head recalls have pulled deli products off shelves all over the U.S. over the past couple of weeks and one local deli store starting to see how much it hurting business. >> FOX Four's Kevin Berry was lot was in Platte City today and he found out how this one is fighting back >> Fetterman Deli owner Scott Fetterman says clearing out recalled deli products and in cleaning the shelves after was actually the easy part, he says cleaning up what consumers think of the product that's still available and safe considerably harder. We had a representative from a local boards, the distributor in my store at 6.30, the morning when a poor product out of the stores. That was the first step of what Scott Fetterman says was a series of right moves made by board, said to remove and help clean up. >> Preventing the listeria that was found in some products from harming anybody else. Bobby Ross, she made one of their routine trips to Fetterman's Delhi right after we first walked in >> Display case was pretty empty. it was it was a much by now. Scott is already filled in the product. She had to pull with other brands, but he says business across the store is down 10%. The biggest it's been on. Our courts have nice. And she's that we fight the order. >> last couple weeks since the recall started, we're down about 25 30% on those sales. Scott put up a letter to customers on the front door and on the deli counter laying out how he's removed, recalled product, clean the cases and is making sure he's up to date on the latest information about the Listeria concerns. >> Still, though, I think just people just don't feel good order. And just a lot of the unknown. It's just it's it's in the news. It's negative. >> So there's just some hesitation on their bras. And Bobby understand that. And Ross, as some of his favorite options were unavailable again, right away. we were able to. >> Either around. >> He says his trust in a locally owned business and the business owner. >> Is bringing the back. It hasn't just great effort. All. >> That maybe like myself that we need to go war. Scott says he hopes that as more people get into their back-to-school routine, that'll help some of those sales numbers get back to where they were before we have all the information about what products are rec
