in that same year Rodney attacked his first known victim this was a young girl known by the name of Tali shaper at the time of the crime Tali was only 8 years old and the sad part about this whole thing is after what he did a lot of people were very surprised that thali actually survived the condition they found her in they expected her not to live Tali met Rodney in September of 1968 on a sunny day on her way back from school while she was walking back from school Rodney was in a car that had no license plates on it it was like a peach car and he was slowly following behind her now Rodney stopped next to tally spoke to her for a while and put on his charms at first he asked T to enter the car and she said no ma'am no sir I'm not doing that and he mentioned that he knew her parents after he mentioned that he knew her parents she felt comfortable enough to jump into the car and sadly this laps of judgment would cost her years of trauma
