was my stomach right like I can I know where the [ __ ] body part is like where the food goes like where I feel full like remember the doctors and that they don't know your body as well as exactly and so like always your instinct more than like I maybe they could be right could be stomach issue you never know but try to trust your own sens like there so many times doctors and that cuz the human human era wrong diagnosis yeah I know and like that's why like I started getting like frustrated with it cuz like I would go to the hospital like after a while I'd be like man I got to go to like the ER bro like my chest is hurting like I I can't [ __ ] breathe like I'm throwing up like I'm throwing like my I'm throwing up my entire stomach like like the the lining is coming out like type of deal and like I would go and then they would just be like yeah we don't know what's wrong with you like just stop throwing up and I'm like guys I I wish it was just that easy where I could just stop throwing up like that would be great I'm glad that you gave me the [ __ ] idea to just stop because that's perfect it's all I needed like it's ridiculous so I'll for me I used to get anxiety issues but it was more like and I still get it today I just sometimes if I'm not feeling good that day if if someone just glances at me for half a second I've already made like 10 conversations in my head yeah about they're thinking on this they're think on that they're think and then like I'll get so uncomfortable like I'll just have to leave area like when I was in high school because it was like a school thing if I was surrounded by like every even if like of course they suround because you're in a big school yeah I would literally just have to walk away from even if I was just talking to a mate or that I'd have to just sit by myself for the remainder of lunch or recess yeah I couldn't like I couldn't be around people I would just like my it would it would affect me so much my skin would it's like he basically goes the whole episode without saying you know what he wants like without what he feels and at the end he's like he gets like a stomach ulcer and like vomits blood or whatever that's like basically what I think is going on is like I'm just throughout the day just not expressing enough and that at some point it's just like my body's telling me like I don't know like I really don't know cuz like and at a certain point I'll wake up and maybe it's heartburn like maybe I'm just experiencing heartburn in the morning but like that don't that don't mean why I can't like continue on about my day like okay if it's heartburn I'll take like an acid pill and then go on about my day but like that's not what the case is it's like I may or may not be able to to help this before I'm vomiting for 12 hours straight like it oh so your parents that nor about this yeah they do and like that's another thing that makes me that's another thing Sor yeah yeah that's that's another thing that makes me frustrated is because like I like I've been dealing with this ever since like Middle School like I used to like wake up and like I'll get in the shower and I'll be like man I feel like anxiety problems maybe that is true you know I literally just skipped breakfast and ate dinner once a day and lost 50 lbs like four years ago see wouldn't that be nice wouldn't that be nice like all through school I never ate breakfast I would eat school lunch and I would come home and eat [ __ ] chips and [ __ ] and drink soda right that was the heaviest I was in my life and I was at like 115 pounds you know I started eating breakfast every day for the past two years I started drinking protein shakes I get protein smoothies I eat the right things I eat properly I eat as I eat three meals a day and I'm at the lightest that I've ever been in my life explain it can somebody please tell me like I'm lifting I'm exercising like v a lot yeah bro yeah I know like it's not like when it okay so not like dayto day but like those mornings where like I can't get my day started and if I eventually do end up throwing up it's like bro I'm going to be throwing up for 12 hours straight like like legit okay but you know when you say you change your lifestyle like how long are you going bro like are you going a month long I would like to believe that since you know I broke up with my my ex more recently not the not the second time around but the first time around so like a year and a half ago about two years like I've been on a on a health kick like water no no no soda really you know trying to eat breakfast more you know eggs bacon potatoes like sausage like and I still have takeway like five five times a month I never got the weight back or take out as you say see like and that's another thing is like I'm getting to a point where I'm frustrated that I'm just like saying screw the health kick because it's not [ __ ] helping me like I just want to go eat cheeseburgers every day like so the day that I um I went to work on Tuesday so Sunday or Saturday I was sick made myself sick Sunday I was cool right Tuesday I go into to work and I felt so bad about myself cuz I spent the entire weekend throwing up losing all the like losing all this great [ __ ] weight that I just tacked on apparently that I went to Burger King and I got a cheeseburger and some chicken fries and I stuffed my face before I went to work and then I ended up throwing that up in 20 minutes of my shift and had to leave so like that's literally like I and and I don't know like what classifies it cuz I've asked people like do you think I'm like anorexic or like if I have bulimia or something like that and they're like oh no way like no you would know like you would [ __ ] know brother it's like okay do I do I really [ __ ] know the difference like I drink a lot water like I drink the most water that I have in my life and I know that's not saying much cuz I'm always drinking [ __ ] like that's what I mean just try to be sensible don't don't overeat it's like bro I don't overeat it's like I'm it's impossible for me to overeat that's the problem that is the real problem is like I cannot overeat to a point where I'm putting on enough like stuff to like I don't know it's just sad bro really F or it bro it makes me so mad and it you and it and it used to not and it used to not like I used to not give a [ __ ] cuz like bro I'm just a skinny guy bro it's not like I have trouble with women like bro they all still like the skinny white guy like that's cool but like I'm getting to a point where it's like bro like why is the [ __ ] not adding up to where like it should like I can do this [ __ ] for as long as I can and it just don't seem like it's working so you know what you should do even though it's bad for your liver like for weight game you just try like if you're going to drink just try drink beer well and see and like but I can't I can't too much is because like I in the mornings like it's if I drink too much or whatever like my stomach just feels all [ __ ] in the morning and then boom throwing up I'm just vomiting like it and you want you want to call that a hangover sure but like I'm going to be doing that with or without the alcohol like and I get your point like I've been thinking like I need to just start drink like eating ice cream and [ __ ] more like but I I like uh like you know L that why don't you just like little meals like why don't you just instead of trying to eat big meals and maybe that's hurting you why don't you just like eat five six times a day just start like see and and so like that would be I love I love I love the answer because that is a good option but it's like we go back to the thing it's like bro I'm broke like do you imagine eating five six times a day like that's like what about you just you know cuz grocery shopping is always going to be the cheapest alternative for even though it's time consuming for someone on a budget like it's it's probably what's best bro like even if you're just like it's don't think of it as eating six times a day still think of it as having lunch if you if you pack a lunch whatever just only eat that like you know what I mean break it up it if don't eat it like if you're going to eat food don't try to eat it all in one go if you get what I mean try to like I'll eat some I know very odd day like so like my friend like my best friend like he's like a a personal trainer like and he's never had problems you know gaining weight putting weight on taking it off like he's always been just like a gy bro type of thing and it's like I've I've been able to look up to the right things like I know what to look for like I lived with him you know oatmeal yogurt with [ __ ] granola steak you know vegetables like rice like I I've seen it I I'm I'm watching the dude put it in his body and I'm sitting there across the table from him eating the same thing and it just don't [ __ ] add up like I do you do a lot okay what about weight training have you do you ever do weight training I mean like I sit at the house and I live dumbbells and stuff and I have a bench but like I the struggles that I've be going through like yeah I I feel like it is warranted like I at least got to work for it but I see people like how they eating is it hurt you said it hurts when you eat n pounds like of just fluids or just like stomach bile like it's disgusting but it is what it is yeah so like I mean so to do your well like I like all the other we we've looked into it and we've done literally be sick and have to go to the doctor again were you consistent on it like did you I I'll be honest I wasn't I wasn't as consistent as I probably should be but it was because it wasn't [ __ ] working for me like I I I didn't feel like I had something that was fixing the issue you know maybe maybe just try it again bro because I feel like if you're consistent on it that's the only way you're going to be able to get a good s like if it's a month and you're not fully into it like you're not doing it consistently it's going to be hard to see what the real effects are I just I just have bad experiences bro like when I was a kid like they always try to tell me I had ADHD which is true probably 100% And then they would try to give me all these like riddlin and like [ __ ] like that and they would literally take my appetite away and it's like I'm just now I'm just not eating because I'm being forced to be doile and then in the mornings I'm just throwing up because I don't [ __ ] feel good and then it's probably cuz I'm not eating [ __ ] food like I don't I don't know I can't have it I I can't have cake and E it like have you tried like smoothie supplements with high protein in and see like that's I went like and also taking like straight um like carb intakes as well supplement your um your energy so last so the last birth around birthday time what I thought was the issue is because like I went on like a huge smoothie kick like protein powder Oats honey banana strawberries yogurt like all in the smoothies and I did that for like a month straight and then like my birthday time came up and I was like in the hospital feeling like [ __ ] and I thought to myself like man maybe I just like [ __ ] myself up by just like stuffing myself full of protein that it wasn't like digesting or something so I really got off that because I thought it was [ __ ] me up like I thought that was the reason that I was back in the hospital was like well I just [ __ ] like I don't know how long how long did you do that one dude that was I was doing that that was like the beginning of the summer straight and like until the end of the summer like I was doing that and like I was like lifting regularly and it just who would have [ __ ] been able to tell it was working it wasn't like I was I wasn't gaining weight like still like I like I said I would go to bed at like9 wake up at 1113 and then like start the process over go to bed at 1118 wake up at 1112 it's like I was just taking steps forward just to go backwards like it was starting you're always going to wake up lighter about that that makes sense bro you're always going to wake up about five six times that bro it just seems so egregious though five six pounds for me is hard that's hard to lose for me like a pound pound watching like that I'm telling you I know exactly what you're talking about cuz that was my life realize like damn this [ __ ] just happens every morning I'm going to be down town by the time you end the day you're back up but getting past those is where you're plate probably like you're saying something to do with your gut now allowing you to dig more of the protein maybe or maybe it's other things like I was saying like maybe try like do you have do you have any problems with like keeping yourself when you were working out like keeping energy during the workout no not for real I mean like it's more of an attention it's an attention span thing it ain't like an energy level thing it's it's just like I'll just put my energy into doing something else like if I'm consistent like what you're listening at the beginning of your s are you can you do that at the end or oh yeah yeah yeah yeah I don't yeah yeah but that's pushing yourself with the LIF like like were you trying max out um no NOP I'm I'm always lifting by myself so I'm never I like and I'm never really like I don't know and like that's part of the problem too is like I'm not like an extreme like [ __ ] overly energetic kind of person when it comes to that [ __ ] like I'm just ready to get the workouts you know get get what my body needs and then I'm done with it like I don't need to be sitting there trying to bench 255 like that ain't I'm I'm cool on it I'll consistently bench what I know no yeah what I was actually thinking like pushing yourself you have to push like5 but that extra five pounds every time is what's going to help you in the burning your body out to exhaustion is what's going to bring your appetite to life like [ __ ] Savage sometimes it can force your body to be like [ __ ] we need to eat we going to die you know it almost puts your body in shock and it has to you have to train your body to be like look you got to do this yeah I felt that and see it's like there was a time and I think I think I got a little too aggressive with it cuz like there was a time where like I would have to sit down and like in my mind I'd be like this is food time like you got to blah blah blah like it's like right here right now visualize that you going to eat everything here plus more so like and it worked for a while like I was like eating but like it was just like a hard thing to do like every time I had to like get into like a mode like I need to Feast like [ __ ] Joey Chestnut type [ __ ] like and it was I don't know bro I hate to feel like I need to like do something so extreme just to literally gain weight I live in America bro why is McDonald's just not [ __ ] doing the thing like but you know real there's no positive calories there there like negative calories I believe like you can eat negative calories all day all it's going to do is transfer into sugars and fats and burn up and it's not going to do [ __ ] for it you're going to probably like you were saying gain that weight and and it's going to go right away and that could that could also you know your diet can have a lot to do with your stomach keeping it consistent staying away from alcohol staying away from you know it's some of the I had to stop smoking and drinking for a long time and then paste it back out like I'm not even that great now I can't drink I drink too much I way too much so I have a too and it'll [ __ ] my stomach up for a week and my diet will be off and I'll lose weight it's it's terrible like I just drank the other night and my stomach messed up all the day it's probably going to be messed up for the rest of the week it's the worst you know make sure you're on top of those things too I don't know things like you said you've already been going through a lot of yeah I mean it
