the reality is this bill takes away Fan Choice it forces you to buy your tickets only when they go on sale it forces you to buy your tickets from Ticket Master or the box office and makes you jump through all kinds of Hoops you have to be there when it goes on sale you got to wait online you got to fill out all kinds of forms verification forms this that nonsense it doesn't help we've already tried it their way their way doesn't help yeah but the only way to fix it is to get more competition in the ticket business right now Ticket Master has zero incentive of getting rid of Bots okay instead punish Ticket Master for allowing bots in don't make it so everybody else in the whole world has to pay the price because Ticket Master is incompetent that's ridiculous this bill is ridiculous the furthest thing I've ever seen in my life that's why I'm so outraged by this bill listen I do reviews and I'm going to review this bill right now and this bill stinks it smells so bad and I I just can't even believe that you guys are you you're intelligent you're fa with these kind of bills every single day I'm sure you have to see both sides spill is the exact same thing as the kid running for school office say promising no homework no testing free chocolate milk free cookies this bill is promising everything and delivering nothing it's never going to stop the problem of show selling out it's never going to do that okay and it's never going to stop the problem of prices going up the only way prices will go down is when people fans stop paying ridiculous prices then when they say no and guess what dynamic pricing is about that okay at some point Ticket Master just keeps raising the price so much people are going to go wait I'm not paying it and guess what they can do they can lower the price I don't like Dynamic pricing on in terms of the primary Market I don't think it's fair because the primary Market has an unfair Advantage the the primary Market creates artificial demand for a show okay they know exactly how many people are online are in the cues they make the prices go up to justify they say look at all the people in the queue so therefore we can justify our supply and demand price ing or Marketplace pricing and the prices just go way way up I think prices are ridiculous you can't regulate that however part of having a free market is that the prices are going to be high but when they get too high the prices can also go down and that's what they should do when Ticket Master uses Dynamic prices and they charge ridiculous amounts of money the prices should come down okay that's what dynamic pricing should do most cases they go up but they should allow prices to go down I am not in favor of the government being involved in ticket business why
