Alexa Havins Takes on Lulu Spencer Role in General Hospital - Recasting News & Storyline Update!

Alexa Havens is set to revive the iconic role of Lulu Spencer on General Hospital known for her portrayal of Babe Carrie Chandler on All My Children from 2003 to 2007 Heavens will make her debut as Lulu later this fall on ABC Lulu the Beloved daughter of Luke and Laura Spencer has been in a coma since late 2020 and her storyline will focus on her gradual Awakening the plot thickens as Lulu's ex Dante Falconer Dominic pragna and her mother Laura Collins jeie Francis make emotional visits to encourage her to wake up for her children's sake Jonathan Jackson who plays Lulu's brother lucky is also confirmed to return adding to the anticipation Haven takes over the role from Emmy Ryland who portrayed Lulu from 2013 to 2020 Ryland expressed her feelings about the recasting on Instagram stories stating I'm very disappointed but I'm glad to finally have closure despite the transition Heaven's extensive experience in soap operas and other TV shows including astronaut Wives Club Grace's Anatomy Berry Sweet Magnolias and One Life to Live promises to bring a fresh perspective to the character tune in to General Hospital weekdays on ABC to catch the unfolding drama and Haven's portrayal of Lulu Spencer
