I want to talk a little bit about the inside out and inside in forehand how to develop this weapon I knew Tater wasn't going to be the fastest guy of the court so he developed it he does it extremely well to hit an inside out forehead you've got to circle the ball you kind of your last step is the right foot comes around behind it and then you step forward with the left foot so getting round the ball position is only about half of it the other one is getting your weight into it you might want to visualize the court being turned a little bit like it's on a turntable to be able to hit that ball inside out and you still want to hit spin on it unless it's very short and high then you can flatten it out great footwork got around the ball went back into that ball okay to continue on with the theme of The Inside Out forehand we talked about getting around the ball we got to get the right spacing between you and the ball we want to sometimes lay that wrist back a little bit and catch it just a little late to get that great angle that you want you want to pull that guy off the court
