the sack kind of prioritize some other guys stepping into leadership was that I'm I just um I just wanted to be sustainable you know I'm getting older um you know you got to get the young blood you got to marage with guys that um had the same vision that I had and you know they loved this the same way I love that Max has been coming here for years you know and I remember a long long time ago Max like right here next up and he popped up he man but no like uh Max had been coming here for like years and you know to see his growth and you know his development into one of the best pass rushers in the league he loved this like he Lov my baby like it was his so I just thought it was natural just to bring Max in I respect cam Jordan's game um just as much as Max and I just felt like it was natural for these guys that have been coming here for years to kind of give them you know a piece of it just to ensure the the life of the fast Summit I don't know how many years I got left but Max he going to play another 10 you know and I want to Ure life the past for Su and continue to help how fine is that mind bond between obviously there's a Brotherhood between Edge you guys are all doing the same job sharing Secrets everything but between that Brotherhood but then also putting your own quarterback at risk by giving the secrets away but then also summons and tight end this uh this past first Su we've been doing it for a very long time first one mention you know every couple years you know things you take away from this what did you take away from Max over years kind of watching his game and you know Max Rush is different than me I Rush different than Max it's his mindset like his mindset coming into the game um his mindset off the football field like I I know Max off the football field as well he's such an incredible guy he's rubbed off on me on the field off the football field and I'm just a firm believer in IR sharper iron he's he's a amazing human being all off the football field and once you once you position yourself around guys like that you know you are who you hang with and I love hanging with guys like Max CR being C this was the first year that you guys did multip how did you kind of Ru expanding what you covering you it's really it's it's really just one day but we just came in on the FR had a reception on Friday night um and then you know tomorrow morning before guys get out of here we just try to we just try to make um use of everybody's time while they out here you know people don't really come in in Vegas in the morning and leave tonight I mean if that's what the schedule is you know that's what they do but it's Vegas like guys like to come here relax you know hang out and we just try to build the pastor a summit around now the sack summon we try to build the sa summon around V you said you wanted to be sustainable in terms of the summit what do you see as the next step for the summit going forward I think we just got to continue to have young pass rushes involved you know guys like Brian Burns guys like U Michael Parson guys like Max Crosby you know it's the young blood you know that's where all the the new guys that's coming in like that's who they want to be around they want to be around the guys that's that's U racking up sacks that's you know that's Elite guys in the league you know so you got to to ensure the growth of the P Summit you got to continue to have young guys Young Blood to come in here and and make it sustainable for sure I appreciate you guys thanks
