ladies and Gentlemen please welcome your bachelorette [Applause] Jen so good have a oh I miss you so good seeing you again I miss you it's so good seeing you you look stunning as always thank you so how does it feel you're back here you're face to face with all these guys since we got done filming it's kind of crazy I mean I'm I'm very excited to see you all and I just I feel very nostalgic it's been such an incredible journey and I'm so excited to be here with you guys tonight let's Embrace that Nostalgia I think we got to give these guys a lot of credit because I think so many of them they really opened up to you they were vulnerable for you what did that mean to you throughout this journey so much I mean I have a group of men who were so brave in being vulnerable and taking this process so seriously I truly feel so so lucky to have been in this journey with all of you um and I wouldn't take it back for the world this is the first time you're seeing Jonathan since your breakup in Hawaii hi Jonathan first of all remember the uh dress list that we had yes this is number one thank you pretty sure if you guys didn't know that she's had incredible dresses throughout the season she had this purple one that was number one now it's number two white one is number three now green is number one I'm glad you still remember but no I just wanted to thank you so much for helping me get to a place that I didn't think I could get to so quickly you know that Epiphany that I had overnight while I was too late and yeah sucked incredibly but I'd never been able to come to a conclusion about somebody so quick in my life and the fact that I got to that point with you in a night Not only was I proud of myself for getting there that fast but I was just so happy that I had the chance to even meet you that you had that effect on me so thank you so much for everything I really cherish those moments that we had together you have such a big big heart you bring a smile into any room that you walk into and I'm happy to have cross paths with you thank you so much yeah samen I know Jen was your first girlfriend sure it's also your first breakup wait wait so how does it feel to see your ex for the first time I'm very proud to have her as you know my first girlfriend uh it was hard for me when it came to emotional maturity but she was there holding my essentially the entire time and she said it best you know I have a lot of love to give and you know it's going to we're going to find that person one day I will say I appreciated every conversation that we had together and to be a part of your self-growth journey like I truly saw it that was really special for me and I know you're going to find your your second girlfriend to have that first and um I only see things for you I'm so excited to see you thrive happy for you as well thank you I think one of the things I'll always remember about your journey there was a lot of drama yeah you got pretty frustrated when Thomas n pulled Devin to have a confrontation with him instead of actually talk with you I've never seen a man pull another man to talk instead of me that was so it was different I truly felt disappointed in that moment because I had wish that you just pulled me aside and talked to me because you could have settled the drama later on what I do really want to say to you is I appreciated so much the convers ation that we had on the first night being able to bond on our backgrounds and our immigrant families that was such a special special moment for me and I truly wish that I don't know had you kept your focus on me like maybe the journey would have turned out a little bit different for you yeah I 100% agree if I could do anything back it would be to not leave you alone and to deal with Devon later because I left you in a stranded place by yourself and I told you it came from a place of passion but that was on me and if I could go back and do it again it was not leave you alone obviously you gave out your first impression row to Sam M what was it about him that that Drew you in yeah you know um we had a very genuine conversation and for me I kept thinking back to somebody who made me feel very comfortable and in that moment it was Sam yeah and you mentioned though soon after started feeling some red flags when it came to Sam so what were the alarm Bells going off your head there there were a lot of alarm Bells there a few red flags I was uh adding up in my head but it really really was so apparent to me when I realized that this man and I didn't talk like we didn't have any conversations and he didn't really know me at all at the end of the day Hi Sam um so I'm going to say this in words that you're going to understand so I'm going to keep the main thing the main thing here and you know what I wasn't upset that you didn't know how to describe love clearly we're on very different emotional intellectual levels that's fine what I was upset about though was the fact that I watched this back and saw how you interacted with all of these men huffing and puffing your chest every the blatant disrespect to everybody and then on top of that our relationship everything was about you the entire time how you were feeling in the moment what you wanted to do everything resolved around you and you watch that back and instead of growing and learning from that you decided to double down on that and have your friends and family go out online and defend your honor when you're grown man and instead of taking accountability for your actions you decided to blame it on the producers the edit the TV show whatever it was and at the end of the day the man that I saw on TV was exactly the man that I sat across from the entire Journey the thing is I want you to be better from this but if you don't take a step back and look at what you saw and take accountability for your actions and grow and learn then I feel very very sorry for whoever you end up with because this delusion of world that you're living in right now and this denial is not going to work for anybody yeah I think I came up here and took a lot of accountability uh truthfully I definitely lost myself in some of those moments right there and I wish I could go back and redo them truthfully you saw walls that I built up around my heart that you saw before me and that's something that I'm like forever grateful for and that's something that I will be able to take towards you know my next partner and uh you know for that I really just want to say thank you I truly hope that you mean that and you're not just saying that to say that because I do I do want the best for you okay thank you all right grant is there anything that you learned from Jen that you're going to take with you on your journey as The Bachelor of course the thing I'm going to take from Jen is to stay true to yourself and when you doubt yourself just know that you're doing this for love and you're doing this for what you deserve and ultimately I'm so proud of you I want the best for you and I want you to have that love that you are looking for you're a role model and and I'm I'm happy for you and I'm proud thank you so much thank you I mean first congratulations thank you honestly nobody deserves it more than you throughout the entire Journey you were so yourself and you opened your heart up truly since day one and I know you're going to do amazing things on your journey and I'm so excited for that thank
