crew runs under one one uh one phrase do you know who I am or do you know who my husband is that's how they get everything they want intimidation and that's what he does he intimidates everybody until he comes across the people that he doesn't intimidate yeah yeah that's true that's true but for him being on the stand and the way he did it you know he's got something to hide because if if he's done 300 court cases that he's been on the stand he should be perfect perfect witness or a perfect uh person to interview up there and he just stuttered everything he couldn't remember couldn't do couldn't give a straight answer I I don't like him from the get-go the guy was a a non-cooperative witness who did not want to be involved and you know the theory is did nothing wrong he had The Misfortune of having a police officer from the same Department ironically just end up dead on his lawn because the officer's girlfriend ran him over and all of that and so he didn't want to be there he had nothing to add in theory but he was interested enough to show up for the summations and that's just so weird I I've never seen anything like that I don't know what it means or doesn't mean a lot of people speculated about that but for someone who's an uninterested witness in the proceedings and you know is a I don't want to be here I have nothing to add somehow became so interested to come watch the summations with Jennifer mccab and Colin who even more than Brian and Jennifer have no no real reason to be there I mean just a kid right uh he apparently was in the house so they say for two minutes coming and going and comes to watch the summations in the case that he has nothing to do with it it's just everything they did is just so weird yeah yeah it screams cover up that's what it screams it screams cover up because it it's it's it's too messed up to not be a cover up I mean I've seen some messed up cases but this one is is just ridiculous it's full of hes you got five six Troopers a sergeant a lieutenant and they don't know anything of what they're doing they don't know any of their policies they don't know anything it's just ridiculous not only that they had no intellectual curiosity I mean I mean you guys know because we always laugh at like good cops the one thing they are is skeptical curious and suspicious until they know something they assume everything right I that's what you guys do and none of these people were even even by their testimony admitted they had no curiosity about what was going on or what could have been going on in the house to the point where I always go back to this example Mike when we talk about it but Tully saying well you know the fact that John o'keef wasn't dressed appropriately for being out in the weather well I wear shorts in the you know in the winter as if that means you know this is normal guys's got one shoe on dead in the middle of the lawn with a with a light hoodie on and and one shoe and far from normal I mean yeah at night too yeah I mean maybe during the day when you're just going out to the gym or something go out at night like that why wouldn't you think he might have been in the house it makes no sense to me yeah man if it's under 60 degrees out here in Vegas I I might die of hypothermia out there I got to dress up jeans and coat I couldn't even take under 30 degree weather oh you wouldn't make it here no didn't Pro even testify that based on his experience of you know two prior hitting runs over 10 years or whatever that when he he saw a man lying in the middle of the lawn with one shoe on and that suggested to him that that was that was a car accident because you know in my experience a shoe can go flying off it could go off if you're going 4050 miles an hour well sh can fall off Shu can fall off in a fight sh can off if you're running if your shoes untied and you step on I mean there's a lot of ways of sh yeah I how how about broken a car yeah I think broken if you if you come across with like a broken glass that someone's been drinking alcohol out of and you find out there's a house party there your first impression is going to be inside now out even if they bring the glass from the bar which they apparently did maybe it wasn't that glass but they there's video of them bringing glass your first impression logically would be that glass probably came from in the house where by the way where the other shoe probably you would assume it would be too or somewhere on the yard somewhere you're gonna search you're G to search until you find that shoe they had no curiosity I mean just to to know what happened it's very disturbing that's because that's because they knew what happened there was no reason for curiosity there was only time for cover up so that that's why there was there there was none because they already all knew when you already know what happened you it's hard to act surprised we can't have this Joe flipper head with his Eagles stuff you got a lot of comments about Philly tonight Joe's from Philly I guess well he's he's giving us Eagles we're getting a lot of uh daddy comments too we got L daddy we got daddies okay all the women are going nuts but yeah they comparing you guys to John Cena and uh stone cold that's [Laughter] funny I know the Cena family growing up they're good people too so I I love the John Cena reference all the time I just watched his new movie last night the other the uh the other night uh Lottery the lottery winner or something Pol or something he guards some girl who wins the lottery it was but anyway it was good good it was a good movie yeah it was it's funny it's it's John Cena you know it's funny good deal uh there has a comment that I'm not understand I wonder if you guys know what's going on here Higgins convos with Karen Reed sounds like interview to see if she might be undercover not picking her up I don't know we get comments I don't know so is that is that is that when she's uh she's the uh what that the uh weed whacker the weed whacker yeah hey weed whacker I don't think anyone would think K Karen was undercover N I don't know he he could find that out pretty quick too I mean if you're a cop you're gonna you're going to be able to find out who the undercover people are might take you a little bit but you you'll find out no we didn't have enough PC to search the house we had didn't even have reasonable well we might have had Reasonable Suspicion but not PC we could have we could go up there and ask for a consenual entry but not we don't have PC to go into the house if you were there if you were in charge would you have asked to go in the house oh we would have knocked until somebody open the door we would have knocked until somebody opened that door I'm not leaving until somebody comes out of the house especially with cars in the driveway six o'clock or 6:30 in the on a Sunday morning and there's a dead cop on the front yard I am getting into that house I'm not leaving until I get to talk to the people in that house this is good to hear from their perspective because this has been an issue before and anytime anyone was talking about probable cause that's an interesting debate but it's really not the issue because always ask for consent yeah I remember on Thanksgiving I had a burning turkey and we had alarms that were hooked into the fight department but also I let them in they asked to come in I said come on in like that's it you ask consent and then you get weird responses that can raise the level of Suspicion so if Brian Albert's like I'm not coming out sir there's a dead guy in your lawn you can't come in that's getting weirder and weirder and that's going to escalate and or he lets you in he's acting nervous he's acting suspicious he does I don't go down in my basement you can't go well why not is there something there you know whatever but they're but they're trying to probe and find something out is there anyone else in the house did anybody see anything I mean why wouldn't these cops from Canton do that the thing is this is we we we as police officers can use ruses right we can say hey somebody said that he came out of this house we need to make sure that everybody's okay right we can do we can do a we can ask that way we can escalate it that way let us go in there check the house out make sure there's nobody in here hurt and we'll leave but when we're in there man our body cameras are recording everything our Visions recording everything so we can build up our Reasonable Suspicion to probable cause we have no probable cause we can do a pre a premise PES like Brian was saying and then we're in yeah so that's how you get in and you would get in yeah or like I said before I think I think I said you knock on the door if you see anything you can do a premise freeze get everybody out but again Brian I think Brian Albert knew exactly what he was doing that's why he did not come out he did not want to risk opening that door by the way if the cops in Canton had knocked on the door enough it would have been interesting to hear does a dog bark then right the answer is absolutely positively if it's living yes right right yeah I wonder if that dog was taken out it just seems like that dog might have been taken out that night it might have it might have been yeah they could it who knows could that's what I suspect the daughter took the dog to her house or something with that trist hopefully yeah I mean yeah the whole thing just stinks I mean that's why we're all here that's why we're talking about it that's why we're covering it it it needs to be uh if there is corruption that deep we need to Discover it and get rid of it because it's not it's almost like I'm watching a movie yeah you know yeah that's what it feels like yeah you couldn't script this man like real life is is is better than anything yeah it is isn't it and never underestimate the stupidity of people never people are dumb and speaking of that yeah I want to ask you about two other things going on because there's this lost Vegas uh shooting or killing of a journalist right oh yeah Robert yeah stab let's going on with that tell us about that uh we were thinking about doing a video on it but man this is so cut and dry this guy's a psychopath narcissist uh never picked on a man in his life but he picked on women Non-Stop and he everything that I've read about the case and seen have all the evidence seen he's guilty as all Hill he he even represented himself in court because he's a lawyer and all he did was talk to the jury for like an hour and it was it was utterly ridiculous and this guy is such a uh he thinks he's a God he he really thinks he can just talk you into saying yeah he didn't do it but they have him on video they have his car on video they found the bloody evidence at his house dude you did it come on you know what I mean Metro is trying to pin it on him yeah like some of these young cops are gonna risk their entire career for some dude they don't even know want that one you don't want that one no too M it's cut and dry this guy killed him he's a psychopath so crazy and uh there's also the uh Tupac thing going on a big fit I was I like Tupac's music what what do you think about what's going on with this uh kefy D trial oh you're breaking up am I I'm breaking up Tupac is still alive what are you talking about I'm breaking up I mean what do you guys think about it you think he's alive still you gotta set all the conspiracy theorists off man you know I uh I never really listen to to rap I'm from Idaho we didn't have rap until like 1992 93 up there so I wasn't real familiar with Tupac um it's amazing to me that it's still a Cold Case even though they made an arrest they still haven't really pinned on him yet so I'm not sure what's going on that Brian might know more than that than me but I don't know much about it about Tupac yes is that what you were talking about you guys broke up a little bit all right no he's he is he still alive no about is that no we don't want to go there about the jury trial there's a trial going on right now with this Kefi D guy oh and what do you think know man to be honest with you after all these years you know what no I'm not I didn't even watch it okay I know I didn't even watch it yeah it's it's not happened yet but it's like the they arrested the guy oh and I remember they arrested him in Henderson but Tupac he's ad he's admitted it but I think there's a lot of holes it's weird the whole thing is Weir yeah who knows yeah I mean if it when it comes out and we can Gonzo and I will take a look at it but uh you know I mean Tupac's gone it's been 25 years 30 years no well there is no statue limitation for murder right right no no so this I mean who else could it be if this guy's admitted that he that he did it then what's what what are we going to to trial for who knows just throw them in the clink yeah I mean if he says he did it and if he wants to maybe he just wants to be the guy to take credit for it who knows but I mean that's what I'm worried about because this guy was paid he was paid like his defense now is is is like gotta Wonder because he's basically saying like a lot of these uh shows like like a show like this right YouTube show they pay him 50,000 bucks 10,000 whatever it is they pay him a lot of money to go on these shows and talk a lot of crazy [ __ ] and so he felt like if he admitted he did it he would get more money which he did so he wants to be Infamous then huh yeah yeah but they still need enough probable cars to arrest him right just because you say you did it it's not a just that's not just enough you got to have you got to have evidence right you got to so they wouldn't arrest him without all that evidence so you can't get convicted on an admission alone without corroboration that that's correct correct you need some degree of ceration because you could have some crazy people coming in saying I killed so and so I killed so and so yeah yeah sure you did yep I mean he was definitely if you look into it the bigger thing is like his nephew or whatever it was he he was this guy was the gang leader and uh Tupac got in a fight with a guy at the casino on video and uh so they were there they were definitely there but did they actually do it I don't know I just think it's tell very I'll tell you a quick a quick story my phone's at like 5% so even though I charged it we did this no no no no just in case if I drop off it's my phone died I'll stay on this until my phone we almost we're pretty close to wrap it up too you guys have been on two hours with Sean and now us so go ahead yeah it's all right um I actually had to take sh Knight I had to transport him down to jail here in in Vegas yeah my a friend of mine I got I know cop stopped him and he had weed on him you know and uh calls me up I was doing the uh the the uh transport that night me and my buddy so he goes hey I got Suge Night so I talked to Suge and uh I was like hey man I'm sorry I'm just transporting you bro I don't I don't care about the weed you know he goes don't worry man he goes I ain't tripping he goes I'll be out of here and I'll be out before the the ink is dry and uh I said hey man uh what's up with is Pac really dead and he goes yeah man he goes died right right there and I he goes I still got the 45 in my head I said no [ __ ] he goes yep you want to see the scar and I said damn you can see the scar we got shot in the head and I said all right and I said what do you want to hear on the way down to jail he goes Tupac so I crank changes the song changes all the way to Jail uh for sh wow that's a great story that's amazing and the thing about sh to like I I I kind of like sh he's got a like a hit show now on YouTube I don't know if people if you watch it I watch it I think it's great but it's funny because like uh he didn't actually take the bullet he says he did he got a piece of glass oh oh that guy's making it so so like again like a street legend he can't trust anybody but you know what I love about it he's got Street CR Well street cred but you know the thing I love about that story is I do believe he loved Tupac like I a lot of people had doubts on that and he used them or whatever there's a lot of that in that industry who knows but that's that story shows he really he wanted to hit Tupac like that that to me is I think Suge Knight's thing he really did lot that was his number one aonor even though you know he had also had Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg and all those other guys something special about Tupac he he did he did you could tell when I asked him uh you could tell in his face you know Tupac's gone and he he you could you could see it you could see it in his eyes see that's the thing I wonder if he'll testify because he never he says he'll never testify like he not you know he was the anti snitching thing you know you don't rat all that stuff but he has done these episodes now and he's telling them more truth sug is I wonder because that's the issue I think with the case against Kei D everyone else is dead yeah like even some of Tupac's crew are dead like and especially though that little crew of gangsters there that were there they're all dead so if Suge does testify it's going to be against that other guy saying yeah you didn't do it because you weren't there he's just trying to get credit for it and if he does it's just to make sure that Tupac Legacy still lives on as far as that's concerned yeah does that make sense yeah yep could be interesting well I'm glad I'm glad we got that story out of you Brian that's a that's a great sh night story for me I'm a big fan of that stuff so uh that's special uh all of you guys tonight I I really appreciate you spend in the night with us tonight uh let's promote all your stuff like your you know YouTube I don't know if you're you're on actually Twitter too I follow you on X um so people gotta follow you uh LV like Las Vegas LV Cops TV so L LV copstv on YouTube we got a pin on the chat everyone make sure you follow uh we got Mark bero it's bola.com or bolaw on Twitter X he's on there uh what are your final statements we'll start with Mark bero tonight um it's good to have guests like this who have real life police experience Street guys that have been there investigated uh you know first responding everything that didn't happen in K in the right way it's always I think good perspective and refreshing to hear how real cops would have done it and I think it also is infuriating to most normal reasonable people to say what what the hell Happ happened here with Karen Reed what the hell happened with Sandra birchmore and um there are it's very important to recognize most cops are good not necessarily in what you've seen in these two cases but uh you know one should be careful to just cast too wide a net and say because the cops in that case were so bad that cops stink because you get guys like this and it's refreshing and I know because I've worked with cops my whole career most the very good these guys are great great obviously and it it creates a perfect dichotomy of what didn't happen in these cases and what a shame dang Mark you used some big words there I didn't understand a lot of them but I I'll take it so L and I want to say a couple things thanks for having us on the show Mike I appreciate it thank you God and to everybody who's listening have the courage if you see something say something don't rely on somebody else to do it if not you then who if not now then when do it help somebody out bad men win when good men do nothing wow right it's the same it's the same concept the only thing that stops a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun right so as cops when the gunfire was going we were going to the gunfire why because we have to stop the shooter if we don't who is so it's the same thing with corruption with the Sandra uh Karen Reed and the Sandra burchmore if we do nothing they win we are those people now doing something Mike Mark Richie sha Gonzo all of us so we are the voice now for people who can't speak for themselves Axel you mentioned Richie is that micro dots yes yeah you got a special uh video interview coming out with him has that come out yet it has not come out yet okay we're all waiting for it that's why the chat wants to know when it's coming out do you have any idea when it might actually come out should be out within the next probably seven days or so awesome we're looking forward to seeing that I know bero loves micro dots too yeah yeah his stuff is amazing I I gotta tell you the one he did about slowing it down in the bar um yes if so good not not again not not that these lawyers need to hear from other people what they ought to do but I would focus on that if there is a second trial and break that down zuder style frame by frame and really spend the time because that is a really bad bad look for Higgins and Brian Albert and the whole off to the side and the finger pointing and Chris Albert seems to know something's off and you know the whole and then you see what they're all doing and then there's John O'Keefe just kind of hanging out like doing anything and why is that does he I don't know he senses something's going down that's what I was thinking too and he is suspicious aware alert and he seems to just be taking it all in and Higgins is pointing at him the text messages are you coming and the Karen stuff that she wasn't responding yeah reasonable out standard I'm using that that was that video was really good yep excellent I want to thank you all for being here tonight again uh follow LV copstv at LV copstv make sure you subscribe follow I want to see a big bump for them tonight I they did double show they did uh Sean show and now our show you guys must be tired tonight thank you so much for taking one of you took a night off of work too for this didn't you yeah thank you so much Gonzo yeah you're welcome listen don't don't get John Cena mad up there he'll drop the people's elbow on you oh no way I got a John Cena story you want to hear my John Cen story so I used to coach high school wrestling I was a high school wrestler and uh our rival high school was you know where John went to high school and so after college I came back and I coached for a couple years at my high school and I was the head coach and so during the year we'd compete against the Sena Brothers they were they were the you know competing High School was just you know out of college so I was in my early 20s they were like 17 18 you know that type of age uh John never wrestled his brothers did so I coached against his brothers and I used to during the uh spring we'd have open mats where we'd all practice together unofficially and so I used to wrestle as brothers during the offseason and uh I was wrestling another coach hurt my back that day I could Billy walked to my car and John and his brother carried me to my car that day they was you got to get an ambulance and that was the last time I saw John Cena and I didn't even really know him I knew the brothers pretty good and then next day watching TV like and I realized he had been famous for like year I I was like oh I gotta start watching wrestling again so and I know the whole family they're they're the nicest people they're good people Everyone likes them he's he's exactly what you see a great story story yeah good people I the family used to run the ice cream shop across the street from the high school you better buy ice cream son get yeah I don't know if they still selling the ice cream over there it was good ice cream so thank you guys so much for being here tonight I I got my John CA story out you you remind me of you remind me of from West new are you from West newbry no
