Right, brand new 4 p.m. advisory. And here's what I'm seeing. Francine is now stronger 65 mile an hour winds and we've been warning about the potential of rapid intensification. And this forecast is showing just that during the overnight hours. Francine now expected to become a category one hurricane and as it tracks towards Louisiana, now expecting to see a category two hurricane upon landfall somewhere along the Louisiana coast. Notice the cone still to our east. So somewhere between Lake Charles Lafayette and New Orleans for us, this would put us on the more favorable side of the storm. Now, we're still tracking impacts here in Southeast Texas. This would include widespread scattered storms mainly on Tuesday. Potentially a couple of wrap around showers for early Wednesday. Coastal impacts include elevated tide storm surge, coastal erosion. You need though, to keep watch of the forecast through tomorrow, that's we'll have a better handle on exactly where Francine is going to be going. Until then until we see Francine kind of gliding along the Mexican Texas coastline will still have to encounter a couple of different variables with this. Once it starts taking that northeaster turn towards Louisiana that's where we're going to have a better handle on the forecast for the coastline.
