Mangum is the black girl in North Carolina who accused the three white players on a Duke University lacrosse team of a sexual crime okay so if you haven't watched part one go back and watch part one okay now so after we finished the last video you know Crystal Mangum she's the poster woman or the poster lady for women lying on men in America a black woman from North Carolina is this after all we know in our history of white women lying on black men getting them lynched getting them killed having them sit in jail for 30 40 50 years and even executed they now have a poster woman for women lying on men or accusing men of sexual crimes and it's Crystal manga so Crystal mum now is this she's living her life in North Carolina she's doing her one two going about her life she has a job I believe her job was at Walmart she's still in school you know she's still raising her children now she also has a boyfriend by the name of Milton Walker people so in mid-February of 2010 Crystal got into a domestic violence incident with her boyfriend Milton Walker there living together so as a result of this incident Crystal burned his clothes in the bathtub vandalized his car so you know the media love this they love this right here Crystal made another bad decision y'all I know y I know you're like damn come on crystal yeah she made another bad decision her boyfriend Milton Walker they got into a fight she burned clothes vandalized the car and for this she had to go to jail for 3 months before getting out on Bell so during this time Crystal was in jail she lost her job she was expelled from North Carolina Central University's graduate program she lost her apartment and she lost pretty much all of her possessions and her financial Independence so now she just she out here she gets out of jail she's just out here thugging it man she just you know another bad decision caused her another situation so in December 20110 there was a trial for this a domestic incident at the house with her boyfriend right and they declared it they said it was a mistrial on the most serious felony which was first-degree arson member she burned his clothed she was only convicted of the misdemeanor charges and a judge sented her to time serice because remember she sat in sat in the county for about 3 months so when it went to court when it went to trial time served she's out so now she's out she's going around she's thugging it she lost everything Crystal has nothing due to her you know bad decision she's walking around she has and she's also this poster girl the state of North Carolina hates her okay now Crystal tried several times to get a job after this she has the credentials to get a job she has a college degree she tried to get a job um she's applied for various jobs and these jobs told her that they couldn't hire her because of her p so I don't think anybody would have would have been affiliated with Crystal Mangum and that name in the state of North Carolina she probably should have went and Chang the name like even one of those Duke lacrosse boys he changed his name she probably didn't have the resources or the help though but that's what the me too movement should have been doing you know what I'm saying but again they they only attack black men but what oh no they weren't around at this time no no yes they were yes they were this is years later okay so anyway Crystal can't get a job because of who she is and also she lost her job because of the bad decision that she made burning his boyfriend's clothes so in February to early March Crystal manga made a very desperate decision right her and her children moved into a durm apartment with a man named Reginal day so Reginal day and Crystal made an agreement we're going to move in together this is going to be a symbiotic relationship we'll help each other pay the bills whatever whatever now this guy Reginal day was a chronic alcoholic and he was also a house painter he painted houses Kristal later found out that he used heroin now she later found out that he used heroin but I don't know I think Crystal might knew she was that he was alcoholic right so another bad decision moving in with this dude like you can't move in you know what's going to happen y'all but we we going to get get into that I know she was desperate but you can't be moving moving in with your kids with this dude you know Reginal day okay so the situation with Reginal de was supposed to be oh we help each other out pay the bills right but we know this ain't what's going down man moves in with a woman he going to want something or she going to want something you know what I'm saying so they helping each other pay the bills it's supposed to be nothing romantic but the situation between Crystal and Ral turned intimate quick not good so this is February March this this is how they didn't even last well you you'll see why they didn't last it turned intimate quick so during this time remember Crystal can't find a job so guess what she did she returned to do what she knows gets her that money she started escorting again dancing or whatever you know so Crystal is living with this dude Reginal they doing what they do it turns into a an intimate situation and she also goes back to dancing now because she's dancing this dude Reginal day is very angry now he's getting jealous he's getting controlling he's mad about the fact that she's dancing he hates it he don't want her to do that he figured no this you my girl now you know what I mean so one month living with Reginal day them two living together remember this Arrangement was supposed to be us just helping each other pay the bills one month they knew that wasn't going to last one month they returned from a family celebration this was on April 3rd 2011 there Crystal and Reginal went to a family celebration with Regal's family they return they come home when they come home remember Reginal is already jealous now Crystal's dancing Crystal sees a Duren police officer that she had met a little while ago during during her 2010 police involvement with the other dude when she burned his clothes so she seen a police officer out there right when they came home and she started to talk with him so when she when when Reginal day seen her talking to this dude he went into a straight jealous rage he went crazy now this was another bad decision by Crystal in my opinion you can't do that man you know this dude is already angry and jealous you got yourself into this situation now you out here talking to a police officer you know what I'm saying I know it's like oh we were only talking no no no no no so Reginal day went nuts he's an alcoholic too he's jealous he went nuts when she get inside when she came inside from outside Reginal approached her he said what he wanted to say he's going nuts Wham he hooking off on her punched her in the face dropped her she gets up talking punched her in the face again he hooking off on her she runs she runs into the bedroom right she runs into the bedroom and tries to hide so when she's in there Reginal he goes to the kitchen and starts throwing knives at her he's he's throwing knives at Crystal he's he's going nuts she's in the bedroom she gets up he after she he's throwing knives at her in there he goes in there grabs her up starts pulling her literally pulling her hair out of her head like her hair is coming out of the scalp she's able to escape and run into the bathroom she goes in the bathroom locks herself in Reginal day knocks off the door frame comes in here knocks the door off the jam he comes in a dragged her back into the bedroom got on top of her and started choking her remember he was throwing knives at her already so there knives in that room so when she's down and he's on top of her choking her Crystal grabs a knife poked him poked him in his left side I guess he reacted to that poke that she gave him she got up on her feet she ran outside the house she ran to her friend's house who lives nearby and her friend's house this is where her children were at the time so she runs to her friend's house at a nearby apartment and she's there later on the police come they lock her up they're charging her with assault with a deadly weapon okay so this dude Reginal is taken to the hospital the ambulance takes reg to the hospital he got stabed he goes to Duke University Hospital with a nonfatal wound so Reginal day is at the hospital with a non-fetal wound he was evaluated by the emergency department then he was taken to the operating room where the surgeons repaired a laceration to his colon and treated minor lesions to the spleen this was a successful operation and had a prognosis of full recovery so basically Crystal stat Reginal not not lifethreatening he's okay he's doing good he's going to get out but here's the problem y'all remember I said that Reginal was an alcoholic you know that an alcoholic can't stop drinking cold turkey alcoholics need their liquor it's like medicine for them after they become an alcoholic so when he's in the hospital it's about 3 days he's going through no alcohol withdrawal right so in a hospital people I I've even known alcoholics to create a cocktail out of the hand sanitizer in the hospital shout out to merca Medical Center Trent New Jersey but I think I think that most hospitals might have even moved the hand sanitizer for that reason because it has a lot of alcohol and people were creating cocktails out of the hand sanitizer you know mixing it with the little fruit juice and all that the ice and putting that hand sanitizer in it you know good drinking for them I guess you know I've even known people that have to bring their relatives liquor to the hospital because so that they don't go to through this withdrawal it's bad and being an alcoholic is a hard is a hardcore situation y'all is a is a real hardcore situation so Reginal is on his third day in the hospital he's supposed to be getting ready for discharge but he went into something called delirium triming he's going nuts he needs his liquor he's getting angry he's getting all shaken up he's getting agitated his blood pressure drops he's going nuts and this was all because he's going through delir delirium triming which is something that alcoholics get when they don't get their drink because of the way he's acting they transfer him to the surgical ICU and they they deemed that it was necessary to put him to sleep and put a endot tral tube inside of him right because he's in bad shape now he's in bad shape this delirium trimming is no joke he needs his liquor he's going crazy I wonder why they just didn't just give him liquor but that's that's I don't know I don't know maybe they didn't no I think he told the people that he doesn't drink I think that he told I'm not sure now now they decide that they have to put this endot tro tube in Reginal and unfortunately the hospital made a mistake which is very common this endot tracheo tube was placed in they put it in his esophagus instead of his trachea they put it in the wrong place and this led to cardiac arrest the hospital really screwed up like they do often a lot of people just don't know it so they put the tube in the wrong place and as a result of this he suffered irreversible brain damage by the time they corrected this mistake that they made it was too late Reginal was brain dead he was brain dead y'all because of what the hospital did his family decided to eventually pull the plug and he died 13 days after his injury so as we can see this was a medical malpractice the doctors the medical staff made a mistake which ultimately caused Reginal day to pass away but nope it's not Duke University Hospital's fault they say it's Crystal's fault Crystal became the blame for this so Crystal who was initially charged with assault with a deadly weapon is now upgraded to murder now she's facing a murder charge for something that she didn't even do it was the hospital's fault now Crystal's fighting a murder charge now you know how this hit the news in the media you know how it goes you know how they put this out here the Duke Girl the liar this this and that the black girl the Duke Girl the Duke liar the face of women lying on men she stabbed the man to death and killed him she killed the man she stabbed the man this is what's going on all throughout the news and the media now they super happy they super happy and remember the media the state government local whoever system of white supremacy racism they all working together now Reginal passes away now of course he has to go and see a medical examiner right they have to perform an autopsy guess what the medical examiner said the man who performed the autopsy he said that Reginal day died from stab wounds we know this is not true y his name is Dr Kay Nichols but here's the kicker this same medical examiner was fired before the trial for mishandling Ev evidence in many cases so the trial for Crystal murder charge of Reginal day was coming up right this is the doctor Dr Kay Nichols who did the autopsy on Reginal day before the trial they fired this dude for all kind of other disgusting stuff he was doing he sounds exactly like one of those medical examiners who would get a body of a black person who was lynched right and say no it was suicide they this is what they do what he did actually I don't know but they say that his fou was so disgustingly bad but that they thought about pressing um criminal charges on this dude Dr Kay Nicholls that's how bad of a reputation he had but guess what Crystal's going to trial for a murder charge the man who did the autopsy now right just got fired for all his transgressions and evil things that he was doing Dr Klay Nichols but guess the judge on the trial said that this medical examiner Dr Klay Nichols not be fired until this trial is over basically we still need him to come to this trial after we're done with him then he can be fired wow so they already know this medical examiner has issues with Integrity he's being fired they getting rid of him yet with knowing all this the judge said no keep him here for this trial we still want his statement we still want to talk to him clearly he was lying on his report by saying that Reginal day died from stab wounds that Crystal did which is not true so he goes up there and gives false testimony continuing to lie as he does that's his lifestyle that's what this that's what this doctor does a lot of these doctors be lying y'all they regular people it is what it is don't don't don't don't get into any personality worship with any career field doctor nothing they do the most disgusting things and they have more leeway they do it because of their titles so theyve been getting away with it even longer so they bring this man to the trial they know he's getting fired they want him to go up there against Crystal cuz remember she's the most hated woman in North Carolina right so they did not show Crystal this doctor who was being fired they didn't she wasn't able to see his file she requested the records of this medical examiner right and she believed that his records would have exonerated her but she was told that this that his information was confidential so they still protecting this man basically they getting rid of him but they want him they want to use him against Crystal another problem Crystal had at trial is her legal team worked for the state of North Carolina so you already know they were against her so she's got a legal team who's supposed to help her they supposed to defend her in this situation right but they work for the state of North Carolina her case was very political so who's the North Carolina governor now Roy Cooper remember in the last video I said Roy Cooper was the attorney general who filled in when it got R rid of the district attorney Mike none when they got rid of him Roy Cooper came in he took the case over and he's the one that got on TV and said that all the Duke boys were innocent and they did nothing wrong Crystal was lying well he's the governor now he's the governor these the these people on Crystal's defense team they work for the state of North Carolina so they in a lose lose they seem what happened to Mike iPhone they don't want they don't want that to happen they know that they could be this barar for going against the grain in the system of racism white supremacy it all they got to do is move the go post y'all they make the rules as they go as they go along they seen what happened they scared to death so this is Crystal's team they're giving her bad advice as well they they're giving her bad advice she should have been her own attorney in this and she was and somebody actually told her that she should have as well she should have represented herself Christa wanted to go with the medical defense saying that she did not kill Reginal day because there was a chain of broken events and he didn't die from her stab W which makes the most sense to me I think that's a smart idea her legal team wanted to go with the selfdefense narrative they said they wanted they wanted to go with the self-defense this was not smart obviously Crystal was smart enough to see that that don't make sense because under North Carolina law it says you cannot use self-defense against someone in their own home place of employment or vehicle so if you go to somebody's home in North Carolina right and you and and and something happens in in in their house you go to your relative's house maybe they're beating the brakes off you right I don't know something happened you pull out a knife stab somebody a friend a relative whatever you stab them you didn't want to kill them they die no self-defense because this law cannot be used self-defense cannot be used against someone in their own home place of employment or vehicle so there you go people in North Carolina that's something for you this is a problem so Chris knew that it can go it can spin any way so she didn't want to go with the self-defense thing even though that was her place too that she could say that was her place too by law but why go with that when you could just say I'm not responsible for his death and she wasn't the hos it was medical malpractice right so as time is going on crystal should have defended herself but anyway she should have acted as her own attorney but here's the deal Crystal was offered a deal for time served in 10 years probation I know yall thinking right take that the state hates you take she didn't take it crystal said she didn't take it because she felt that she was 100% innocent and she thought that she would be exonerated she said that she had faith in the judicial system and she felt as though she would win this case so she did not take the deal of time served and 10 years probation now what I don't understand with Crystal is how do you have faith in the judicial system after all you've been through I don't get that at all I don't I don't get that at all I think that was another bad decision on Crystal's part she could have got out she could have got out it don't matter if you guilty or innocent when you black you know what I mean they got you the whole state of North Carolina got you you got to take that deal she said she had faith in the you I actually heard her say this y'all I actually heard her say this she thought she would get out nah she didn't take the deal she's guilty I think she got 8 to 14 I think she got8 to 14 or something like that she got some real time on her hands it ain't 25 the life or nothing like that but she got some real time now one of the reasons why Crystal thought that she would get out I believe also is because check this out I don't know how she afforded this or how whoever afforded this right here but Crystal was able to get a Doctor by the name of s r to look into the case s r now this man s r so Crystal has Dr s w Dr s w y'all is the nation's leading forensic pathologist I don't know how somebody kicked up some money because he ain't free so she has Dr Sarah W she they got him to look into this situation right they got him to look into this case this man Dr s served as the president of the Academy of forensic scientists I actually seen a documentary with this Dr s w on it and he was called in for a Lynch it I think I believe it was a lynching in in Mississippi where he's the guy that you call is like okay we need to get to the bottom is and he looks at things and say no they lying you know he's that type dude because he's the Michael Jordan of forensic science he's this he's even solving the um doing things in in the JFK situation he's giving out the information about that as well he's been speaking on that so he's the go-to when it comes to forensic science he's a writer he he does all that they were able to get this man for Crystal somebody did he looked into this case inside out right he went to looked into this case inside out and he made his determination this is what he said Mr Sir W he said Dr Sir W I mean he said Mr day went in a surger into surgical repair for a small spleenic and colon injury a few days after the surgery he experienced delirium trimens which is a alcohol withdraw delirium this problem required that he be intubated when the hospital staff at Duke University intubated him they put the tube in the esophagus rather than the trach he died because of this his conclusion Dr W took the official position that the cause of death was complications related to delial tremens and the manner of death was accidental it was Medical malpractice and not homicide so there it is there it is this is the man who's the Mike Jordan of forensic signs on Crystal's case he concluded that the case was not homicide Crystal should right not guilty right nope nope this ain't helpful y'all it don't get no higher than this y'all it don't it doesn't get any higher than this doctor right here saying that this was not a homicide they still want head on the platter he also came to the conclusion that there were many things wrong with the original autopsy of course this this guy that did the original autopsy he was fired he was fired Dr Klay nichel they got rid of him he was disgusting individual murder anyway now here's the kicker with knowing this do you think they allowed Dr W that talk about the media I mean talk to the media about this do you think they put it on the news do you think they said oh well Dr W said this this and that they all know this man you think they said okay let's put this out here no they didn't they stay with the whole Duke lacrosse liar you know stabs and kills man story and I believe Crystal did Sue some media Outlets but I I believe that she does have a lawsuit or she attempted a lawsuit against uh uh with some media outlets for this for like defamation of character because she didn't kill this man she did not stab and kill this man she should have been charged with aggravated assault at most at most and this they did not let this man Dr sirek do any reporting talk to the media put the truth out there none of that because that's not what they wanted to do again this girl had the whole state of North Carolina against her now this is my thing with this Crystal story y'all we know crystal is a young black lady that made a lot of bad decisions she made a lot of bad decisions man for from the from moving in with the dudes to burning she made a lot of bad decisions to becoming a a dance Doing Crystal made a lot of bad decisions man in her life she's paying for it but I'm totally against a black woman first off she shouldn't be in jail for murder that's my number one thing I'm I don't care what kind of bad decision she made she didn't kill the man she didn't causes she shouldn't be in jail for that now and the dude was beating the brakes offer too by the way y he he was beating her he was beating the brakes off of now I'm totally against any black wom being the face or the poster lady for women lying on men or lying on men about sexual assaults in in America I'm I'm that's a smack in the face to all of us man so Crystal is the the face for this with all that we know about history with all the black men who've been killed because white women lied on them about sexual assaults rapes things like that with all all the black men who've been lynched had their testicles cut off sat in jail for 30 years 50 years died in jail were executed lost their professional careers because a white woman lied on them right and Crystal is the face or the poster lady for women lying on men Crystal's being held accountable for her transgressions you know what I'm saying it is what it is but I I disagree with that totally I disagree with that totally I think it's a smack in the face to any black man or woman period to make her the face of women lying on men the poster woman for this she caught some bad breaks she's one of them people who when they make up you know how somebody you make a bad decision you could wiggle out of it sometime she wasn't wiggling out of nothing when she made her bad decisions you know what I'm saying she really need to get off she need to do right man you know what I mean I hope she's
