get their best players the football out in the open field you saw it right there from the gun the running back looking for room defense there to stop him after a two- yd gain to the 31 and negators want to crank the tempo back to throw it's m Works buying some time trying to make magic with his feet he gets those chains moving gets it out to the 42 yd line the Gators will snap it on First and [Music] 10 moving the running back forcing the defense to adjust quick pass on the jet [Applause] motion on second down looking again to throw he unleashes a long one deeper coverages cuz this offense has shown that they're willing to be aggressive they've got a lot of speed this defense cannot allow any big plays here and the defense gets to the quarterback this is either complete confidence or a hint of recklessness opening drive fourth down own territory going for it he'll try to throw and pick up the first down fires and picked off and after the interception and the turnover this defense has set its offense up for business confidence early when you turn it over at this juncture in the game you're just trying to kind of feel out this defense and you're formating them and you're trying different play calls they wrap running backs up and usually they don't get out of the midst of those big boys looking to throw it's shut pressure coming and he was drilled down they hit the quarterback and force the the Cardinals will bring the punt team onto the field first punt of the day and he'd love to lock them up close to their goal line that last pick David they really need to heels from the gun running back gets to give after picking up a couple at second and eight getting some heat strong from the 44 looking to throw and he needs a bunch he makes a catch and especially on those Downs that matter the most if something's not open Quick underneath find him down to the air it's shot throws to the wide out and that's going to see how aggressive they are on third third and long they're bringing heat need to try to go for the field goal here and this will be a bit of a challenge a 46 yd attempt from the right hatch they just didn't quite find the Rhythm on that last Drive Jesse they had to punt it I think they got to be more physical David I think up front they got to do a better not what they had in mind to start this drive here comes second and 13 they'll throw it to the back on the screen and the defense stops him just short of the first down maybe needed a few more chain links to move the sticks wants to throw on third fires to the right no problem fourth and inches and they'll go for it he got a little antsy at the line of scrimmage will line up to punt it away this will be the second time they've had to kick it away fair catch called for but a flag is on the field wide receiver shows motion touch pass on the Jet Sweep and he's a real a little bit more by the book they've got a lot of good Playmakers you don't have to reinvent the wheel this early in the game the they become very average really nice job by the defense pressure in the quarterback he'll off one deep down the left side ball into the end zone and it's intercepted and he's dragged down after the interception and that's how we'll close out the first half the end kick it away first and we'll start the second half [Applause] coming out with it it's lacy the ball pops out on the return rville has it back and the offense coming out ready to attack they'll open the second half on the ground just enough there to get it that [Applause] last quarterback Quick Pass to the receiver smashes through the tackle and he's running in the open one there to set him up inside the 30 first and 10 nice move there they'll give it to the back that play Just n looking to pass it's Shu looking for the End Zone cat the lining up to tack one more onto that lead extra point and the extra point and the score comes on a touchdown pass covering 28 yds back and here comes the offense and in a low-scoring game like this one David every possession is magnified and I think more than anything it just gets frustrating and you got to put that behind you you got to see what this defense has been doing to be so successful caller now use it against yeah David I think for a play caller this is tough right it's like you have to have the perfect play on just to get a first down and these typ games I think you're just understand where I got to get to a lot of people you'll see run north south and try to bounce out wide and make big plays sometimes it's not about making big plays sometimes it's about getting and after that incompletion he's looking to throw he's moving out of the pocket and that's going to fall to the ground incomplete that was a physical match up there third down [Applause] coming to throw it's Ms trying to get to it but going for it inside your own 40 on fourth down looking for the completion throws to the tight end makes a grab enough for the first he'll come out throwing on first down caught behind the line it's Johnson he's brought down quickly minimal gain there still a bit short of the first down as they get set to snap it time winding down here in the quarter the old saying is you'll never go broke taking a profit no matter how small just keep building up the bank account yep and when the defense wants to drop back and not give up those big plays a lot of times they're going to force you to to be patient and when you show them you can open the quarter with this first down play he wants to throw fires a bullet now it's picked off got some room to run and after the interception the Nifty return gets it back inside the 45 yd line and they weren't right there and the quarterback throws an INT and this one is not looking good they bring him down another fast motion from the offense they'll keep it on the ground the clock is on their side he got a bunch and at the line of scrimmage nice job there picking up the first down caught in the back field it's Bell and they do it for maybe one more play until the two-minute warning he's got it again and that's exactly round game so interesting now on this third down what they do next but we got to here's an interception oh and they need that turnover let turnover offense it's your turn off the play fake on first down wants to throw he wants a big play here late and he throws his third pick of the day his head has to be spinning touchdown man what a play by this defense you're trying to get the ball back back to your offense trying to Salt this game away and get them this defense just stepped up in a big moment after scoring that touchdown they'll try to get it right back with an onside [Applause] kick man of this game now let's see if they tried to rub a little salt in the wound or happy with getting the W yeah and listen this this makes the post game handshake fun some foot to the accelerator keep trying to play ball I agree a th% that's like Steve sper back in the day when I was playing for the Gators you go and play for him be football it's the defense's job to stop him what a good run can I use misdirection how many times can I use speed against the linebackers who flow so fast to the football really nice wide receiver coming across in motion they'll Run play action cuz he threw in the double coverage you got to make a better decision than that so try not to get walloped and definitely don't throw up in the double coverage using it to their advantage on that last play I think that was a nice call they bring him down field goals may not get it done so big time players make big plays and he takes it in for the score touchdown cardinal
