Walking with the Noles. Let’s take a walk around Doak Campbell Stadium

what's up everybody how y'all doing today yes it's me rooster man uh had to get up early today typically everybody knows I'm kind of uh anyone supports the channel subscribe to the channel know I'm working on flid State uh Stadium doing some work I can't really show the work that we're doing but I wanted to do a little walking Vlog uh and kind of show The Stadium from the outside put some few things out on the inside but can't show actual work that's going on kind of a privacy CLA thing but I wanted to take a walk around the stadium last week I did a little video out by uh a chola the statue but kind of look around the stadium one thing I haven't got to do since I'm out here cuz I work nights but I'm here early today was uh walk around and kind of look at the the the stadium itself the practice facilities uh the baseball stadiums on the other side if a lot of people don't know about Florida State kind of where all their athletic stuff's at so do a little walking Vlog got to say something pretty cool last night couldn't record it either but it was something that takes me back to when I played football in high school was uh kind of the uh a recruiting thing last night um uh they had some kids in here Mike Norville was out on the field uh not too far away from where I was um they were doing some recruiting I'd say probably 10 12 recruits out there maybe it shut the lights off so you couldn't really see much from where I was at but some cool things they did and I'm not going to even though I'm not a big fan of Florida State as far as football I'm more of a sec guy but it was kind of cool to uh see you know as high school football player kind of look they going to some little small schools right I came from a small school couldn't really uh couldn't really do anything like these big schools coming out they're recruiting pitches and everything that they they give to these high school kids it's always kind of neat I know it's on the ground right take it off this back there they're doing a lot of work around the school like I said they had some some recruits out last night and I'm going be honest with you I saw a oh man they have one kid here I'd hate to have his uh girloc build that's for sure I don't know how close I'm going to be able to get to The Practice Facility I'm pretty sure it's right here it's kind of gated off so can't really get to it it's gated off blocked off a little bit a lot of work going on back here too um maybe putting in an indoor I don't think they have an indoor I didn't see one anyway the Albert J Dunlap kind of practice area that they're adding to over here Florida State's putting the money in if they are going to the big 10 or SEC or whatever you got to give them some credit they doing some work and proving facilities to try to get there in the background over there to see the baseball stadium I don't know if I can kind of get to it from where I'm at but maybe we'll walk back here see what we can see what we can see they're in the World Series right I think Florida State's got to make a little bit of comeback to uh win two against Tennessee to make it to the actual College World Series kind of NE a lot of things you see around here is kind of neat I can't show you a lot cuz I ain't quite tall enough to show you the big signs and stuff uh but it is neat right let's go over here and see what we got here who we think this is one of my favorite coaches of all time right it's my man right there Coach B yes sir there he is he's telling me to go that way can't go that way coach I would have went that way if I played for you back in the day you know you should have recruited body say he don't want that little po dunk little ass dude from South Carolina on his big boy Florida State championship teams well let's go oh yeah it looks like we got the Legacy walk around here like I said there's your practice facility behind that fence can't see a lot a lot of construction going on back there I just wanted to take a walk around the UN the stadium for a lot of people that never been to Tallahassee or whatever I got to give Tallahassee some props too the people in around this area has been so nice no matter where you go to store at the hotel everyone that works at the hotel everyone's just been super super nice since being up here and I don't mean this in a bad way but down in where I live farther south in Florida people are actually really kind of Rude Dude up here I kind of feel like I'm back in the true South again you know reminds me growing up in South Carolina people Georgia Alabama people all they pretty nice kind to you whenever you go around it's neat you know it's always kind of neat to see new things new areas never been here before so I just kind of wanted to take a little tour myself right a little push Leeds back here for the big boys to push around another little look see they block you off you can't see practice Florida State saw Cemetery there it is baseball state right here in front of me and then like I said practice theill is right there I said this is kind of their legacy walk I guess I guess I can wish him good luck uh at the World Series uh Tennessee I'd like to do this at Tennessee all the stadiums honestly in the South if I could get around and take tours and walk like this I'm just being a sports guy man I'm just so I get so excited and so enthused you know by stadiums I think they're cool I've worked on a few uh the citus bowl which is now Camping World Stadium help work on that thing so of course I've been there went to Georgia last year when we were up there for the slop softball was cool um but yeah I just love this stuff man I love college sports in general don't watch probably as much um uh college sports all around as far as basketball and baseball kind of getting a passion back for it now cuz this World Series has been so really really great um here's the Florida state Landfield I'm kidding y here's BAS SP Stadium get a little better look inside the fence here they go and this is I know all you Florida people probably been around here people that's been Florida State fans y'all know all this stuff right this is more for people that uh have never been here and thought about coming and visiting and a lot of traditions around here see we get a good look at the buildings around the stadium it's not like just the stadium by itself it's got all kinds of buildings all kinds of stuff cool stuff around it get your tickets for next year's baseball season right there come on out here Florida State fan get your season tickets um little fun park over there looks like to the baseball stadium waterfalls that's just a little vog little clue cool thing just taking a break away from you know normally my videos about football and that type of stuff just kind of give everybody a little looking into uh Florida State little tour little walking tour around the state kind of cool to me but I don't know maybe you guys don't like it maybe you do uh maybe you love this kind of stuff like I do architectual type old stuff I love man I just love it we're starting to get back around the stadium we going to make a whole walk guys so far we halfway there in 9 minutes yeah I don't think they're clocking me on my 40 time right now but yeah this is kind of veterans Alliance Florida State University but it's kind of cool like I said I saw Mike noville last night saw a bunch of recruits uh didn't really know any of them hard to recognize when the guys are halfway across the field from you like said there was one really really big kid in there that I'd hate to have to pay his damn grocery bill to be honest with you but I said it's all cool it's all cool let's see if we can get back around here come across that sidewalk is beeping stop mofo stop stop mofo stop but we're almost all the way around what would Florida Florida State fans that watch this video what's your expectations this year um I know you lost a lot uh to the NFL draft Johnny Wilson uh all your wide receivers you know Jordan Travis so bring in DJ oui unul DJ you got him coming in at quarterback what's your expectations for him this year where do you think he kind of yards he put up um who's some sneaker sneaky players that you think's going to show up this year maybe some red sh freshman didn't see much action last year uh some of the transfers that came in maybe even some of the older guys losing Jared vers was a big deal on defense do you have another guy that's going to kind of like step up and take that spot um had a little bus stop there gate H so if like you said uh do Florida State F tell me what y'all really uh what your expectations are I know there's a lot of hype around Florida State went to ACC again uh this time making the 12 team playoff everybody was angry last year when they didn't make it to the playoffs after going undefeated regular season winning ACC Championship uh losing your quarterback back to an injury really uh took you out right you shouldn't think you'd not get into the championship game by losing a player but when it's your best player your most exciting player you can kind of to know you got deing for it right fair not fair I don't know I'm not one of the officials to tell you I don't know think there's a lot of great teams that's why we have the 12 team playoff now they'll still be some legit H seminal sports shop but there'll still be some uh there still be some let's go over here and see Chief I see Ola again cuz I didn't really get any good on my last video kind of show you guys this just a little Walkin Vlog y'all know I used to do to walking talking videos talking about football whatever um haven't been able to do those since working the night shift but here we go get
