Intro in this video I'll give you the best value in each position in 2024 fantasy redraft leagues I'm Jim Coventry of Roa QB- Kyler Murray wire I just yet quarterback I cannot go away from a great value being Kyler Murray of the Arizona Cardinals he's pretty much unilaterally the unilaterally the quarterback seven in almost every draft can he dip up a little bit yes but he's pretty much locked into that qb7 and yet I want you to understand Kyler Murray is a quarterback that could exceed that ADP with not much of a problem want you to know also that Murray has an injury history we think about first two years in the league he barely missed time he did have a shoulder injury as third year but then his fourth and his fifth year he had that ACL injury that cost him the end of 2022 and it cost him till he came back in week 10 of 2023 so was one injury very hard to take one injury and say you know it was it's two years you can't say it's two separate injuries so maybe he's not as injury prone as we think the ACL was a fluke thing it it was very weird how he just gave out him is what it is um that said last year Mars Mars Brown was hurt and then Michael Wilson was hurt so Trey McBride was often the deao top receiver for Kyler Murray when he returned that's not optimal you want to have a stable of weapons and the problem became in the first couple games Murray wasn't really running much of course he come up an ACL but in the last four games all of a sudden 24 to 49 yards not great but it was good and he's going to be a full year removing that ACL so I think the running comes back also McBride's not as the facto number one anymore we're going to have Marvin Harrison who's going to be an alpha for them Michael Wilson properly castes a number two and Michael Wilson had 56 yards in the five of his first eight games that was with Clayton ton and Joshua dobs and even when Michael Wilson came back from the injury late in the season the first two games he did nothing with Kyler Murray he was clearly working his way back the last two games average 65 yards so he's got a player there also James Conor may have had a horrible receiving season but would Kyler muray back we saw a 57 and a 64 yard receiving game by Conor so this is a lot of weapons for kylo Murray and that defense is probably going to be bad again so Murray's goingon to have to run this offense but he has a very good set of weapons now the offensive Line's not great but it's not as bad as some of the worst ones in the league it's it's serviceable enough and Murray Could Break contain anyway so all that said I don't think the line's a big problem for him and I want you also to know Kyler Murray last year in seven of eight games he had between 19 a half and 26 fantasy points again with a limited receiver room didn't run right away that's a high high number of points for somebody in that situation Tyler Murray could easily beat that qb7 running back Derk Henry's RB- Derrick Henry a value this year and Derrick Henry is one of those he's at going in a spot in drafts where people are like not quite sure you know okay we'll take him here it's not like we believe it's dominant we're not letting him fall so far that he's in that Joe Mixon range for sure well going way before that but I get it Derrick Henry in 2019 and 2020 long time ago he rusher 5.3 yards per carry the last three seasons he's a full yard per carry less yes bother time a lot of hits but Tennessee also that offensive line got really bad okay so fair enough give him but still he he has declined a bit that's fine what I want to point out this year though is Henry rarely misses time he had the broken foot in 2021 that was it usually he doesn't miss a game and workload yeah his snaps were lower last year Tai J Spears out snapped him in some games but Derk Henry still got over 280 carries so that was a big deal and heavy workload and Derrick Henry 86 percentile broken tackle rate last year 77th percentile yards after contact look he may have slipped he's still a beast and what I love in Baltimore and I know they lost three fifths at their starting line they bring back Linder B in the center they bring back right left tackle Ronnie Stanley I know he gets hurt and I know that's a bit of an issue but they do have that Patrick rard the fullback who goes and you know helps that whole running scheme it works really well but Derrick Henry has the RPO threat of Lamar Jackson and here's what I want you know when Lamar Jackson goes into an RPO scenario linebackers are on their heels because they don't know if Jackson's running they don't know if Henry's running or they don't know if the pass is coming out out and Henry's dealt with defenses playing on their toes against him even if it wasn't a heavy box they could have played downhill Henry often got hit behind the line with Lamar Jackson I don't think that happened so much and the the linebackers you hesitate for that Nano second with the RPO quarterback if you give Henry a nanc in NFL terms that's a lifetime and Henry's going to get aead of steam and we know Derk Henry with a head of steam is really really hard to stop now yeah he's probably not getting a lot of work as a receiver but but that's been the case most of his career so not a worry and touchdowns he's always in the end zone 10 plus touch on six straight years the only year he didn't at 12 was the year he missed half the season with a broken foot and he still scored 10 that year so Derrick Henry might be aging but his situation is phenomenal still a Workhorse bet on him if you enjoy videos like this please consider hitting the like button and subscribe to the Roto fantasy football channel on YouTube also you can check out all of our fantasy football content Moore the Chicago Bears look since the Bears brought in Keenan Allen Romo dun Moore's ADP kept going down down down down down I don't think people realize how good of a player DJ mois he is a proper NFL Alpha receiver in NFL Talent terms he's probably top 10 top 12 he is that good he can beat you at all levels of the field now last year his yards after the catch they 81st per that it was good we've seen years where it hasn't been great when you throw accurate pass DJ Moore he is a running back with the ball in his hands and I have to think Caleb Williams is a rookie we'd have no idea what he's gonna do but we have to think he's better than Tyson bent and Justin fields and the other cast of characters in Carolina that were DJ Moors quarterbacks DJ Moore is durable he's never played less than 15 games in a season but since 21 2021 hasn't missed a game that's massive that said Shane Waldron's running the running the offense back to Caleb Williams Gino Smith did great things with Waldren I imagine Waldren finds a way to get the best out of Caleb Williams Keenan Allen great player great player and I know he had 10.2 targets per game in his last three years with Justin Herbert but he was really what they had Mike Williams was hurt all the time Keenan Allen was just getting targets because out of necessity he's a great player but he's declining he's 32 and are you really going to take those possession targets when you can get it to DJ Moore who can do great things after the catch and a lot of our great receivers today they can line up outside inside used to be the x- receivers the one that just dominated over and over now it's the guys that can play everywhere well 27% of DJ Moore's targets came in slot last year so he's that type of player has that versatility and remember DJ Moore has at least 1157 yards in four the last five seasons but last year was that career year over 1300 yards again he had like five games with Tyson bent so this is wheels up don't get distracted by Keenan Ellen Romo dun DJ Mor's a superstar and he's falling in drafts capitalized tight end Mark TE- Mark Andrews Andrews is a great value in a lot of drafts you get him as a tight end five look Mark Andrews started out he missed week one with an injury it was very clear in week two and three he wasn't back he played numbers were all right they weren't anything special but it was very clear he was healthy in week three and you can't count his week 11 numbers because that's when he had the hip drop tackle that took him out for the rest of the SE regular season so basically you had from week four to week 10 during that time it's a 900 yard pace and people want to say oh Mark Andrews he's always hurt no you look at his game logs he rarely misses time couple games a season at most sometimes less last year was the only time he's missed real significant time he's on the field don't worry about that the only time Andrews didn't hit hit 847 yards in a full season was in 2020 um so all that said in that season he had 7001 yards and seven touchdowns still fine Andrews is one of tight end one of five tight ends to have a thousand yards in the last five years hit 1300 he won't get that again but Mark Andrew is legitimately in play for a thousand yard season I do have him as my tight end too in this Baltimore offense he is the Deep threat he's the seam stretcher that offense got better from week 12 V last year is as Lamar Jackson got used to Todd monins offense Andrews was out during that time um Isaiah likely people want to talk about him he's a great catch catch and run guy great Andrews is the top Target and for likely to see significant time in the field the whole offense has be changed they run 21 Personnel two running backs in a tight end they don't run 12 so there two tight end looks they're not going to be there frequently Mark Andrews is a superstar he's Lamar Jackson's guy Andrew isn't going anywhere
