Driving through Mont Blanc Tunnel, France to Italy - Summer 2018

you take that this is it by France you recording yep it's recording as soon as you moved it's flashing red you say goodbye France that's so strange me with you look ahead what youing hello ah it just disappears into nothing this is a straight tunnel for like 10 miles so I'm trying to figure out what if they have any more information an auto tune okay it's either 103.3 or 107.7 10 what 10 103.3 that's that's what you want say 107 I think it would just be music unless there like an emergency and like yeah emergency emergency get out now you try 107.7 I reck be in French and [Music] Italian this is so strange conly tell speed on the side sorry it says your speed on the side as well what there like speed dial things over on the corners I'll show you the next one point of us listening to the radio for information we can't get the information we don't understand I think they broadcast it in all languages yeah soan and English I'm I'm intentionally doing well under the speed limit like 65 km here you go the right we've got like 300 400 m this is just about enjoying a tunnel sorry this is just about enjoying this tunnel it's the longest tunnel you'll probably ever go through in your life y there's only one other longer than it in the whole world I think it's probably somewhere in like China or something no I don't think it is so that was a uh massive fire in here in like the '90s it was in a top gra yeah they told yeah they talked about on the top episode of course it was like truck crash yeah truck crash so now they've revised the whole safety thing which is why you can only do 70 km an hour and there's video cameras everywhere I can't get toe make sure you had it in the back don't get hot yeah it does especially if it's recording and charging it's fine I ran it for 2 days at land and it didn't people care no what me is it's not going to catch fire or anything it's not going to get uncomfortably hard shouldn't do anyway no it's not uncomfortable it's just NOS be hot even behind us now it's just into the into The Nether this is literally nice yeah it's like 11 km that's why I wanted to do it I've never done it I'm going T to try and take pictures with the camera because I know that they won't come out right we got the recording on this anyway for this I've taking some pictures with my [Music] phone let me take a you take a wheel on the road road what is wrong with my language hand off your wheel sorry hand off the wheel fr welcome to the m blong tunnel for your safety the tunnel is equipped with a video surveillance system in case of emergency use the parking areas to your right and follow the safety instructions you were given at the toe Booth always listen to the radio and we wish you a pleasant trip drift on yeah there's a drift on back there as well that lands on here it's still there 5 half k [Music] here see you on your phone sh Italian it welcome to Italy that's probably wrong by now do the car's gy should keep it pretty much [Music] right what she trying to take a picture of time because what I've done is I've taken a picture of tunnel just taking pictures of time to be like hey look how long this is taking you got a traffic light system in is not on the ground sea it's weird to think you I'll never go in a tunnel longer than this again this is it you how every other tunnel is going to feel so short now compared to it I mean I still can't see the end love to see what behind those emergency exits 2 and a half minutes of current speed at my quickest run time it would take about just under an hour to run through this it's a fun time yeah run for an hour yeah bu sector this is the same distance going from my house slightly through town long the Avenue up monad to Luke's house I [Music] [Music] 1 km I think I think that's the light the end of the tunnel what in the back of a van I can't tell just driven under the tallest mountain in Europe that's the end of the tunnel that's the end of the tunnel so this is run by the Italians and the French like but they just have one joint it's one company that runs it I think the French run it with the Italians pay 50% of the costs and it's Italy all right I'm going to stop recording this now just wa to we Italia didn't get it sorry car behind me other those I might have tried to stop side the on all you can take that picture of that one yeah got one after the sign turn it off that' be enough Oh look The Tunnel
